CuInS_(2)quantum-dot(CIS QD)-modified g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN)catalysts(CIS/CN)were prepared with the aid of an in-situ growth *** as-obtained photocatalysts were explored by measuring their crystallinity,surface morphology,binding energy and light absorption *** photocatalytic efficiency of the pho-tocatalysts was evaluated through photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production and tetracycline(TC)antibiotic degradation under the simulated solar light and visible light *** optimized sample(10CIS/CN)showed the best photocatalytic activity:producing 102.4μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)of hydrogen in 1 h,or degrading 52.16%of TC in 120 min,which were respectively 48 or 3.4 times higher than the photocatalytic activity of CN *** enhancement in the efficiency of the composite system was prin-cipally accredited to the enlargement of light absorption,the more effective in charge transfer and the dropping of the charge carrier pair recombination through a formed S-scheme heterojunctional *** work is an effort to adjust CN-based polysulfide QD for speedy *** enriched photo-catalytic activity grants a new sense for adjusting the optical properties of CN.

With the increasing demand for higher energy lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), it is imperative to develop high-capacity electrode materials [1–4]. Due to the unique electrochemical Li-alloying reactions, Li-alloys offer high theoretical capacity, especially lithiumrich phase alloys, which exceeds the theoretical capacity of graphite anodes [5–7]. Phase-transition, which significantly influences lithium alloy reactions, determines high voltage hysteresis,low Coulombic efficiency (CE), and short cycling life [8,9].

Visnagin is a furanochromone and one of the most important compound in the Ammi visnaga(L.)Lam(a synonym of Visnaga daucoides Gaertn.)plant,which is used to cure various *** investigations into the bioactive properties of visnagin have been studied to *** literature on visnagin demonstrates its biological properties,including anti-inflammatory,anti-diabetic,and beneficial effects in cardiovascular and renal ***,visnagin improves sperm quality parameters,stimulates steroidogenesis,and increases serum gonadotropins and testosterone levels,while decreasing proinflammatory cytokines,oxidative damage,genomic instability,and it modulates ***,visnagin has emerged as an exciting lead for further research,owing to its potential in various unmet clinical *** current review summarized its basic structure,pharmacokinetics,and pharmacological effects,focusing on its mechanisms of *** review will help to understand the potential of visnagin as an alternative treatment strategy for several diseases and provide insight into research topics that need further exploration for visnagin’s safe clinical use.

In this work,we investigate a static and spherically symmetric Bardeen-Kiselev black hole(BH)with the cosmological constant,which is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear Maxwell field *** compute the quasinormal frequencies for the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant due to electromagnetic and gravitational *** varying the BH parameters,we discuss the behavior of both real and imaginary parts of the BH quasinormal frequencies and compare these frequencies with the Reissner-Nordström-de Sitter BH surrounded by quintessence(RN-dSQ).Interestingly,it is shown that the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dSQ under electromagnetic perturbations are different when the charge parameter q,the state parameter w and the normalization factor c are varied;however,for the gravitational perturbations,the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dSQ are different only when the charge parameter q is ***,compared with the gravitational perturbations,the electromagnetic perturbations can be used to understand nonlinear and linear electromagnetic fields in curved spacetime *** interesting observation is that,due to the presence of Kiselev quintessence,the electromagnetic perturbations around the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant damps faster and oscillates slowly;for the gravitational perturbations,the quasinormal mode decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the reflection and transmission coefficients along with the absorption cross section in the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant;it is shown that the transmission coefficients will increase due to the presence of Kiselev quintessence.

With natural polyphenol compound tannic acid(TA)as the ingredient,copper tannate(CuTA)nanolayer material was formed by self-assembly under the conditions of heating and copper *** ion and tannic acid could coordinate to form Cu-O-C structure which was similar to the Fe-N-C structure of natural heme *** addition,the obtained CuTA nanomaterial possessed excellent peroxidase-like catalytic activity and *** on this excellent enzymatic activity,CuTA nanomaterials could be used for colorimetric detection of hydrogen peroxide with a smartphone and decomposition of organic *** on the structural characteristics and catalytic activity,the copper tannate nanozymes could also serve as potential antibacterial reagents to effectively inhibit the growth of gram-negative and positive bacteria in a low hydrogen peroxide *** work may promote the exploration of novel peroxidase mimetics and broaden the applications of nanozymes.

Stimuli-responsive luminescent materials have attracted significant attention in the development of smart photoactive materials for both fundamental research and technological *** this work,a new copper iodide cluster(1)with aggregationinduced emission(AIE)characteristic,was obtained combining Cu_(4)I_(4) core with rhodamine B derivative ligand.1 has reversible and distinct multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence for external temperature,volatile organic compound,and mechanical ***,1 exhibited unusual large blue shift(84 nm)after being ground,which originated from the change of intermolecular ***,1 exhibits high oxygen quenching efficiency for 82.2% at 1 *** studies showed that the multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence properties of 1 can be attributed to the regulation of cluster-centered luminescence process,metal-to-ligand charge transfer process,halide-to-metal charge transfer luminescence process and aggregationinduced barrier to oxygen *** work not only reports an AIE copper iodide cluster,but also provides a new strategy to develop multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence materials.

OBJECTIVE: To examine the influence of Saponin Ⅰ from Shuitianqi(Rhizoma Schizocapasae Plantagineae)(SSPH Ⅰ) on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) metastasis,and to elucidate the underlying ***: The intrahepatic metastasis Bagg's Albino/c(BALB/c) mouse model was established with human hepatocellular carcinomas(HepG2) cells, then treated with normal saline(once per day), cisplatin(2 mg/kg, once every 2 d), and SSPH Ⅰ(25, 50, and 75 mg/kg, once per day). Then, we assessed alterations in the hepatic pathology and target protein expressions in the intrahepatic metastasis BALB/c mouse model using a series of molecular biology ***: Based on our analysis, SSPH Ⅰ significantly alleviated hepatocyte necrosis and tumor cells ***, SSPH Ⅰ suppressed extracellular matrix(ECM) degradation and angiogenesis via a decrease in matrix etalloproteinase-2(MMP-2), MMP-9, CD31, CD34,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) ***, SSPH Ⅰ repressed invasion and metastasis by suppressing the transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β 1)/Smad7 axis and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT), as evidenced by the scarce TGF-β1, Ncadherin, and Vimentin expressions, and elevated Smad7 and E-cadherin ***: The SSPH Ⅰ-mediated negative regulation of the TGF-β 1/Smad7 axis and EMT are critical for the inhibition of HCC invasion and metastasis.

Chemodynamic therapy(CDT)combined with dual phototherapy(photothermal therapy(PTT)and photodynamic therapy(PDT))is an efficient way to synergistically improve anti-tumor ***,the combination of multiple modes often makes the composition of the system more complex,which is not conducive to clinical *** this study,a dual phototherapy ligand carboxyl-modified Aza-BODIPY(BOD-COOH)and metal active center Cu^(2+)were used to construct multiple-modes metalphotosensitizer nanoparticles(BOD-Cu NPs)via one-step coordination self-assembly for combination therapy of CDT/PDT/*** order to improve delivery efficiency,the targeted hydrophilic molecule pyridinemodified glucose derivative(G-Py)was synthesized and coated onto the BOD-Cu NPs to form a glycosylated nano metal-photosensitizer BOD-Cu@G by electrostatic *** Cu^(2+)in BOD-Cu@G could not only be used as a coordination node for metal-driven self-assembly but also consume intracellular glutathione(GSH),and then catalyze Fenton-like reaction to generate hydroxyl radical(·OH)for *** vitro and in vivo studies revealed that BOD-Cu@G could achieve excellent anti-tumor efficiency by CDTenhanced dual phototherapy.

Fenton reaction centered ferroptosis-apoptosis synergetic therapy has emerged as a promising tumor elimination ***,the low intracellular Fenton level and accumulation of therapeutics at the lesion site greatly limit the efficacy of ferroptosis *** overcome these two bottlenecks,an inhalable metal polyphenol network(MPN)-hybrid liposome,encoded as LDG,was proposed for enhancing the intracellular Fenton reaction level by co-delivering the ferroptosis inducer dihydroartemisinin(DHA)and the ferrous ion(Fe2+)donor *** synthesized LDG had excellent nebulization performance which significantly improved the accumulation in the lungs,about 8.2 times of intravenous *** terms of anticancer mechanisms,MPN raised the intracellular level of Fe2+by constructing iron cycling in the weakly acidic environment of *** by Fe2+,DHA with peroxide-bridge structure underwent a high level of Fenton-like reaction,promoted the production of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)and induced strong ferroptosis while cooperating with *** exhibited extraordinary antitumor ability in an orthotopic lung tumor model,whose tumor inhibition efficiency was 1.53(P=0.0014)and 1.32(P=0.0183)times of the LG group(liposomes coated with gallic acid(GA)-Fe MPN)and LD group(liposomes loaded with DHA),respectively,showing the strongest anticancer *** conclusion,the constructed MPN-hybrid liposomes could be a potent custom nanoplatform for pulmonary delivery and underscored the great potential of ferroptosis-apoptosis synergetic therapy.
