Using a classical ensemble method, we revisit the topic of recollision and nonsequential double ionization with elliptically polarized laser fields. We focus on how the recollision mechanism transitions from short trajectories with linear polarization to long trajectories with elliptical polarization. We propose how this transition can be observed by meansuring the carrier-envelop-phase dependence of the correlated electron momentum spectra using currently available few-cycle laser pulses.

Transition metal-catalyzed direct amination of C-H bond has emerged as a powerful and efficient protocol for C-N bond formation. Accordingly, recent efforts made towards amination of C-H bond with a variety of N-substituted amino sources have been widely developed. Despite many remarkable advantages achieved in these C-N bond cross-coupling approaches, ligands are usually required and metal catalysts can not be recovered in these homogeneous catalytic systems, which may restrict their further applications in organic synthesis. Very recently, a great progress has been made in transition metal-catalyzed C-H bond oxidative amination for C-N bond formation via C-H/N-H bond cross-dehydrogenative coupling, nevertheless, excess oxidants were usually used. In this context, the development of recyclable catalytic systems for oxidative C-H bond amination under ligand-free and oxidant-free conditions is still regarded as a great *** nitro compounds are cheap and readily available organic materials and the reduction of them is a key step in the synthesis of various pharmaceutical agents and fine chemicals, transition metal-catalyzed directly oxidative coupling of C-H bond with nitroarenes for C-N bond formation via a hydrogen-transfer strategy is highly desirable. However, thus far, the application of this strategy in directly oxidative amination of C(sp3)-H bond with nitro group through C-N bond cleavage-formation sequence under heterogeneous catalytic system has not been reported. As an ongoing interest in the construction of C-N using heterogeneous catalysis, we herein report a novel and efficient method for synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted quinazolines using o-nitroacetophenones and amines or amino acids as the starting materials under the catalysis of commercially available Pd/C(palladium nanoparticles supported on activated carbon)(Scheme 1).

This work reports the elegant bridging of enzymatic generation of electron donor with photogenerated hole-induced chemical redox cycling amplification(RCA)for innovative photoelectrochemical(PEC)immunoassay,by the aid of a heterojunction photoelectrode with split-type ***,the system was exemplified by the alkaline phosphatase(ALP)catalytic generation of ascorbic acid(AA),the redox cycling of AA by tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine(TCEP)as reductant,and the use of a novel BiS/BiSnO heterojunction and myoglobin(Myo)as the photoelectrode and the target,*** the immunoreaction and ALP-induced production of AA,the subsequent oxidation of AA by the photogenerated holes of the BiS/BiSnO heterojunction could be cycled via the regeneration of AA by TCEP from the oxidized product of dehydroascorbic acid,leading to easy signal amplification for the sensitive immunoassay of Myo in real *** is believed that this work provided a basis for further design and development of general RCA-based PEC immunoassays.

Phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes(Ph OLEDs) are outstanding science the potential of100% internal quantum resulted from strong spin–orbit coupling caused by heavy atoms, which could lead to an efficient intersystem crossing to harvest both triplet and singlet excitons. However, phosphor emitters often suffer self-quenching and triplet-triplet annihilation at high doping *** OLEDs often employ host-guest system to resolve this problem. To date, triphenylamine(TPA) and carbazole derivatives are most widely employed as host materials for Ph OLEDs due to their high triplet energy level, sufficient hole transporting property, and wide energy gap. Nevertheless, the twisted molecule struture of TPA is detrimental to obtain high thermal and morphological stabilities host materilas. Therefore, many efforts have been made to improve thermal and morphological stabilities with high triplet energy level of the TPA *** many TPA containing hosts used for Ph OLEDs with high performance at low dopi ng ratios have been reported, rare TPA containing hosts with wide heavy dopant range for stab le perfor-mance Ph OLEDs have been reported due to the inherent triplet–triplet annihilation and concentration quenching of phosphorescent emitters. The low dopant Ph OLEDs could suppress triplet–triplet annihilation and concen-tration quenching of phosphor guests in solid state but und ergo time-consuming and tedious process. Moreover, the slight fluctuation of doping ratio proba bly leads to an obvious change of device performance, which would increase the process diffic ulty and production cost, and reduce device repeatability. In order to resolve this problem, one of the effective strategies is to design and synthesize bulky host with large steric hin-drance to simplify fabrication process and improve device repeatability. DNA template fluorescent metal nanoclusters(NCs)(including Au, Ag, Cu NCs) have attracted much attention due to their facile synthetic process, outstanding optical properties and good biocompatibility. Compared with AgNCs and AuNCs, DNA template Cu nanocluster(CuNCs) is much faster and more low-cost than the synthesis of AgNCs and AuNCs. The poly T-templated CuNCs has strong fluorescence emission peaks at 610 nm upon the excitation at 340 nm. In this work, it is found that dopamine(DA) can bind strongly with Cu to form stable complex and inhibit the formation of poly T-templated CuNCs. Based on the findings, we design a sensing strategy for the detection of dopamine by using poly T-templated CuNCs as fluorescence probes. The fluorescent method exhibits sensitive and selective detection of dopamine in a linear range from 1 nM to 50 μM and a detection limit of 0.5 nM. In addition, the method is successfully applied in the detection of dopamine concent in dopamine hydrochloride injection samples. Thus, it can hold considerable potential to construct a simple, rapid and sensitive fluorescent platform for the detection of dopamine.

A label-free electrochemiluminescence(ECL) immunosensor based on CdS-MoS composites as efficient luminescent material and sensing platform is fabricated for the detection of the acute myocardial infarction biomarker cardiac troponin I(cTnI). The CdS-MoS composites was synthesized by hydrothermal method, it has excellent luminescent properties. Owing to layer by layer modification of immunosensor, electron transfer is blocked between luminescent materials and coreactants, and the ECL signal gradually decreased. The immunosensor showed a wide linear detection range of 5.0 pg m L-1 to 100.0 ng mL-1 with a detection limit of 1.0 pg mL-1. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of cTnI in human serum samples. The proposed strategy can also be applied to the detection of other biomarkers.

Silver-catalyzed direct oxidation of aliphatic C-H bonds

Direct oxidation of unactivated aliphatic C- H bonds in a chemo-, regio-, and stereoselective manner represents an appealing way of introducing hydroxyl group. With great efforts devoted to this field,direct oxidation of unactivated aliphatic C- H bonds has witnessed remarkable progress in the last decade, and several metal-catalyzed scenarios of C- H hydroxylation with Ru, Fe and Mn catalyst have been developed. Another successful and significant strategy to approach this goal is the organocatalytic C- H hydroxylation. Inspired by these precedents, we herein reported a silver-catalyzed direct oxidation of tertiary and benzylic C- H bonds.
