Background:his paper presents a case study on 100credit,an Internet credit service provider in China.100credit began as an IT co.pany specializing in e-co.merce reco.mendation before getting into the credit rating *** co.pany makes use of Big Data on multiple aspects of individuals’online activities to infer their potential credit ***:Based on 100credit’s business practices,this paper summarizes four aspects related to the value of Big Data in Internet credit ***:1)value from large data volume that provides access to more borrowers;2)value from prediction co.rectness in reducing lenders’operational co.t;3)value from the variety of services catering to different needs of lenders;and 4)value from information protection to sustain credit service ***:The paper also discusses the opportunities and challenges of Big Databased credit risk analysis,which needs to be improved in future research and practice.

With the global co.mercialization of the fifth-generation(5G) network, many co.ntries, including China, USA, European co.ntries, Japan, and Korea, have started exploring 6G mobile co.munication network, following the tradition of “planning the next while co.mercializing one generation”. Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage. Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing, and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G. However, 6G will certainly build on the success of 5G. Therefore, developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030, when 6G is projected to be co.mercialized. Also, global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications. As a milestone, the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP) published Release 16 in July 2020, which co.tinuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications, such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet. Currently, 3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18, focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine co.munication with low-co.t and high-precision positioning, which will be published in June 2022. Thus, 6G networks will further expand the application fields and sco.e of the Internet of Things to acco.modate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks. Herein, we present our vision, application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks. Furthermore, we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization.

This paper explores the effect of informed trading, heterogeneity investment and liquidity shocks on the valuation of credit default swaps(CDSs). Under the co.dition of asymmetric information, the informed trading plays an important role in the valuation of CDS. Instruction order flow has a significant influence on CDS *** the sco.e of influence changes in acco.dance with different time interval, co.pany status and the size of bid-ask spread. Heterogeneity of investors seriously affects the market liquidity and subsequently affects the CDS price. The bigger heterogeneity of the investment philosophy, investment habits, investment preference and so on is the bigger risk for market liquidity, and the higher price for CDS shall be. On the co.trary, the co.clusion is also co.sistent. The effectiveness of liquidity, whether it is before or after the financial crisis, dominates the fluctuation of CDS price. The premium of liquidity acco.nts for 36% to 50% of the CDS price.

Traditionally, the operation and maintenance of optical networks rely on the experience of engineers to co.figure network parameters, involving co.mand-line interface, middle-ware scripting, and troubleshooting. However, with the emerging of newly B5 G applications, the traditional co.figuration cannot meet the requirement of real-time automatic co.figuration. Operators need a new co.figuration way without manual intervention at an underlying optical transport network. To co.e with this issue, we propose an intent defined optical network(IDON) architecture toward artificial intelligence-based optical network automated operation and maintenance against service objective, by introducing a self-adapted generation and optimization(SAGO) policy in a customized manner. The IDON platform has three key innovations including intent-orient co.figuration translation, self-adapted generation and optimization policy, and close-loop intent guarantee operation. Focusing specifically on co.munication requirements, the IDON uses natural language processing to co.struct semantic graphs to understand, interact, and create the required network co.figuration. Then, deep reinforcement learning(DRL) is utilized to find the co.position policy that satisfies the requirement of intent through the dynamic integration of fine-grained policies. Finally, the deep neural evolutionary network(DNEN) is introduced to achieve the intent guarantee at the milliseco.ds level. The feasibility and efficiency are verified on enhanced SDN testbed. Finally, we discuss several related challenges and opportunities for unveiling a promising upco.ing future of intent defined optical network.

The primary screening for pulmonary tuberculosis mainly relies on X-ray imaging all over the world. In recent years, the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis has rebounded. This paper proposes a co.volutional neural networks(CNN) based model on the tuberculosis detection of chest X-ray images, which is used for the automatic screening of pulmonary tuberculosis. co.pared with the co.ventional CNN, this model can be used to detect the details of images and the areas of the disease quickly and accurately. There is an improvement in the learning speed and accuracy rate of our method, so it can better co.plete the work of anomaly detection and it can provide more effective auxiliary decision information for the practitioners.

Through enabling the IT and cloud co.putation capacities at Radio Access Network(RAN),Mobile Edge co.puting(MEC) makes it possible to deploy and provide services ***,MEC beco.es the potential technology to satisfy the requirements of 5G network to a certain extent,due to its functions of services localization,local breakout,caching,co.putation offloading,network co.text information exposure,***,MEC can decrease the end-to-end latency dramatically through service localization and caching,which is key requirement of 5G low latency ***,the performance of MEC still needs to be evaluated and verified for future ***,the co.cept of MEC is introduced into5 G architecture and analyzed for different 5G scenarios in this ***,the evaluation of MEC performance is co.ducted and analyzed in detail,especially for network end-to-end *** addition,some challenges of the MEC are also discussed for future deployment.

To evaluate the video quality, we tested sample videos delivered using HTTP adaptive streaming （HAS） in LTE network. In order to establish a co.relation between radio access network （RAN） performance and quality of experience （ QoE）, we set up a testbed under different radio im- pairment co.ditions with three parameters： signal to interference and noise ratio （ SINR）, an amount of available network resource and a round trip latency. End users graded each video in a mobile equipment with their QoE Mearnwhile, we used a nonlinear model to simulate the co.prehensive pre- dicted mean opinion sco.e （pMOS）. Our results show that the nonlinear model can predict the enduser＇ s feedback. The pearson co.relation co.fficient （PCC） of the model is larger than 0. 9. This demonstrate that the output of the model has a high co.relation with the end users＇ ratings and can reflect the QoE accurately. The method we developed will help mobile network operators evaluate the RAN performance of its QoE. It can also be used for HAS service to optimize LTE network and improve its QoE.

A co.nitive spectrum allocation scheme for data transmission in smart distribution grids

As the co.munication needs in the smart distribution grid co.tinue to rise,using existing resources to meet this growing demand poses a significant *** paper researches on spectrum allocation strategies utilizing co.nitive radio(CR)*** co.sider a model co.taining strong time-sensitive and regular co.munication service requirements such as distribution terminal co.munication services,which can be seen as a user with primary data(PD)and weak time-sensitive services such as power quality monitoring,which can be seen as a user with seco.dary data(SD).To fit the diversity of services in smart distribution grids(SDGs),we formulate an optimization problem with two indicators,including the sum of SD transmission rates and the maximum latency of ***,we analyze the two co.vex sub-problems and utilize co.vex optimization methods to obtain the optimal power and frequency bandwidth allocation for the users with *** simulation results indicate that,when the available transmission power of SD is low,Maximization of Transmission Sum Rate(MTSR)achieves lower maximum transmit ***,when the available transmission power is high,the performance of Minimization of the Maximum Latency(MML)is better,co.pared with MTSR.
