The effective implementation of the project management plays a core roll in avoiding bad project use effect and waste of funds, caused by asset management planning and design errors or equipment selection errors;meanwhile, it can effectively improve the operational efficiency of enterprise assets, lower operating costs and save resources. In June 1974, A. Gordon published a paper “3L Economics Concept” as the starting point, on the “Building and Quantity surveying”, which is organized by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In this paper, a review of domestic and foreign research, from 1974 to 2015, on the total life cycle management progress will be given, and then a comment on it will be established. After detailed investigation and analysis of related materials, we can draw a conclusion: the study of the oil and gas development project lifecycle management is just beginning now. Hence, building the whole life cycle planning index system in line with the characteristics of oil and gas development project is very necessary.

With the rapid development of unmanned aerial and underwater vehicles,various tasks,such as biodiversity monitoring,surveying,and mapping,as well as,search and rescue can now be completed in a single medium,either underwater or in the *** systematically examining the water–air cross-medium locomotion of organisms,there has been growing interest in the development of aerial-aquatic *** goal of this review is to provide a detailed outline of the design and cross-medium theoretical research of the existing aerial-aquatic vehicles based on the research on the organisms capable of transiting between water and *** these designs and theoretical frameworks have been validated in many aerial-aquatic vehicles,there are still many problems that need to be addressed,such as inflexible underwater motion and unstable medium *** a result,supplementation of the existing cross-medium biomimetic research,vehicle design,power selection,and cross-medium theory is urgently required to optimize the key technologies in ***,by summarizing the existing designs and theoretical approaches on aerial-aquatic vehicles,including biomimetic research on water–air cross-medium locomotion in nature,different power selections,and cross-medium theoretical research,the relative problems and development trends on aerial-aquatic vehicles were thoroughly explored,providing significant help for the subsequent research process.

Source of Ore-forming Fluid and Material in the Baiyun Gold Deposit， Liaoning Province， NE China: Constraints from H-O-S-Pb Isotopes and In situ Analyses of Au-bearing Pyrites

The Baiyun deposit is a large gold deposit at the western end of the Liaoji rift zone in Liaoning Province， which has produced both auriferous quartz-vein type and altered-rock type mineralization. The ore bodies are mainly hosted in schist from the Gaixian Formation of the Liaohe Group. A detailed field geological survey showed that the quartz-vein type gold ore bodies are distributed in the near EW-trending and occur in the extensional tectonic space of schist in the Gaixian Formation， and the altered-rock type gold ore bodies are distributed in the near EW-trending structural belt and occur near in the Gaixian Formation of biotite schist， biotite granulite， marble and the upper footwall of dike. To further elucidate the source of ore-forming fluid and material in the Baiyun gold deposit， the H-O isotopes for quartz， S and Pb isotopes， in situ trace elements for sulfides from quartz-vein and altered-rock type mineralization were studied. The H-O isotopic δDV-SMOW and δ18OH2O values of the auriferous quartz range were from -88.8‰ to -82.2‰ and -1.95‰ to 4.85‰， respectively， suggests that the ore-forming fluids were mainly magmatic water with minor meteoric water. The distribution ranges of in situ S isotopic compositions of Au-bearing pyrite in the quartz-vein type and altered-rock type ores were -8.38‰～-10.47‰ （with average values of -7.89‰） and 11.38‰～17.52‰ （with average values of 11.55‰）， respectively， indicating that the S isotopic compositions of the two ore types were clearly different. The in situ Pb isotopic ratios changed almost uniformly， which showed that they had the same lead isotopic source. Based on the analysis of S and Pb isotopic compositions， the metallogenic materials in the Baiyun gold deposit were primarily from deep magma， and some wall rock materials may have been mixed in the metallogenic process. The de-coherence phenomena such as Low-SNR radar signal, shadows and layover caused by topography, etc. , causing phase data discontinuity, makes the result of unwrapping phase inaccuracy or even completely wrong. Based on the analysis of influencing factors to weight choice, this thesis develops a new method to choose the weights based on the measure of the confidence in the frequency domain. Experiments show that it could overcome the defect of sub-estimate to the slope of least squares method very well, which has a better rationale, stability and performance.

The last decade has witnessed significant progress and extensive applications of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),thanks to their exceptional mobility,cost-effectiveness,and versatile deployment capabilities.1 With continuous advances in sensing,communication,and processing technologies,using UAV swarms to provide cost-effective services in future smart cities is expected to become *** services encompass a wide spectrum of applications,ranging from large-scale infrastructure inspection,geospatial land surveying,and traffic/crowd monitoring,to three-dimensional terrain mapping.2 In these scenarios,UAVs are typically equipped with onboard sensors such as cameras and LiDARs,to gather environmental information by analyzing the sensor data such as captured videos and point *** key technologies to achieve autonomous information-gathering flight for UAV swarms include information extraction from sensor data,transmission and fusion of the extracted information among UAVs,and planning and coordination of their trajectories to ensure safe and efficient mission accomplishment.

Helong City is located in the northeastern Changbai Mountain with a poor geological environment,there often occur debris flows,collapses and landslides;especially debris flows restrict the local economic development. Based on fractal theory and the surveying data of 34 debris flows,the authors studied fractal feature of debris flow gully and its various situations of fractal dimensions in different observation scales. The nonlinear relation reveals the development of non-uniformity and self similarity of debris flow gully.

In order to improve the ability to localize a source in an uncertain acoustic environment,a Bayesian approach,referred to here as Bayesian localization is used by including the environment in the parameter search *** algorithms are used for the parameter *** method integrates the a posterior probability density（PPD） over environmental parameters to obtain a sequence of marginal probability distributions over source range and depth,from which the most-probable source location and localization uncertainties can be *** that the seabed density and attenuation are less sensitive to the objective function of matched field processing,we utilize the empirical relationship to invert those parameters *** broadband signals recorded by a vertical line array in a Yellow Sea experiment in 2000 are processed and *** was found that,the Bayesian localization method that incorporates the environmental variability into the processor,made it robust to the uncertainty in the ocean *** addition,using the empirical relationship could enhance the localization accuracy.

A substantial reduction in groundwater level,exacerbated by coal mining activities,is intensifying water scarcity in western China’s ecologically fragile coal mining ***’s national strategic goal of achieving a carbon peak and carbon neutrality has made eco-friendly mining that prioritizes the protection and efficient use of water resources *** on the resource characteristics of mine water and heat hazards,an intensive coal–water–thermal collaborative comining paradigm for the duration of the mining process is *** integrated system for the production,supply,and storage of mining companion resources is achieved through technologies such as roof water inrush prevention and control,hydrothermal quality improvement,and deep-injection geological *** active preventive and control system achieved by adjusting the mining technology and a passive system centered on multiobjective drainage and grouting treatment are suggested,in accordance with the original geological characteristics and dynamic process of water *** implementing advanced multi-objective drainage,specifically designed to address the‘‘skylight-type”water inrush mode in the Yulin mining area of Shaanxi Province,a substantial reduction of 50%in water drillings and inflow was achieved,leading to stabilized water conditions that effectively ensure subsequent safe coal *** integrated-energy complementary model that incorporates the clean production concept of heat utilization is also *** findings indicate a potential saving of 8419 t of standard coal by using water and air heat as an alternative heating source for the Xiaojihan coalmine,resulting in an impressive energy conservation of 50.2%and a notable 24.2%reduction in carbon *** ultra-deep sustained water injection of100 m3.h-1in a single well would not rupture the formation or cause water leakage,and 7.87×10～5t of mine water could be effectively stored in the Liujiagou Formation,presenting a viab

The safety of submarine pipelines is largely influenced by free spans and corrosions. Previous studies on free spans caused by seabed scours are mainly based on the stable environment, where the background seabed scour is in equilibrium and the soil is homogeneous. To study the effects of background erosion on the free span development of subsea pipelines, a submarine pipe- line located at the abandoned Yellow River subaqueous delta lobe was investigated with an integrated surveying system which in- eluded a Multibeam bathymetric system, a dual-frequency side-scan sonar, a high resolution sub-bottom profiler, and a Magnetic Flux Leakage （MFL） sensor. We found that seabed homogeneity has a great influence on the free span development of the pipeline. More specifically, for homogeneous background scours, the morphology of scour hole below the pipeline is quite similar to that without the background scour, whereas for inhomogeneous background scour, the nature of spanning is mainly dependent on the evolution of seabed morphology near the pipeline. Magnetic Flux Leakage （MFL） detection results also reveal the possible connec- tion between long free spans and accelerated corrosion of the pipeline.
