Regulation the electronic density of solid-state electrolyte by donor–acceptor(D–A)system can achieve highly-selective Li^(+)transportation and conduction in solid-state Li metal *** study reports a high-performance solid-state electrolyte thorough D–A-linked covalent organic frameworks(coFs)based on intramolecular charge transfer *** other reported coFbased solid-state electrolyte,the developed concept with D–A-linked coFs not only achieves electronic modulation to promote highly-selective Li^(+)migration and inhibit Li dendrite,but also offers a crucial opportunity to understand the role of electronic density in solid-state Li metal *** introduced strong electronegativity F-based ligand in coF electrolyte results in highlyselective Li^(+)(transference number 0.83),high ionic conductivity(6.7×10^(-4)S cm^(−1)),excellent cyclic ability(1000 h)in Li metal symmetric cell and high-capacity retention in Li/LiFePO_(4)cell(90.8%for 300 cycles at 5C)than substituted C-and N-based *** is ascribed to outstanding D–A interaction between donor porphyrin and acceptor F atoms,which effectively expedites electron transferring from porphyrin to F-based ligand and enhances Li^(+)***,we anticipate that this work creates insight into the strategy for accelerating Li^(+)conduction in high-performance solid-state Li metal batteries through D–A system.

Moment Redistribution Effect of the continuous Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer-concrete composite Slabs Based on Static Loading Experiment

This study aimed to investigate the moment redistribution in continuous glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)-concrete composite slabs caused by concrete cracking and steel bar yielding in the negative bending moment *** experimental bending moment redistribution test was conducted on continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs,and a calculation method based on the conjugate beam method was *** composite slabs were formed by combining GFRP profiles with a concrete layer and supported on steel beams to create two-span continuous composite slab *** methods,epoxy resin bonding,and stud connection,were used to connect the composite slabs with the steel *** experimental findings showed that the specimen connected with epoxy resin exhibited two moments redistribution phenomena during the loading process:concrete cracking and steel bar yielding at the internal *** contrast,the composite slab connected with steel beams by studs exhibited only one-moment redistribution phenomenon throughout the loading *** the concrete at the internal support cracked,the bending moment decreased in the internal support section and increased in the midspan *** the steel bars yielded,the bending moment further decreased in the internal support section and increased in the mid-span *** GFRP profiles do not experience cracking,there was no significant decrease in the bending moment of the mid-span *** test specimens experienced compressive failure of concrete at the mid-span *** results showed good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of bending moments in the mid-span section and internal support *** proposed model can effectively predict the moment redistribution behavior of continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs.

Stabilization/solidification mechanisms of tin tailings and fuming slag-based geopolymers for different heavy metals

Tin mine tailings(TMT)and fuming slag(FS)contain many heavy metals(As,Cr,Cu,Zn and Mn)that cause severe pollution to the ***,geopolymers were prepared using TMT,FS and flue gas desulfurization gypsum(FGDG)to immobilize heavy metals,and their compressive strength and heavy metal leaching toxicity were *** was first determined that T4F5(TMT:FS=4:5)sample exhibited the highest compressive strength(7.83 MPa).T4F5 achieved 95%immobilization efficiency for As and Cr,and nearly 100%for Cu,Zn and Mn,showing good immobilization performance.A series of characterization analyses showed that heavy metal cations can balance the charge in the geopolymer and replace Al in the geopolymer structure to form covalent *** addition,about 2%–20%of heavy metal Fe was immobilized in hydration products,heavy metal hydroxides and non-bridging Si–O and Al–O coordination with silica-aluminate ***_(3)^(3−) was oxidized into AsO_(4)^(3−),which may form Ca–As or Fe–As ***_(2)O_(7)^(2−)was converted to CrO_(4)^(2−)under alkaline environment and then combined with OH−to form Cr(OH)3 ***^(2+)may react directly with dissolved silicate to form Mn_(2)SiO_(4) and also form Mn(OH)_(2) *** unstable Mn(OH)_(2) can be further oxidized to MnO_(2).The heavy metal cations were immobilized in the silicoaluminate lattice,while the anions tended to form insoluble *** results may benefit the industry and government for better handling of TMT,FS and solid wastes containing the abovementioned five heavy metals.

The functions of rare earth metals in the automobile emission purification catalysts were reviewed, and it was clarified that with precious metals resources using up gradually emission regulations becoming more and more strict, rare earth metals will play more and more important roles in the high performance, and in low price automobile emission purification catalysts, they can not be substituted by other elements, for example, precious metals.

Influences of (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O contents on Three-Way Catalyst Performances

A series of catalysts with (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O contents range from 0 to 50% in coating and single-palladium loads on substrates were prepared to study effects of (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O contents on catalytic activities and durability by contrasting the characteristics of light-off, A/F and catalytic conversions of the fresh catalysts with that of the aged catalysts. The results show that (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O can enhance the catalysts light-off characteristics, widen A/F windows and increase catalytic conversions at a certain extent through optimizing physical structural and chemical property of the mixed coating. However, (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O contents influence greatly on the catalysts activities and durability, and the catalysts with contents ranging from 10% to 30% exhibited better integrative properties in all samples, and 10% was the optical content to make the catalyst performance highest in this thesis. It is indicated that an suitable content of (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O plays an important role in assisting catalysis, enhancing durability and increasing oxygen storage capability.

Electrochemical Properties and Microstructure of Al/Pb–Ag and Al/Pb–Ag–co Anodes for Zinc Electrowinning

The Al/Pb-0.8%Ag and Al/Pb-0.75%Ag-0.03%co （in mass fraction） anodes used in zinc electrowinning are prepared through the electrodeposition of lead methanesulfonate electrolyte onto an aluminum matrix. The results of anode polarization curves, Tafel curves, and EIS characterizations indicated that the Al/Pb-0.75%Ag-0.03%co anode has higher electrocatalytic activity and corrosion resistance than the Al/Pb-0.8%Ag anode. SEM observations on the fruit surfaces demonstrated the crystals on the Al/Pb-0.8%Ag anode are larger than on the Al/Pb-0.75%Ag-0.03%co anode. After 24 h of anodic polarization, SEM observations and XRD analysis showed that the MnO2-PbO2 layer on the Al/Pb-0.75%Ag- 0.03%co anode surface is characterized by dendritic crystals, and the PbSO4-PbO2 layer under the MnO2-PbO2 layer is characterized by uniform and chaotic orientation tetragonal symmetry crystallites of PbSO4. However, the MnO2-PbO2 layer on the Al/Pb-0.8%Ag anode surface is characterized by granular crystals, and the PbSO4-PbO2 layer under the MnO2 PbO2 layer is characterized by well-organized orientation crystallites of PbSO4, which are concentrated in certain zones.

Cloud point extraction and flame atomic absorption spectrometry analysis of palladium, platinum, and gold ions from industrial polluted soil

Cloud point extraction (CPE) with Tergitol TMN-6 was applied for the extraction of trace amounts of palladium (Pd(Ⅱ)), platinum (Pt(Ⅳ)), and gold (Au(Ⅲ)) in the soil of industrial sewage. Ammonium pyrolysine dithiocarbamate (APDC) was adopted as the chelating agent prior to CPE and then was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Different parameters such as the concentration of surfactants, chelating agent and salt, sample pH, equilibration temperature and time, centrifugation time and rates, and the effect of foreign ions were studied. Under optimum conditions, the low limits of detections are 1.4, 2.8 and 1.2 ng·ml^-1 and the enrichment factors are 21, 12, and 24 for Pd(Ⅱ), Pt(Ⅳ), and Au(Ⅲ, respectively. The relative standard deviations vary from 0.6% to 1.0% (n=11). All correlation coefficients of the calibration curves are >0.9960. The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of Pd(Ⅱ), Pt(Ⅳ), and Au(Ⅲ) in the real soil of industrial sewage samples.

Industrial Experiment on coke Spraying With ZBS Additive in Blast Furnace

In order to improve the thermal properties of coke, an industrial experiment on the coke spraying with ZBS additive solution was carried out at coking plant and No. 6 blast furnace （2 000 m^3 ） of kunming Iron and Steel co ltd. The coke reaction index （CRI） of the coke spraying with ZBS additive solution decreases by 10. 56 %, and the coke strength after reaction （CSR） increases by 7.80% in comparison with those of the un-sprayed coke. During the experiment, the average iron output increases by 66. 69 t/d, and the coke rate is reduced by 5. 21 kg per ton iron, while the fluctuation of furnace temperture is small, and sulphur content in hot metal and 100% of hot metal are acceptable.

Effect of rolling technologies on the properties of Pb?0.06wt%Ca?1.2wt%Sn alloy anodes during copper electrowinning

The objective of this work was to study the effect of different rolling technologies on the properties of Pb-0.06wt%Ca-1.2wt%Sn anodes during copper electrowinning and to determine the relationship between the properties of the anodes and rolling techniques during copper electrowinning. The anode process was investigated via anodic polarization curves, cyclic voltammetry curves, electrochemical impedance spectra, and corrosion tests. The microscopic morphology and phase composition of the anodic oxide layers were observed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. Observable variations in the electrocatalytic activity and reaction kinetics of anodes during electrowinning indicated that the electrochemical behavior of the anodes was strongly affected by the rolling technology. An increase in the rolling number tended to decrease the oxygen evolution overpotential and the corrosion rate of the anodes. These trends are contrary to that of the apparent exchange current density. Furthermore, the intensities of diffraction peaks associated with PbO, PbOx, and α-PbO2 tended to increase with increasing rolling number. In addition, the rolled anodes exhibited a more uniform microstructure. compared with one-way rolled anodes, the eight-time cross rolled anodes exhibited better electrocatalytic activity and improved corrosion resistance.
