An extended compromise ratio method（CRM） based on fuzzy distances is developed to solve fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making problems in which weights of attributes and ratings of alternatives on attributes are expressed with values of linguistic variables parameterized using triangular fuzzy numbers.A compromise solution is determined by introducing the ranking index based on the concept that the chosen alternative should be as close as possible to the positive ideal solution and as far away from the negative ideal solution as possible *** proposed method is compared with other existing methods to show its feasibility and effectiveness and illustrated with an example of the military route selection problem as one of the possible applications.

In some cases, illumination of traditional thermal catalysts and tailored plasmonic photocatalysts may synergistically combine thermal and nonthermal mechanisms to enhance reaction rates and improve product selectivity at reduced temperatures. To understand how these attributes are achieved in plasmon-driven catalysis, these intertwined thermal and nonthermal effects must be untangled. Here, we show how a novel indirect illumination technique, in conjunction with precisely monitored thermal profiles of the catalyst, can confirm and clarify the role of nonthermal effects in plasmon-enhanced carbon dioxide methanation on a Rh/TiO2 photocatalyst. We find that the extracted nonthermal methane production rate has a linear dependence on the top surface temperature, distinctly different from an exponential dependence for thermal catalysis. We also find that the apparent quantum efficiency from the nonthermal contribution has no dependence on light intensity but maintains a linear dependence on top surface temperatures between 200 and 350℃. The clear exposition of nonthermal effects in the Rh/TiO2 plasmonic photocatalyst illustrates how this methodology may be applied for the quantitative evaluation of thermal and nonthermal light effects in other plasmon-enhanced catalytic reactions.

Quantum correlations among parts of a composite quantum system are a fundamental resource for several applications in quantum information. In general, quantum discord can measure quantum correlations. In that way,we investigate the quantum discord of the two-qubit system constructed from the Yang–Baxter Equation. The density matrix of this system is generated through the unitary Yang–Baxter matrix R. The analytical expression and numerical result of quantum discord and geometric measure of quantum discord are obtained for the Yang–Baxter system. These results show that quantum discord and geometric measure of quantum discord are only connect with the parameter θ,which is the important spectral parameter in Yang–Baxter equation.

Plasmonic photocatalysis represents the synergetic union of two active fields of research:plasmonic effects in illuminated metallic nanoparticles and catalytic effects in tailored metallic ***,metallic nanoparticles that excel for one application are limited for the other,but recent developments have shown that desirable catalytic behaviors,such as reduced activation barriers and improved product selectivity,derive from nonthermal behaviors uniquely produced by this *** examining such findings,this review will address a specific debate that has recently surfaced:what is the relative degree of contributions of thermal and nonthermal effects in plasmonic photocatalysis?We demonstrate the importance of correctly accounting for thermal effects before characterizing nonthermal *** show that another synergy occurs:these desirable nonthermal behaviors have a temperature dependence,and the resulting temperature-dependent reaction rates far exceed what can be explained from purely thermal effects ***,the synergy of plasmonic photocatalysis offers an exciting new contribution to the quest for efficient,selective,sustainable methods for chemical synthesis and energy conversion.

Post-traumatic stress disorder is a mental disorder caused by exposure to severe traumatic life ***,there are no validated biomarkers or laboratory tests that can distinguish between trauma survivors with and without post-traumatic stress *** addition,the heterogeneity of clinical presentations of post-traumatic stress disorder and the overlap of symptoms with other conditions can lead to misdiagnosis and inappropriate *** suggests that this condition is a multisystem disorder that affects many biological systems,raising the possibility that peripheral markers of disease may be used to diagnose post-traumatic stress *** performed a PubMed search for microRNAs(miRNAs)in post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)that could serve as diagnostic biomarkers and found 18 original research articles on studies performed with human patients and published January 2012 to December *** included four studies with whole blood,seven with peripheral blood mononuclear cells,four with plasma extracellular vesicles/exosomes,and one with serum *** of these studies had also used whole *** studies were excluded as they did not involve microRNA *** of the studies had collected samples from adult male Veterans who had returned from deployment and been exposed to combat,and only two were from recently traumatized adult *** measuring miRNA expression levels,many of the studies had used microarray miRNA analysis,miRNA Seq analysis,or NanoString *** six studies had used real time polymerase chain reaction assay to determine/validate miRNA expression in PTSD subjects compared to *** miRNAs that were found/validated in these studies may be considered as potential candidate biomarkers for PTSD and include miR-3130-5p in whole blood;miR-193a-5p,-7113-5p,-125a,-181c,and-671-5p in peripheral blood mononuclear cells;miR-10b-5p,-203a-3p,-4488,-502-3p,-874-3p,-5100,and-7641 in plasma extracellular vesicles/

In order to enhance the mobile penetration ability of anti-ship missiles, according to the anti-ship missile and the ship to air missile combat process, reducing the interception probability of ship to air missile weapon system, the construction of spiral maneuvering anti-ship missile penetration model to air missile weapon system. By studying the extraction methods of miss distance, ship to air missile is given criterion, the sufferings of the anti-ship missile spiral maneuvering penetration probability of anti-ship missile simulation calculation. Results show that by optimizing the combination ballistic can choose appropriate spiral maneuvering scheme improve the anti-ship missile penetration ability.

Mission evaluation is a new requirement for capability evaluation of the weapon system of systems(WSOS) in the era of big data, and is based on evaluating large-scale tasks with similar attributes. The use of traditional methods by military experts to evaluate large scale tasks incurs significant time cost and results in low accuracy, and is caused by a variety of factors that cause confusion. Therefore, we developed a system to assist military personnel in improving the efficiency of mission evaluation; the main innovations of our work include the qualitative and quantitative visualization of complex information is realized in a three-pane interface. We also realize the iterative and interactive evaluation modes of large-scale tasks by using the active learning method; moreover, the overall display of large-scale task evaluation results is realized using statistical graphics. In practical application, the system not only improves the users’ efficiency and accuracy scores, but also helps to achieve the recognition evaluation for the overall scoring results.

A safety evaluation of profound hypothermia-induced suspended animation for delayed resuscitation at 90 or 120min

Background: The successful treatment of military combat casualties with penetrating injuries is significantly dependent on the time needed to get the patient to an adequate treatment facility. Profound hypothermia induced suspended animation for delayed resuscitation(SADR) is a novel approach for inducing cardiac arrest and buying additional time for such injuries. However, the time used to safely administer circulatory arrest(CA) is controversial. The goal of this study was to evaluate the safety of hypothermia-induced SADR over 90 and 120 min time ***: Sixteen male BAMA minipigs were randomized into two groups: CA90 group(90 min, n =8) and CA120 group(120 min, n =8). Cannulation of the right common carotid arteries and internal jugular veins was performed to establish cardiopulmonary bypass for each animal. Through the perfusion of cold organ preservation solution(OPS), cardioplegia and profound hypothermia(15℃) were induced. After CA, cardiopumonary bypass(CPB) was restarted, and the animals were gradually re-warmed and resuscitated. The animals were assisted with ventilators until spontaneous breathing was achieved. The index of hemodynamic perioperative serum chemistry values [alanine transaminase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), creatinine(CR), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and troponin T(TnT)] and survival were observed from pre-operation to 7 days ***: Fifteen animals were enrolled in the experiment, while 1 animal in CA120 group died from surgical error. All 8 animals in CA90 group recovered, with only 1 animal displaying mild disability. However, in CA120 group, only 2 animals survived with severe disability, and the other 5 animals died after 2 days post-operation. In CA90 group, the perioperative serum chemistry values increased at 1 day post-operation(ALT 84.43±18.65 U/L; AST 88.99±23.19 U/L; Cr 87.90±24.49μmol/L; LDH 1894.13±322.26 U/L; TnT 0.849±0.135 ng/ml) but decreased to normal or almost normal levels at 7 days p

Polyserotonin was enzymatically synthesized using Horseradish peroxidase(HRP)as the *** novel conjugated polymer exhibited good fluorescent properties with significantly higher Stokes shift than its *** enzymatic polymerization eliminated the need for extensive purification of the product(typically necessary for the removal of residual metal catalyst)allowing the product to be naturally fluorescent as *** reaction was monitored using UV-Vis spectrophotometry and the polymers were characterized using Fluorescence,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and *** possibility of using polyserotonin for the detection of nitro-aromatic compounds,including 2,4-dinitrotoluene(DNT)and trinitrotoluene(TNT),through fluorescence quenching at parts per million levels in solution has also been demonstrated.
