Air traffic is exhibiting the characteristics of high density,high volume,and unmanned *** ensure smooth,efficient,safe,and reliable operations,it is necessary to promote the digital transformation of Air Traffic management(ATM)with digitalization,autonomy,and collaboration as its typical *** article,based on the background of current and foreseeable future ATM needs,deeply analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by traditional *** explores and proposes to further investigate the commonalities,characteristics,and evolution of air traffic,the interaction mechanism of"human-machine-environment"in air traffic,the integrated design of airborne avionics and ATM systems,the comprehensive integration of ATM based on vulnerability analysis,airspace classification management,air traffic flow management,key technologies of"perception-collision avoidance",wake vortex monitoring and interval reduction,unmanned aerial vehicle management,and the expansion of ATM capabilities in the"high frontier".The research suggests strengthening top-level planning,building an open,mutually beneficial,and win-win digital ATM ecological framework based on multi-party collaboration,coordinating the research and application of new digital ATM technologies,accelerating the occupation of the new track of low-altitude economy,and enhancing ATM capabilities driven by the digital transformation of ATM.

This study investigated the integrated atlas of protein phosphorylation， acetylation， ubiquitination and S-nitrosylation in pre-rigor (0.5 h) and post-rigor (5 d) lamb to interpret the roles of protein post-translational modifications (PTMs) during meat aging. The results showed that the most common PTMs in postmortem meat were phosphorylated proteins. PTMs regulation during the postmortem period altered proteins involved in metabolic pathways and muscle contraction. The phosphorylation and ubiquitination of proteins located in mitochondria and nuclear changed significantly between 0.5 h and 5 d postmortem. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) revealed possible roles of total PTMs proteins， with a general downregulation of phosphorylation， acetylation and ubiquitination. There was a weak correlation in the lysine PTM of acetylation and ubiquitination at the same site in postmortem meat. Multiple PTMs of proteins in glycolysis， TCA cycle， muscle contraction and the calcium signaling pathway cooperatively regulate meat quality development from pre-rigor to post-rigor.

Recent years have witnessed numerous technical breakthroughs in connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs). On the one hand, these breakthroughs have significantly advanced the development of intelligent transportation systems (ITSs);on the other hand, these new traffic participants introduce more complex and uncertain elements to ITSs from the social space. Digital twins (DTs) provide real-time, data-driven, precise modeling for constructing the digital mapping of physical-world ITSs. Meanwhile, the metaverse integrates emerging technologies such as virtual reality/mixed reality, artificial intelligence, and DTs to model and explore how to realize improved sustainability, increased efficiency, and enhanced safety. More recently, as a leading effort toward general artificial intelligence, the concept of foundation model was proposed and has achieved significant success, showing great potential to lay the cornerstone for diverse artificial intelligence applications across different domains. In this article, we explore the big models embodied foundation intelligence for parallel driving in cyber-physical-social spaces, which integrate metaverse and DTs to construct a parallel training space for CAVs, and present a comprehensive elucidation of the crucial characteristics and operational mechanisms. Beyond providing the infrastructure and foundation intelligence of big models for parallel driving, this article also discusses future trends and potential research directions, and the ?S?goals of parallel driving.

The rapid increase in vehicle traffic volume in modern societies has raised the need to develop innovative solutions to reduce traffic congestion and enhance traffic management *** advanced technology,such as Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS),enables improved traffic management,helps eliminate congestion,and supports a safer *** provides real-time information on vehicle traffic and transportation systems that can improve decision-making for road ***,ITS suffers from routing issues at the network layer when utilising Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks(VANETs).This is because each vehicle plays the role of a router in this network,which leads to a complex vehicle communication network,causing issues such as repeated link breakages between vehicles resulting from the mobility of the network and rapid topological *** may lead to loss or delay in packet transmissions;this weakness can be exploited in routing attacks,such as black-hole and gray-hole attacks,that threaten the availability of ITS *** this paper,a Blockchain-based smart contracts model is proposed to offer convenient and comprehensive security mechanisms,enhancing the trustworthiness between ***-Classification Blockchain-Based Contracts(SCBC)and Voting-Classification Blockchain-Based Contracts(VCBC)are utilised in the proposed *** results show that VCBC succeeds in attaining better results in PDR and TP performance even in the presence of Blackhole and Grayhole attacks.
