Segmentation is the key step in auto-interpretation of high-resolution spaceborne synthetic aperture radar（SAR） images. A novel method is proposed based on integrating the geometric active contour（GAC） and the support vector machine（SVM）models. First, the images are segmented by using SVM and textural statistics. A likelihood measurement for every pixel is derived by using the initial segmentation. The Chan-Vese model then is modified by adding two items： the likelihood and the distance between the initial segmentation and the evolving contour. Experimental results using real SAR images demonstrate the good performance of the proposed method compared to several classic GAC models.

Synthetic aperture radar(SAR) is able to detect surface changes in urban areas with a short revisit time, showing its capability in disaster assessment and urbanization *** presented change detection methods are conducted using couples of SAR amplitude images. However, a prior date of surface change is required to select a feasible image pair. We propose an automatic spatio-temporal change detection method by identifying the temporary coherent scatterers. Based on amplitude time series, χ^(2)-test and iterative single pixel change detection are proposed to identify all step-times: the moments of the surface change. Then the parameters, e.g., deformation velocity and relative height, are estimated and corresponding coherent periods are identified by using interferometric phase time series. With identified temporary coherent scatterers, different types of temporal surface changes can be classified using the location of the coherent periods and spatial significant changes are identified combining point density and F values. The main advantage of our method is automatically detecting spatio-temporal surface changes without prior information. Experimental results by the proposed method show that both appearing and disappearing buildings with their step-times are successfully identified and results by ascending and descending SAR images show a good agreement.

The quality of the satellite orbit determination is rested on the knowledge of per-turbing forces acting on the satellite and stochastic properties of the observations, and the ability of controlling various kinds of errors. After a brief discussion on the dynamic and geometric orbit determinations, Sage adaptive filtering and robust filtering are reviewed. A new synthetically adaptive robust filtering based on a combination of robust filtering and Sage filtering is *** is shown, by derivations and calculations, that the synthetically adaptive robust filtering for orbit determination is not only robust but also simple in calculation. It controls the effects of the outliers of tracking observations and the satellite dynamical disturbance on the parameter esti-mates of the satellite orbit.

Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is the most severe epidemic that is prevalent all over the *** quickly and accurately identifying COVID-19 is of great significance to controlling the spread speed of the ***,it is essential to accurately and rapidly identify COVID-19 lesions by analyzing Chest X-ray *** we all know,image segmentation is a critical stage in image processing and *** achieve better image segmentation results,this paper proposes to improve the multi-verse optimizer algorithm using the Rosenbrock method and diffusion mechanism named *** utilizes RDMVO to calculate the maximum Kapur’s entropy for multilevel threshold image *** image segmentation scheme is called *** ran two sets of experiments to test the performance of RDMVO and ***,RDMVO was compared with other excellent peers on IEEE CEC2017 to test the performance of RDMVO on benchmark ***,the image segmentation experiment was carried out using RDMVO-MIS,and some meta-heuristic algorithms were selected as *** test image dataset includes Berkeley images and COVID-19 Chest X-ray *** experimental results verify that RDMVO is highly competitive in benchmark functions and image segmentation experiments compared with other meta-heuristic algorithms.

The destruction of the ecological system caused by urban expansion has led to the environmental deterioration,cities have become increasingly *** this study,six districts and counties along the Yellow River in Zhengzhou were selected as the study ***,green infrastructure elements were extracted by morphological spatial pattern ***,outside the urban areas,we used connectivity analysis to evaluate the importance of core areas,adopted minimum cumulative resistance model to extract potential corridors,and identified the important corridors by using the gravity ***,in the urban areas,we set up an evaluation system to assess the demands for ecosystem *** results showed that:(1)Seven landscape types of green infrastructure be identified in study area.(2)There are 17 vital cores,136 potential corridors,and 24 vital corridors outside the urban areas.(3)The blocks with high demand for ecosystem services are mostly concentrated in the old blocks with dense populations and poor infrastructure,and there are 5 blocks with comprehensive *** on identified importance for green infrastructure land space,and high-demand level for ecosystem services areas in this study,a green infrastructure net plan was proposed based on spatial conservation prioritisation.

Sequence Stratigraphy of the Jurassic Coal Measures in Northwestern China

The sequence stratigraphy of the Jurassic coal measures of northwestern China has been studied based on data from outcrop and borehole sections. Because of the geological background and the diversity of basin types, such as isochronisms of coal seams and recognition of key sequence boundaries, it is rare to summarize and correlate sequence structure and framework. The types and recognition characteristics of the sequence boundaries of the Jurassic coal measures are revealed by comparing climatic characteristics, structural styles and the base level cycle. A total of five third-order sequences and 15 systems tracts have been subdivided and the sequence stratigraphic framework has been reconstructed confirming that the thick coals accumulated in the late stage of transgression system tracts of sequence I （SQ I） and sequence III （SQ III）. This idea is of important academic significance for instructing coal resources exploration, and enhancing geological effects of prospecting engineering. It is also of practical significance for guaranteeing construction of the large-scale coal production base in northwestern China, accelerating the westward development of the coal industry stratagem.

The history is briefly looked back of natural resources and eec-environmental mapping in Henan Province. The main achievements are alsosummed up in following aspects: geographical mapping, soil mapping, land resource mapping, hydrothermal resource mapping, biological resource mapping, ecological mapping, design and compilation of natural resource and environment atlas, and study on cartographic theory and method. The basic characterristics are discussed, they include 1) extensive cartographic field and varied-type map; 2) resource and environment mapping being closely connected with resource investigation and environment research; 3) traditional cartographic method being dominant; 4) cooperation of cartographic researchers. Finally, the future tasks are proposed as follows: compiling a series of large-scale maps and renewing obsolete maps; dynamically monitoring and mapping of natural resource and environment system; mapping of eec-environment; and establishing information system of resource and environment.

A target position can be estimated using position information from scattered signals in the nonline-of-sight propagation environment in a single observer location *** is always an error in the final estimated result of the position obtained using scatter signals because measurement noise is *** reduce the total error of the system,we propose a method of converting the problem of optimizing location into a one of solving the extremes of the *** the problem of how to solve the extremes of the constraints is converted into an unconstrained problem by using the constrained total least squares(CTLS) ***,the Newton iteration method is used to obtain the optimized *** results also verify the capability of this method.
