Stability Research of an SEIR Model with Distinct General Contact Rates and Infectious Force in Latent and Recovered Period

In this work,an SEIR infectious model with distinct general contact rates and infectious force in latent and recovered period is established,and the stability of the model is studied using theoretical and numerical ***,we derive the basic reproduction number R_(0),which determines whether the disease is extinct or ***,using the La Salle’s invariance principle,we show that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and the disease always dies out when R_(0)***,through the method of autonomous convergence theorem,we obtain that the unique endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and the disease persists at this endemic equilibrium when R_(0)>***,numerical simulations are carried out to confirm the theoretical analysis.

Effects of photon addition on the quantum nonlocality of squeezed entangled coherent states for Bell-inequality tests are studied theoretically. By utilizing the method of photon-parity measurement, it is found that photon addition can always increase the degrees of Bell violations within a certain parameter range. A possible scheme for generating photon-added squeezed entangled coherent states is proposed.

A variational-integral perturbation method（VIPM） is established by combining the variational perturbation with the integral *** first-order corrected wave functions are constructed,and the second-order energy corrections for the ground state and several lower excited states are calculated by applying the VIPM to the hydrogen atom in a strong uniform magnetic *** calculations demonstrated that the energy calculated by the VIPM only shows a negative value,which indicates that the VIPM method is more accurate than the other *** study indicated that the VIPM can not only increase the accuracy of the results but also keep the convergence of the wave functions.

BACKGROUND Monkeypox(Mpox),is a disease of global public health concern,as it does not affect only countries in western and central *** To assess Burundi healthcare workers(HCWs)s’level of knowledge and confidence in the diagnosis and management of *** We conducted a cross-sectional study via an online survey designed mainly from the World Health Organization course distributed among Burundi HCWs from June-July *** questionnaire comprises 8 socioprofessional-related questions,22 questions about Mpox disease knowledge,and 3 questions to assess confidence in Mpox diagnosis and *** data were analyzed via SPSS software version 25.0.A P value<0.05 was considered to indicate statistical *** The study sample comprised 471 HCWs who were mainly medical doctors(63.9%)and nurses(30.1%).None of the 22 questions concerning Mpox knowledge had at least 50%correct responses.A very low number of HCWs(17.4%)knew that Mpox has a *** confidence level to diagnose(21.20%),treat(18.00%)or prevent(23.30%)Mpox was low among *** confidence level in the diagnosis of Mpox was associated with the HCWs’age(P value=0.009),sex(P value<0.001),work experience(P value=0.002),and residence(P value<0.001).The confidence level to treat Mpox was significantly associated with the HCWs’age(P value=0.050),sex(P value<0.001),education(P value=0.033)and occupation(P value=0.005).The confidence level to prevent Mpox was associated with the HCWs’education(P value<0.001),work experience(P value=0.002),residence(P value<0.001)and type of work institution(P value=0.003).CONCLUSION This study revealed that HCWs have the lowest level of knowledge regarding Mpox and a lack of confidence in the ability to diagnose,treat or prevent *** is an urgent need to organize continuing medical education programs on Mpox epidemiology and preparedness for Burundi *** encourage future researchers to assess potential hesitancy toward Mpox vaccination and its asso

All college students in China, English majors and non-English majors, have to learn English. Both teachers and learners have tried hard to find a good and effective way to teach and learn English in order to achieve high proficiency of English. Recitation, the traditional Chinese teaching method has been well kept in teaching language, particularly in primary school. In this paper, the writer reviews the related language learning theories and the studies of recitation and attempts to explore the positive effect of recitation, which is based on the theory of ＂input hypothesis＂ and accords with the cognitive process of human mind. Through experiment, it is found that recitation is helpful to students＇ writing.

Porous titanium dioxide （ZiO2） nanowires were synthesized via a surfactant-free hydrothermal method followed by acid-washing process and calcination. The structures and morphologies of products were characterized by field emission scanning electron micro- scopy （FESEM）, Transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and Brunauer-Emmett- Teller （BET） N2 adsorption-desorption analyses. The analysis of FESEM suggested the precursor was composed of a vast of uniform nanostructures like wires. The nanowire-like precursor was transformed into the porous nanowire after acid-treatment and calcination at 500~C for 2 h in air. The surface area of as-synthesized TiO2 nanowires calculated by BET is 86.4 m2/g. Furthermore, the photocatalytic properties of synthesized porous TiO2 nanowires were evaluated through the degradation of methylene blue （MB） and Rhodamine B （RhB）. The results clearly suggested that the as-prepared porous TiO2 nanowires showed remarkable photocatalytic performance on the degradation of RhB and MB due to their small size of nanocrystallites and the porous naonstructure.

The spatial chaos probability of a Bose-Einstein condensate perturbed by a weak optical superlattice is studied. It is demonstrated that the spatial. chaotic solution appears with a certain probability in a given parameter region under a random boundary condition. The effects of the lattice depths and wave vectors on the chaos probability are illustrated, and different regions associated with different chaos probabilities are found. This suggests a feasible scheme for suppressing and strengthening chaos by adjusting the optical superlattice experimentaJly.
