Gas quenching and vacuum quenching process are widely applied to accelerate solvent volatilization to induce nucleation of perovskites in blade-coating *** this work,we found these two pre-crystallization processes lead to different order of crystallization dynamics within the perovskite thin film,resulting in the differences of additive *** then tailor-designed an additive molecule named 1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea to obtain films with fewer defects and holes at the buried interface,and prepared perovskite solar cells with a certified efficiency of 23.75%.Furthermore,this work also demonstrates an efficiency of 20.18%for the large-area perovskite solar module(PSM)with an aperture area of 60.84 cm^(2).The PSM possesses remarkable continuous operation stability for maximum power point tracking of T_(90)>1000 h in ambient air.

The meteor radar can detect the zenith angle,azimuth,radial velocity,and altitude of meteor trails so that one can invert the wind profiles in the mesosphere and low thermosphere(MLT)region,based on the Interferometric and Doppler *** this paper,the horizontal wind field,gravity wave(GW)disturbance variance,and GW fluxes are analyzed through the meteor radar observation from 2012−2022,at Mohe(53.5°N,122.4°E)and Zuoling(30.5°N,114.6°E)stations of the(Chinese)Meridian *** Lomb−Scargle periodogram method has been utilized to analyze the periodic variations for time series with observational data *** results show that the zonal winds at both stations are eastward dominated,while the meridional winds are southward *** variance of GW disturbances in the zonal and meridional directions increases gradually with height,and there is a strong pattern of annual *** zonal momentum flux of GW changes little with height,showing weak annual *** meridional GW flux varies gradually from northward to southward with height,and the annual periodicity is *** both stations,the maximum values of zonal and meridional wind occur close to the peak heights of GW flux,with opposite *** observational evidence is consistent with the filtering *** horizontal wind velocity,GW flux,and disturbance variance of the GW at Mohe are overall smaller than those at Zuoling,indicating weaker activities in the MLT at *** power spectral density(PSD)calculated by the Lomb−Scargle periodogram shows that there are 12-month period and 6-month period in horizontal wind field,GW disturbance variance and GW flux at both stations,and especially there is also a 4-month cycle in the disturbance *** PSD of the 12-month and 6-month cycles exhibits maximum values below 88 km and above 94 km.

This paper demonstrated the generation of multi-wavelength bound state noise-like pulse (BNLP) in a dispersion-managed composite-filtered fiber laser consisting of nonlinear polarization rotation (NPR) and *** the case of BNLP,the generation is caused by the interaction between two noise-like pulses (NLPs) induced by the comb-filtering effect,and bound state level can be artificially controlled in the *** work provides a new method for generating low-coherence pulses and establishes a research idea for the study of the comb-filtering effects.

Superexchange effects play an important role in the determination of crystal structures; however, there has been much less reported on how they determine the stability of dusters. Using evolutionary search strategies and DFT＋U （density functional theory with the Hubbard U correction） calculations, we investigate the global minimum-energy structures of Fe12O12 clusters. Among predicted Fe12O12 dusters, a cage-shaped Fe12O12 cluster with unexpected stability was observed. In addition, the bare Fe12O12 cluster is shown to possess an extremely large energy gap （2.00 eV）, which is greater than that of C60, Au20 and Al13- clusters. Using a Heisenberg model, we traced the origin of the unexpected stability of the bare Fe12O12 cluster to magnetic competition between the nearestneighbor exchange constant h and the next-nearest neighbor exchange constant J2 that was induced by the superexchange interactions. The bare Fe12O12 cluster is thus a unique molecule that is stable and chemically inert.

It is hoped to develop a simple and low cost route for preparing the CaO with a novel morphology which can present high catalytic activity in catalyzing transesterification reaction for biodiesel. The porous CaO microsphere was synthesized by calcining spherical CaCO3 precursor which was prepared easily by mixing CaCl2 with Na2CO3. The as-prepared CaO microsphere was characterized by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM), powder X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and N2 adsorption experiment. The results reveal that the synthesized CaO is regular microsphere with many pores in its exterior and interior. The CaO microsphere is applied in catalyzing the transesterification reaction of soybean oil for biodiesel and presents excellent catalytic ability with a transesterification yield of 98.72%. This catalyst could have potential applications in other fields in view of its well-defined morphology, simply synthetic route and low cost.

Solid electrolytes C%sSmo.2 xPrxO2-δ （x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08） were prepared by citric-nitrate method. The microstructure and electrical properties of such materials were examined by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, atomic force microscopy （AFM）, Raman spec- troscopy （Raman）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） and impedance spectroscopy analyses, Specifically, results from XRD analysis showed that samples calcined at 800 ℃ for 4 h possessed single-phase cubic fluorite structure, and the average grain size was found to be 36--45 nm. Further Raman spectral analysis indicated that oxygen vacancies should be present in the cubic fluorite struc- ture of ***0.08Oe~, and Pr-doping seemed to increase their concentration significantly. AFM images showed that the grain size grew with the increase of Pr substitution. XPS analysis confirmed the existence of oxygen vacancies in the lattice of ***2_~ in which Pr3＋ and Pr4＋ co-existed. AC impedance spectra indicated that the conductivity of ***0.2-xPrx02＋ increased with the increase of Pr-doping but the conduction activation energy decreased. Notably, it appeared that sample ***.12Pro.o802-x （aaoooc=l.21xlO-z S/cm, Ea=0.77 eV） exhibited conductivity superior to ***.2Ol.9 （aro0.c=2.22×10-3 S/cm, Ea= 1.02 eV） because it possessed higher conductivity and lower activation energy. At 600 ℃, the conductivity of ***.12Pr0.0802m was 4.45 times higher than that of the un-doped material.

A four-level double-ladder cold atoms system with spontaneously generated coherence trapped in a moving optical lattice is explored to achieve optical nonreciprocity. When spontaneously generated coherence（SGC） is present, the remarkable contrast optical nonreciprocity of light transmission and reflection can be generated at each induced photonic bandgap in the optical lattice with a velocity of a few m/s. However, when the SGC effect is absent, the optical nonreciprocity becomes weak or even vanishing due to the strong absorption. It is found that the optical nonreciprocity is related to the asymmetric Doppler effect in transmission and reflection, meanwhile the degree and position of optical nonreciprocity can be tuned by the SGC effect and the Rabi frequency of the trigger field.

Effect of hydrostatic pressure and polaronic mass of the binding energy in a spherical quantum dot

Simultaneous effect of hydrostatic pressure and polaronic mass on the binding energies of the ground and excited states of an on-center hydrogenic impurity confined in a GaAs/GaA1As spherical quantum dot are theoretically investigated by the variational method within the effective mass approximation. The binding energy is calculated as a function of dot radius and pressure. Our findings proved that the hydrostatic pressure led to the decrease of confined energy and the increase of donor binding energy. Conduction band non-parabolicity and the polaron masses are effective in the donor binding energy which is significant for narrow dots not in the confined energy. The maximum donor binding energy achieved by the polaronic mass in the ground and excited states are 2%-19% for the narrow dots. The confined and donor binding energies approach zero as the dot size approaches infinity.

Circularly polarized light（CPL） detection has garnered significant research interest due to its extensive applications in optoelectronics and quantum *** perovskites possess CPL detection capabilities due to their inherent ***,incorporating organic amine spacers distorts the crystal lattice,resulting in defects that reduce the sensitivity of CPL *** study introduces the concept of chiral superposition for the first time,reporting two mixed heterostructures composed of two-dimensional（2D） chiral perovskite（R/S-MBA）2MAPb2I7（R/S）,chiral quantum dots（R/S-MBA）-CsPbBr3（R/SQD）,and chiral carbon dots（Ch-CDs）.The addition of chiral quantum dots/Ch-CDs fills the defects of the chiral perovskite films and reduces the electron-hole recombination rate in chiral hybrid perovskites,thereby significantly enhancing the circularly polarized sensitivity of the CPL *** adjusting the concentration of chiral quantum dots,controllability of spin electron transfer is achieved,which has a notable impact on circular dichroism（CD） and anisotropy factor *** anisotropy factor glhpof the mixed heterostructure R/S-R/SQD is approximately 21.58 times higher than that of single-phase chiral perovskites,and the asymmetry factor gCDincreases ***,this work opens up a new effective pathway for achieving high-sensitivity CPL detection,with promising applications in optoelectronic technologies such as spin information communication and quantum optics.
