Maceral evolution of lacustrine shale and its effects on the development of organic pores during low mature to high mature stage:A case study from the Qingshankou Formation in northern Songliao Basin,northeast China

Organic matter(OM)hosted pores are crucial for the storage and migration of petroleum in shale *** maturity and macerals type are important factors controlling the development of pores *** this study,six lacustrine shale samples with different thermal maturities from the first member of the Qingshankou Formation in the Songliao Basin,of which vitrinite reflectance(R_(o))ranging from 0.58% to 1.43%,were selected for a comparative *** electron microscopy(SEM)and reflected light microscopy were combined to investigate the development of organic pores in different macerals during thermal *** results show that alginite and liptodetrinite are the dominant primary macerals,followed by *** a few primary organic pores developed in the alginite at the lowest maturity(R_(o)=0.58%).As a result of petroleum generation,oil-prone macerals began to transform to initial-oil solid bitumen at the early oil window(R_(o)=0.73%)and shrinkage cracks were ***-oil solid bitumen cracked to oil,gas and post-oil bitumen by primary cracking(R_(o)=0.98%).Moreover,solid bitumen(SB)was found to be the dominant OM when R_(o)>0.98%,which indicates that SB is the product of oil-prone macerals *** secondary bubble pores were observed on SB,which formed by gas release,while devolatilization cracks developed on migrated ***,at the late oil window(Ro?1.16%),migrated SB filled the interparticle pore *** further increase in temperature,the liquid oil underwent secondary cracking into pyrobitumen and gas,and spongy pores developed on the pyrobitumen at higher levels of maturity(Ro=1.43%),which formed when pyrobitumen cracked into *** and inertinite are stable without any visible pores over the range of maturities,verifying their low petroleum generation *** addition,it was concluded that clay minerals could have a catalytic effect on the petroleum generation,which may explain why or

Cognitive dysfunction is a core symptom common in psychiatric disorders including depression that is primarily managed by antidepressants lacking efficacy in improving *** this study,we report a novel dual serotonin transporter and voltage-gated potassium Kv7/KCNQ/M-channel inhibitor D01(a 2-methyl-3-aryloxy-3-heteroarylpropylamines derivative)that exhibits both anti-depression effects and improvements in cognition.D01 inhibits serotonin transporters(K_(i)=30.1±6.9 nmol/L)and M channels(IC_(50)=10.1±2.4μmol/L).D01 also reduces the immobility duration in the mouse FST and TST assays in a dose-dependent manner without a stimulatory effect on *** administrations of D01(20 and 40 mg/kg)can significantly shorten the immobility time in a mouse model of chronic restraint stress(CRS)-induced depression-like ***,D01 dose-dependently improves the cognitive deficit induced by CRS in Morris water maze test and increases the exploration time with novel objects in normal or scopolamine-induced cognitive deficits in mice,but not ***,D01 reverses the long-term potentiation(LTP)inhibition induced by *** together,our findings demonstrate that D01,a dual-target serotonin reuptake and M channel inhibitor,is highly effective in the treatment-resistant depression and cognitive deficits,thus holding potential for development as therapy of depression with cognitive deficits.

For the traditional centralized microgrid energy scheduling due to the intermittent and fluctuating nature of renewable energy, caused by the energy supply is difficult to match with the user demand, resulting in varying degrees of energy waste. The newly proposed distributed multi-microgrid system is able to utilize various types of complementary power sources to effectively coordinate the energy trading between microgrids and the main grid, the core of the system lies in the optimal allocation of energy between individual microgrids through appropriate energy scheduling strategies in order to enhance the stability and reliability of the system. Compared with traditional centralized systems distributed structure microgrids are interconnected and share information in real-time with greater robustness and scalability. In this paper, we first introduce the development of distributed multi-microgrids and the functions of microgrid energy management systems, and secondly focus on the methods to solve the energy scheduling of multi-microgrids, mainly focusing on distributed optimization algorithms and cooperative game theory methods. lastly, it summarizes the direction of the future development.

Limitations and potential design risks when applying empirically derived coal pillar strength equations to real-life mine stability problems

The method of determining coal pillar strength equations from databases of stable and failed case histories is more than 50 years old and has been applied in different countries by different researchers in a range of mining situations. While common wisdom sensibly limits the use of the resultant pillar strength equations and methods to design scenarios that are consistent with the founding database, there are a number of examples where failures have occurred as a direct result of applying empirical design methods to coal pillar design problems that are inconsistent with the founding database. This paper explores the reasons why empirically derived coal pillar strength equations tend to be problem-specific and should be considered as providing no more than a pillar strength ‘‘index." These include the non-consideration of overburden horizontal stress within the mine stability problem, an inadequate definition of supercritical overburden behavior as it applies to standing coal pillars, and the non-consideration of overburden displacement and coal pillar strain limits. All of which combine to potentially complicate and confuse the back-analysis of coal pillar strength from failed cases. A modified coal pillar design representation and model are presented based on coal pillars acting to reinforce a horizontally stressed overburden, rather than suspend an otherwise unstable self-loaded overburden or section, the latter having been at the core of historical empirical studies into coal pillar strength and stability.

Green technology innovation is an important driving force and source to promote my country’s high-quality development,and it is the core path to achieve sustainable *** paper uses my country’s provincial panel data from 2016 to 2019 to study the impact mechanism of R&D investment on green technology innovation,and introduces the level of digitization,using the panel threshold model to discuss its role in the impact mechanism of R&D investment on green technology *** study found that when the level of digitalization in a region is low,increasing R&D investment does not necessarily improve the ability of green technology innovation;when the level of digitalization is relatively high,R&D investment has a positive role in promoting green technology ***,it is necessary to improve policies to encourage enterprises to increase investment in research and development;at the same time,it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of digital foundation,digital investment,digital literacy,digital economy and digital application,and promote the deep integration of digitalization and green technology innovation.

TOF–SIMS surface analysis of chemical components of size–fractioned urban aerosols in a typical heavy air pollution event in Beijing

Size–fractioned atmospheric aerosol particles were collected during a typical heavy air pollution event in Beijing. The organic and inorganic components on the surfaces of the samples were analyzed using time–of–flight secondary ion mass spectrometry（TOF–SIMS）.The variation characteristics of the surface chemical composition and influencing factors were studied, and the possible sources of these chemical compositions were identified through principal component analysis. The results showed that inorganic components such as crustal elements and sulfate, and organic components such as aliphatic hydrocarbons and oxygen–containing organic groups were present. Some surface components, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heavy metals and fluorides may exert adverse effects on human health. The species and relative percentages of the chemical components varied with particle size, diurnal and pollution progress. During a heavy pollution event, the species and relative percentages of secondary components such as oxygen–containing organic groups and sulfurous compounds increased, indicating that particles aged during this event. The surface chemical composition of the aerosol particles was affected mainly by emissions from coal combustion and motor vehicles. In addition, air pollution, meteorological factors, and air mass transport also exerted a significant effect on the surface chemical composition of aerosol particles.

Objective:Primary dysmenorrhea(PD)is a prevalent gynecological *** Zhitong oral liquid(YHZT)presents a promising alternative treatment for ***,the mechanisms underlying its efficacy remain *** study aims to investigate the potential targets and mechanisms of action of YHZT in treating PD using network pharmacology,molecular docking,and molecular dynamics ***:Potential compounds from YHZT were obtained from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP)and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Information Database(TCMID).The relevant targets of these compounds were identified using the similarity ensemble approach(SEA)and the Swiss Target Prediction ***-related targets were retrieved from the Genecards,DrugBank,and Disgenet *** was utilized for Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment *** compound-target-pathway(CTP)network was constructed to facilitate the identification of key compounds,core targets,and signaling ***,molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations were performed to evaluate the interactions between the targets and ***:A total of 153 putative compounds and 129 targets of YHZT were *** topology analysis revealed eight core targets and six key *** effects of YHZT were mediated by genes associated with hormone and steroid metabolism,as well as pathways involved in steroid hormone biosynthesis and cytochrome P450 *** results showed free binding energies ranging from-6.06 to-10.85 kcal/mol,indicating strong binding affinity between the compounds and *** dynamics simulation results further confirmed the stability of these ***:This study demonstrates that YHZT treats PD by suppressing inflammatory reactions and modulating hormone and cytochrome P450 *** compounds such as ferul

Atmospheric aerosol particle samples were collected using an Ambient Eight Stage（Non-Viable） Cascade Impactor Sampler in a typical urban area of Beijing from 27 th *** 5th Oct.,*** surface chemistry of these aerosol particles was analyzed using Static Time of Flight-Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry（Static TOF-SIMS）.The factors influencing surface compositions were evaluated in conjunction with the air pollution levels,meteorological factors,and air mass transport for the sampling *** results show that a variety of organic ion groups and inorganic ions/ion groups were accumulated on the surfaces of aerosol particles in urban areas of Beijing;and hydrophobic organic compounds with short-or middle-chain alkyl as well as hydrophilic secondary inorganic compounds were *** these compounds have the potential to affect the atmospheric behavior of urban aerosol ***1.1–2.1and PM3.3–4.7had similar elements on their surfaces,but some molecules and ionic groups demonstrated differences in Time of Flight-Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry *** suggests that the quantities of elements varied between PM1.1–2.1and PM3.3–*** particular,more intense research efforts into fluoride pollution are required,because the fluorides on aerosol surfaces have the potential to harm human *** levels of air pollution had the most significant influence on the surface compositions of aerosol particles in our ***,heavier air pollution was associated with more complex surface compositions on aerosol *** addition,wind,rainfall,and air masses from the south also greatly influenced the surface compositions of these urban aerosol particles.
