From Interdisciplinary Approach to Interdisciplines: The New Liberal Arts Development Road of Legal Education

The traditional legal education model based on the discipline system of “theoretical law + departmental law” overemphasizes professional subdivision, resulting not only in the separation of different disciplines from each other, but also in the narrow thinking mode, single knowledge structure, and weak practical ability of trained legal talent, who are therefore hardly adapted to the needs of the era, which are characterized as cross boundary social problems and comprehensive knowledge application. All in all, the training of high-quality interdisciplinary legal talents lags behind social reform and the practice of the rule of law. In the context of comprehensively promoting the development of the new liberal arts, developing the new liberal arts, i.e., deep cross-integration, has penetrated into the construction of the law discipline, broken through the inherent limitations of law knowledge, promoted the interdisciplinary development of law education, and helped cultivate the ability of law students to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge. The development of new law science should proceed step by step, from shallow to deep. It should follow the guidance of social needs, break down discipline barriers, innovate cross-integration mechanisms, transform and upgrade from the “small crossover” among various departmental laws within the law discipline to the “big crossover” between the law discipline and other disciplines, and transform from the innovation of research methods to the innovation of the structure of disciplines. The cultivation of inter disciplines should focus on emerging fields such as national security, artificial intelligence, and social governance.

Research on Recommendation Algorithms Based on Cloud Models in Probabilistic Linguistic Environments

To solve the problem that the traditional cloud model can't directly process the textual review information in the recommendation algorithm,this paper combines the merits of the cloud model in transforming qualitative and quantitative knowledge with the multi-granularity advantages of probabilistic linguistic term sets in representing uncertain information,and proposes a recommendation algorithm based on cloud model in probabilistic language ***,this paper quantifies the attributes in the review text based on the probabilistic linguistic term ***,the maximum deviation method is used to determine the weight of each attribute in the evaluation information of the product to be recommended,and the comprehensive evaluation number and attribute weight are converted into the digital characteristic value of the cloud model by using the backward cloud ***,the products are recommended and sorted based on the digital characteristic value of the cloud *** algorithm is applied to the recommendation of 10 hotels,and the results show that the method is effective and practical,enriching the application of cloud models in the recommendation field.

The probabilistic hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method introduces probability and hesitation into decision-making problems at the same time,which can improve the reliability and accuracy of decision-making results,and has become a research hotspots in recent ***,there are still many problems,such as overly complex calculations and difficulty in obtaining probability *** on these,the paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision-making model based on probability hesitant fuzzy soft ***,the definition of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy soft set is ***,based on soft set theory and probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set,the similarity measure of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy soft set is proposed,and the two measures are further ***,it is applied to the construction of multi-attribute group decision-making model,and the effectiveness and rationality of the model are verified by an *** example shows that the new similarity calculation formula and algorithm model in this paper have higher accuracy,and the calculation process is more simple,it provides a feasible method for multi-attribute group decision making problems.

Voluntary resignation of independent directors and auditor responses:Empirical evidence from Chinese A-share listed firms

We examine auditor responses to the voluntary resignation of independent *** show that auditors respond by increasing audit fees or rescinding engagement with their clients,but not by increasing their audit ***nism tests reveal that independent directors’voluntary resignation leads to increased regulatory sanctions and negative media coverage,these relationships are more pronounced after the New Securities *** response strategies follow an order of priority:at an acceptable level of perceived risk,auditors increase audit fees;when perceived risk exceeds this level,auditors will discontinue the client *** associate greater risk with firms that have(*** not)experienced consecutive voluntary resignations by independent *** resignation has no such effect.

Simulation and test on the operation process of an intermittent filmpicking component on full-film mulched double ditches

In view of the problems in operation process of fixed rake-type residual recycling component,such as poor individual profiling effect in film picking,easy clogging of the compound of films,soil and corn stubbles,high power consumption in film picking,and strong disturbance to seedbed soil,in this study,an operation model of intermittent filmpicking on full-film mulched double ditches was proposed and an intermittent film picking component was *** DEMMBD coupled algorithm was adopted for numerical simulation on the operation process of the intermittent film-picking component on full-film mulched double ditches,and a comparative analysis was carried out on the seedbed disturbance effect and resistance variation characteristics in film-picking by fixed and intermittent film-picking *** taking the forward speed in film-picking,cam arrangement angle of the film-picking component and rotating speed of the cam shaft as independent variables,film-picking rate as the response value,a mathematical model between test factors and the film-picking rate was established,to explore the influence order of the factors on film-picking rate,and the optimal working parameters of the intermittent film-picking component were obtained as follows:the forward speed in film-picking was 2 km/h,cam arrangement angle was 180°,rotating speed of the cam shaft was 120 r/*** the optimal parameter combination,the average film-picking rate of the simulation test was 96.1%.Field test showed that,the average film-picking rate of the intermittent film-picking component was 95.6%,and 0.5%higher than that of the simulation *** working condition of the sample machine was basically consistent with the simulation process,and can accurately represent the operation mechanism of intermittent film-picking on full-film mulched double ditches,showing that the established discrete element simulation model and its parameters were accurate and reasonable.

Cotton leaf disease detection method based on improved SSD

In response to the problems of numerous model parameters and low detection accuracy in SSD-based cotton leaf disease detection methods,a cotton leaf disease detection method based on improved SSD was proposed by combining the characteristics of cotton leaf ***,the lightweight network MobileNetV2 was introduced to improve the backbone feature extraction network,which provides more abundant semantic information and details while significantly reducing the amount of model parameters and computing complexity,and accelerates the detection speed to achieve real-time ***,the SE attention mechanism,ECA attention mechanism,and CBAM attention mechanism were fused to filter out disease target features and effectively suppress the feature information of jamming targets,generating feature maps with strong semantics and precise location *** test results on the self-built cotton leaf disease dataset show that the parameter quantity of the SSD_MobileNetV2 model with backbone network of MobileNetV2 was 50.9%of the SSD_VGG model taking VGG as the *** with SSD_VGG model,the P,R,F1 values,and mAP of the MobileNetV2 model increased by 4.37%,3.3%,3.8%,and 8.79%respectively,while FPS increased by 22.5 frames/*** SE,ECA,and CBAM attention mechanisms were introduced into the SSD_VGG model and SSD_MobileNetV2 *** gradient weighted class activation mapping algorithm to explain the model detection process and visually compare the detection results of each *** results indicate that the P,R,F1 values,mAP and FPS of the SSD_MobileNetV2+ECA model were higher than other models that introduced the attention ***,this model has less parameter with faster running speed,and is more suitable for detecting cotton diseases in complex environments,showing the best detection ***,the improved SSD_MobileNetV2+ECA model significantly enhanced the semantic information of the shallow feature map of the model,and has a goo

The participation of women in legislation is an important aspect and means of safeguarding women’s *** theory,based on criticism of both the“citizenship identity theory as rights”and the“citizenship identity theory as responsibilities,”proposes the“citizenship identity theory as subjectivity.”Observing the current practice of women’s participation in legislation in China,two institutional safeguard principles can be summarized:the“minimum proportion”and the“influence evaluation.”However,each of these principles has its inherent ***,it is necessary to supplement them with the principle of“subjective participation”in a reflective *** principle requires women to participate substantively in the legislative process as subjects,express women’s needs and demands,input women’s perspectives and experiences,and reconstruct the distribution of rights and responsibilities in the existing *** three principles complement each other and work together to comprehensively constitute the institutional structure of women’s participation in legislation,thereby promoting the reproduction of corresponding action structures.

Sliding and damming properties of granular debris with different geometric configurations and grain size distributions

Granular debris plays a significant role in determining damming deposit characteristics. An indepth understanding of how variations in grain size distribution(GSD) and geometric configurations impact the behavior of granular debris during the occurrence of granular debris is essential for precise assessment and effective mitigation of landslide hazards in mountainous terrains. This research aims to investigate the impact of GSD and geometric configurations on sliding and damming properties through laboratory experiments. The geometric configurations were categorized into three categories based on the spatial distribution of maximum volume: located at the front(Type Ⅰ), middle(Type Ⅱ), and rear(Type Ⅲ) of the granular debris. Our experimental findings highlight that the sliding and damming processes primarily depend on the interaction among the geometric configuration, grain size, and GSD in granular debris. Different sliding and damming mechanisms across various geometric configurations induce variability in motion parameters and deposition patterns. For Type Ⅰ configurations, the front debris functions as the critical and primary driving component, with energy dissipation primarily occurring through inter-grain interactions. In contrast, Type Ⅱ configurations feature the middle debris as the dominant driving component, experiencing hindrance from the front debris and propulsion from the rear, leading to complex alterations in sliding motion. Here, energy dissipation arises from a combination of inter-grain and grain-substrate interactions. Lastly, in Type Ⅲ configurations, both the middle and rear debris serve as the main driving components, with the rear sliding debris impeded by the front. In this case, energy dissipation predominantly results from grainsubstrate interaction.
