As the core equipment of transmission and distribution hubs,the operational status of gas-insulated switchgear(GIS)is closely linked to the safety of the power ***,X-ray digital imaging technology has been extensively used in GIS equipment fault ***,the X-ray image of GIS is blurred,which is not conducive to the detection of tiny ***,a super-resolution method for GIS X-ray images based on multi-scale context transformers is proposed in this study,namely ***,a second-order image degradation model is introduced to generate GIS X-ray lowresolution images that more closely resemble the real ***,a contextual transformer gate module is constructed to improve attention to tiny defects in GIS X-ray ***,a U-Net discriminator network based on multi-scale contextual transformers is intended to enrich the information of the generated ***,the proposed discriminator is combined with the existing generator to compose a superresolution method applicable to GIS X-ray *** experimental results demonstrate that the method outperforms other methods in peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity on the constructed GIS X-ray image *** addition,the output image of the proposed method facilitates the subsequent defect detection.

As a traditional herbal medicine,the major alkaloids in Uncaria rhynchophylla have been proven to have blood pressure-lowering and sedative *** is essential to develop an effective method for the determination of the major alkaloids in *** this research,a rapid quantitative analysis involving multi-components analysis by a single marker strategy coupled with core-shell column HPLC was adopted to analyse four alkaloids(corynoxeine,isocorynoxeine,isorhynchophylline,rhynchophylline)in *** was selected as the internal reference substance,the content of which was determined by the traditional external standard *** correction factors(RCF)between isorhynchophylline and the other three alkaloids were calculated *** results showed that the QAMS method had good robustness under different HPLC *** batches of *** were *** significant difference was observed between the results by QAMS and EMS(Correlation coefficient>0.99,p>0.05).The QAMS method could be employed as a rapid,effective technique for the quality control of ***.

Background: Prolonged exposure to environmental toxicants like endocrine-disrupting chemicals has been linked to several ovarian pathologies. Exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals may start at any time of life from the fetal stage to adulthood resulting in various health complications The purpose of our study is to compare the concentration levels and association of benzopyrene, bisphenol A and genistein in patients with ovarian tumors and normal control group. We also sort to evaluate the predictive performance of benzopyrene, bisphenol A and genistein in patients with ovarian tumors. Methods: A case-control study was conducted for randomly selected participants involving 30 patients and 30 controls. 30 patients with radiologically diagnosed and histopathological confirmed ovarian tumors were included in the study between January 2022 and December 2022. Urine samples from each group were analyzed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Descriptive analysis for normally distributed continuous variables was done accordingly. Concentration levels of endocrine-disrupting chemicals were assessed using the Mann-Whitney test. The association of endocrine-disrupting chemicals with pathological ovarian tumors was analyzed using binary logistic regression. Evaluation of the diagnostic performance of endocrine-disrupting chemicals was analyzed using the ROC curve. Results: Overall, patients were significantly (P = 0.000) older than the healthy controls. Mean years (SD) were 36.7 (7.90) and 28.8 years (4.89) for patients and normal women respectively. Endometriomas had the highest incidence of 50%. The level of benzopyrene and bisphenol A in patients was significantly higher than those in the control group, while the level of genistein was significantly higher in normal controls. Benzopyrene and bisphenol A were significantly associated with ovarian cysts, and the incidence of pathological ovarian cysts was positively correlated to these EDCs, with OR value 64.79 (

The AC electric arc furnace(EAF)is becoming a core apparatus of the modern steel ***,it used to be a major threat of power quality in the traditional power supply *** this paper,a flexible power supply system of the AC EAF is proposed,which is expected to completely alter its inherent cognition of impact load in the power *** basics of the power supply for EAF are first reviewed and the novel techniques to enhance the operation flexibility of EAF are *** power circuit and the control structure are then presented,followed by the detailed strategies of various operations fully considering the features of EAF.A large disturbance stability criterion based on the mixed potential theory is also established for the practical *** electromagnetic transient simulations using PSCAD and benefit analyses verify the feasibility of the proposed system.

With the advancement of brain science in recent years, the non-invasive brain-computer interfaces（BCIs） based on electroencephalogram（EEG） acquisition have been widely adopted in various brain-inspired applications. The acquisition of multi-channel microvolts EEG signals corrupted by the motion artifacts（MAs） of up to several volts poses enormous challenges to the design of analog front-end（AFE）, especially the analog-to-digital converter（ADC）, which is necessary to achieve low noise, wide dynamic range（DR）,high accuracy as well as low power. In this paper, a wide DR Σ△ modulator with chopper-modulated inputscaling-down（CM-ISD） technique has been proposed to deal with large input offset while extending dynamic range. Fabricated in 180 nm CMOS technology, the prototype occupies a core area of 0.32 mm;. With a 40 Hz input signal and 125 Hz Nyquist bandwidth, the measured signal-to-noise ratio（SNR） and signalto-noise and distortion ratio（SNDR） are 117 and 110 dB, respectively. Thanks to the proposed CM-ISD technique, the modulator is capable of withstanding a full-scale(4.5 V;) input whereas the measured DR has been extended from 99 to 124 dB. The power consumption is 2.75 mW under 5 V supply voltage,corresponding to 170.6 dB Schreier figure-of-merit（FoMS）. The multi-channel EEG acquisition has been demonstrated based on the proposed modulator, showing its potential in advanced non-invasive BCI systems.

Fracture characterization of Asmari Formation carbonate reservoirs in G Oilfield, Zagros Basin, Middle East

The Asmari Formation in the G oilfield on the Iran-Iraq border is a fractured-porous multi-lithology mixed reservoir, for which fracture is an important factor affecting oil productivity and water cut. The characterization and modeling of fractures in the carbonate reservoir of G oilfield are challenging due to weak conventional well log responses of fractures and a lack of specific logs, such as image logs. This study proposes an integrated approach for characterizing and modeling fractures in the carbonate reservoir. The features, formation mechanism, influencing factors, and prediction methods of fractures in the Asmari Formation carbonate reservoirs of G oilfield were studied using core observation, thin section, image log, cross-dipole acoustic log (CDAL), geomechanics numerical simulation (GNS), and production data. According to CDAL-based fracture density interpretation, GNS-based fracture intensity prediction between wells, and DFN-based rock fracture properties modeling, the quantitative fracture characterization for G oilfield was realized. This research shows that the fractures in the Asamri Formation are mainly medium-to high-angle shear fractures. The substantial compression stress during the Miocene played a major role in the formation of the prominent fractures and determined their trend in the region, with primary trends of NNW-SSE and NNE-SSW. The fracture distribution has regularity, and the fractures in zone A dolomites are more highly developed than that in zone B limestones vertically. Horizontally, fractures intensity is mainly controlled by faults and structural location. The results of this study may benefit the optimization of well design during field development. From 2019 to 2021, three horizontal wells pilot tests were deployed in the fractures belt in zone A, and these fractures prominently increased the permeability of tight dolomite reservoirs. The dynamic recrystallization(DRX)mechanism of as-cast nickel base superalloy N10276 during primary hot working was investigated by compression tests at temperatures of 1000–1200℃ and strain rates between 0.01 and 10 s^(-1).Optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,electron backscattered diffraction technique and transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the evolution of *** higher deformation temperature or lower strain rate,the true stress–true strain curves exhibit the characteristic of a peak stress followed by a steady state flow stress under large strains,confirming the occurrence of *** degree of DRX increases with elevating deformation *** the progress of DRX,low angle grain boundaries gradually decrease,while high angle grain boundaries increase *** studies have shown that discontinuous dynamic recrystallization is the main recrystallization *** there are few original grain boundaries and twin boundaries,and lack of second phase particles for particle stimulated nucleation,geometrically necessary boundaries are formed as supplementary nucleation sites through sub-grain boundary rotation and deformation twin *** annealing twins dominated by Σ3 grain boundaries are generated in large quantities during the growth of recrystallized grains.

Cross-project prediction for rock mass using shuffled TBM big dataset and knowledge-based machine learning methods

Extensive research has confirmed the successful prediction of rock mass quality in tunnel boring machine(TBM)construction using machine learning methods based on big data collected during the boring ***,the developed model cannot be applied to a new project owing to the different mechanical and environmental features involved in different *** study tries to combine the datasets of three TBM projects whose cutterhead diameters are 5.2,7.9 and 9.8 m,*** this study,machine learning focused on predictions of a binary rock mass quality system was implemented using this unified dataset by adding the diameter and disc cutter number as new attributes into the *** process consists of:(1)individual learning for the three respective datasets,(2)shuffled learning for the unified dataset containing randomly distributed information from the three projects,and(3)crossed learning aimed at validating that the algorithm developed on the unified dataset can produce predictions with equally acceptable accuracies as those obtained in the individual *** is anticipated that with more datasets joining this cross-project learning,we will be able to develop a machine learning algorithm that is suitable for new projects with a wide range of cutterhead diameters and disc cutter numbers at the beginning of the tunnel excavation.
