A high-precision map(HPM)is the key infrastructure to realizing the function of automated driving(AD)and ensuring its ***,the current laws and regulations on HPMs in China can lead to serious legal compliance ***,proper measures should be taken to remove these *** with a complete view of the current legal obstacles to HPMs in China,this study first explains why these legal obstacles exist and the types of legal interests they are trying to *** then analyzes whether new technology could be used as an alternative to resolve these *** such as national security,AD industry needs,and personal data protection,as well as the flexibility of applying technology,are discussed and analyzed hierarchically for this *** study proposes that China should adhere to national security and AD industry development,pass new technical regulations that redefine the scope of national security regarding geographic information in the field of HPMs,and establish a national platform under the guidance and monitoring of the government to integrate scattered resources and promote the development of HPMs via *** the legal obstacles with higher technical plasticity,priority should be given to technical solutions such as“available but invisible”*** with the previous research,this study reveals the current legal barriers in China that have different levels of relevance to national security and different technical *** also proposes original measures to remove them,such as coordinating national security with the development of the AD industry,reshaping the boundary of national security and industrial interests,and giving priority to technical solutions for legal barriers that have strong technical plasticity.

Global climate change has swept across every nation,community,business,and individual on the planet. It is essential to find a fundamental solution to address climate change from a broader perspective. Climate change legislation should followthe principle of the sustainable development,polluter pays principle,the principle of the common but differentiated responsibilities as well as the principle of subsidiarity. Under the guidance of the four basic principles of legislation,the international field should build the legal system of the global climate governance,China should formulate special"the act of addressing climate change".

For some vehicles travelling through water, it is advantageous to cover the vehicle in a supercavity for the sake of reducing the drag acting on it. The method of artificial ventilation is most effective for generating and dominating the supercavity. This paper focuses on the numerical simulation of flow field around three dimensional body. The method is based on the multiphase computational fluid dynamics （CFD） model combined with the turbulence model and the full cavity model. The flow field of cavity is simulated by solving the compressible Navier-Stokes equations. The fundamental similarity parameters of ventilated supercavitaty flows that include cavitation number, Froude number, ventilation rate and drag coefficient are all investigated numerically in the case of steady flow and gravity field. We discuss the following simulations results in section 3： The variations of the cavitation number and the supercavity＇s relative diameter with ventilation rate （subtopic 3.1）; The drag coefficient versus the cavitation number （subtopic 3.2）; Deformation of supercavity axis caused by gravitational effect for three different fixed Froude numbers-2.8, 3.4, 4.2 （subtopic 3.3）. In subtopic 3.2, we give the comparison results of the drag reduction ratio among numerical simulation and experiment conducted in hydrodynamic tunnel and towing tank respectively. In subtopic 3.3, we summarize our discussion of gravitational effect on the axis deformation of supercavity as follows： In the case of smaller Froude number, the inclination of the cavity axis increases monotonously with increasing horizontal length, and reaches its maximal value at the end of supercavity; This deformation can be almost completely negligible when the Froude number Fr〉7. The comparisons with the experimental data in the hydrodynamic tunnel and the towing tank indicate that the present method is effective for predicting the flows around ventilated supercavity; that the numerical results is in good agreement w

T he meaning of moral language arises out of particular moral situations and alw ays refers to particular moral situations. C onsequently,only by combining and utilizing specific situations in moral practice,the value of moral language can be realized.

Studies have shown that cerebral ischemia activates neurogenesis and that stress inhibits ***,the role of stress hormone levels on neurogenesis following cerebral ischemia remains poorly *** present study explored the possible regulatory mechanisms of adult neurogenesis under pathological conditions by examining changes and regulation of glucocorticoid receptors in adult rats subjected to transient unilateral middle cerebral artery suture *** levels gradually increased following middle cerebral artery occlusion,and the number of glucocorticoid receptor-positive cells *** number of5-bromodeoxyuridine-and nestin-positive cells significantly increased at 1 and 2 weeks after ischemia.A large number of doublecortin-positive cells migrated from the hippocampus to the *** 3 weeks post-surgery,the number of 5-bromodeoxyuridine-and nestin-positive cells significantly reduced in the subventricular *** corticosterone levels decreased vascular endothelial cell proliferation and neurogenesis,and the number of glucocorticoid receptor-positive cells *** the sham surgery group,vascular endothelial cell proliferation related to post-ischemic cerebral rehabilitation was not *** levels increased,but the number and distribution of glucocorticoid receptor-positive cells were not ***,normal neuregenesis and migration of neural stem cells existed in the adult rat brain in the sham surgery *** suggested that glucocorticoid receptors influenced neurogenesis and were negatively regulated by glucocorticoid levels following focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.

Linkage between riverbed scouring or deposition and the evolution of central bars:Case study in the Yangzhong reach of the Yangtze River

Understanding the relationship between unbalanced riverbed scouring or deposition and the evolution of central bars in natural conditions and human activity is useful for river regime control and waterway improvement *** this end,we utilized the Yangzhong reach in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River as a case study and evaluated runoff,sediment content,and topographical data measured over the past 70 years(1951–2021).With the decrease in the amount of incoming sediment in the river basin,the Yangzhong reach exhibited a continuous state of *** cumulative riverbed scouring volumes of the low-water and flood channels from 1981 to 2021 were 3.97×10^(8)and 4.14×10^(8)m^(3),respectively,with the riverbed scouring volume of the low-water channel accounting for 95.9%of that of the flood *** quasi-natural runoff–sediment conditions,the evolution of the central bars in the Yangzhong reach was highly correlated with the amount of scouring or *** particular,the Luochengzhou reach could be characterized as a meandering river with scouring on concave riverbanks and deposition on convex *** the context of reduced incoming sediment,the beach area of the Yangzhong reach decreased by approximately 9.9%(from 2003 to 2021)and the central bars of the straight section areas ***,following operation of the Three Gorges Reservoir,both the Luocheng central bar and Jiangyin beach areas could be characterized as meandering rivers with convex riverbanks and *** the quasi-natural period before the implementation of the waterway improvement project,the trend of high scouring intensity and increased fluid diversion ratio in the right branch of the Luocheng central bar was in accordance with the law that the short branch of the length is in a developing state under the condition of decreasing river sediment *** the control of riverbank protection and the construction of waterway improvement projects in the Yangzhong
