Objective:The efficacy of medications for Parkinson’s disease(PD)tend to decline over time,which has a serious impact on patients’health and quality of *** some extent,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can resolve the distressing problem of ineffective dopaminergic medication in PD *** purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude,acceptance,and independent predictors of TCM in PD patients admitted to the outpatient department of a tertiary ***:A cross-sectional study of PD patients was conducted in the outpatient department of a large tertiary hospital in Beijing from March 2022 to June 2023.A self-report questionnaire was developed to investigate PD patients’attitudes and acceptance of TCM based on the *** logistic regression analyses were also performed to further clarify the independent predictors influencing patients’adoption of TCM ***:A total of 397 patients completed the questionnaire,of which 78.09%were willing to be treated with TCM and 21.91%indicated that they were not willing to use *** logistic regression analysis showed that several parameters were correlated with a patient’s willingness to include TCM in their therapeutic *** included education level of a bachelor’s degree(odds ratio[OR)=8.554;95%confidence interval[CI]:4.112–17.794;P<0.001,vs junior high school education),living in an urban setting(OR=8.022;95%CI:4.577–14.060;P<0.001,vs rural),having other underlying diseases(OR=5.126;95%CI:3.078–8.537;P<0.001,vs none),having previously used TCM(OR=3.083;95%CI:1.852–5.134;P<0.001,vs not used),believing that TCM therapy is safe(OR=3.530;95%CI:1.446–8.616;P=0.006,vs not thought),believing that TCM therapy is effective(OR=3.859;95%CI:1.482–10.047;P=0.006,vs not understood),and being willing to discuss ongoing TCM therapy with an attending physician(OR=62.468;95%CI:30.350–128.574;P<0.001,vs not informed).Conclusion:This study initially investigated the acceptance

With the gradual development and modernization of satellite navigation systems,using observation information from multi-GNss has become one of the hot-spot issues in recent ***-system loose combinations form double-difference observation equations within their respective systems,and the positioning effect is ***,the interchangeability and compatible interoperability between global navigation satellite systems(GNSS)cannot be truly *** the same time,when the number of visible satellites decreases abruptly,the positioning performance deteriorates *** paper focuses on the GNsS multi-system tight combination relative positioning technique,gives a mathe-matical model of multi-system tight combination relative positioning considering differential inter-system bias(DISB),and analyzes the time-varying characteristics of DISB at overlapping and non-overlapping frequencies among GPS/Galileo,GPS/BDS,and GPS/QZSS in terms of receiver brand,tem-perature,and receiver *** GNsS tight combination relative positioning performance is verified by static data from Curtin University and dynamic data measured at Taiyuan University of *** results show that compared with loose combination,the ambiguity-fixed rate increases from 62.18%to 97.60%for static data and from 74.97%to 99.53%for dynamic data when the elevation mask angle is 50°,resulting in a significant improvement in positioning performance.

During the 10th Chinese Arctic scientific expedition carried out in the summer of 2019,the surface current in the high-latitude areas of the Arctic Ocean was observed using a self-developed surface drifting buoy,which was initially deployed in the Chukchi *** buoy traversed the Chukchi Sea,Chukchi Abyssal Plain,Mendeleev Ridge,Makarov Basin,and Canada Basin over a period of 632 *** returning to the Mendeleev Ridge,it continued to drift toward the ***,the track of the buoy reflected the characteristics of the transpolar drift and Chukchi Slope Current,as well as the inertial flow,cross-ridge surface flow,and even the surface disorganized flow for some time *** results showed that:(1)the transpolar drift mainly occurs in the Chukchi Abyssal Plain,Mendeleev Ridge,and western Canada Basin to the east of the ridge where sea ice concentration is high,and the average northward flow velocity in the region between 79.41°N and 86.32°N was 5.1 cm/s;(2)the average surface velocity of the Chukchi Slope Current was 13.5 cm/s,and while this current moves westward along the continental slope,it also extends northwestward across the continental slope and flows to the deep sea;and(3)when sea ice concentration was less than 50%,the inertial flow was more significant(the maximum observed inertial flow was 26 cm/s,and the radius of the inertia circle was 3.6 km).

Lignans are a powerful weapon for plants to resist stresses and have diverse bioactive functions to protect human *** the mechanisms of stereoselective biosynthesis and response to stresses of lignans is important for the guidance of plant ***,we identified the complete pathway to stereoselectively synthesize antiviral(-)-lariciresinol glucosides in Isatis indigotica roots,which consists of three-step sequential stereoselective enzymes DIR1/2,PLR,and ***1 was further identified as the key gene in respoJanuary 2024nse to stresses and was able to trigger stress defenses by mediating the elevation in lignan ***,the phytohormone-responsive ERF transcription factor LTF1 colocalized with DIR1 in the cell periphery of the vascular regions in mature roots and helped resist biotic and abiotic stresses by directly regulating the expression of *** systematic results suggest that DIR1 as the first common step of the lignan pathway cooperates with PLR and UGT71B2 to stereoselectively synthesize(-)-lariciresinol derived antiviral lignans in *** roots and is also a part of the LTF1-mediated regulatory network to resist *** conclusion,the LTF1-DIR1 module is an ideal engineering target to improve plant Defenses while increasing the content of valuable lignans in plants.

Natural gas is extensively used as a clean energy source in cities and industries;consequently,there are associ-ated risks of accidental *** reduce the hazards associated with natural gas explosions,it is important to study the inherent laws of natural gas blast loads in unconfined spaces and establish load *** ex-periments on natural gas explosions in unconfined spaces,this study demonstrates the influence of natural gas concentrations,propagation distances,and gas volumes upon explosion loads.A new load model was proposed for the overpressure-time history curves of natural-gas explosions in an unconfined space.A comparison with the empirical model indicated that the predictive effect was superior to that of previous models,such as the TNT equivalent model and the TNO multi-energy model.

Objective:To provide high-quality clinical evidence of the efficacy of Tibetan medicine Honghua Ruyi(HHRY)pills for endometriosis-associated ***:This study constitutes a multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial encompassing a three-menstrual cycle intervention followed by a three-menstrual cycle follow-up period.A total of 164 eligible females with endometriosis-associated dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into HHRY pills and placebo groups in a 1:1 *** primary outcome included dysmenorrhea symptoms assessed using Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores and quality of life,whereas the secondary outcome measures included the maximum VAS for non-menstrual pelvic pain,duration of pain episodes(in days),frequency and quantity of the consumption of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules(or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs),and days off work/study for staff/student due to dysmenorrhea,ovarian cyst,and/or pelvic nodule *** safety was monitored throughout the treatment *** the analyses were based on the intention-to-treat *** continuous outcomes,simple or multiple linear regressions were used to estimate the differences between the HHRY pills and placebo groups,with categorical data expressed as the number and percentage of *** were compared using the chi-square test or Fisher's exact *** predefined analysis was adjusted for concomitant treatment,a variable considered to be associated with outcomes but unaffected by treatment *** of treatment effects were reported with 95%confidence ***-tailed P values≤.05 were considered statistically ***:Positive results from this trial,upon completion would provide robust evidence for the efficacy and safety of HHRY pills in treating dysmenorrhea in patients with endometriosis.

CD36 is a highly glycosylated integral membrane protein that belongs to the scavenger receptor class B family and regulates the pathological progress of metabolic ***36 was recently found to be widely expressed in various cell types in the nervous system,including endothelial cells,pericytes,astrocytes,and ***36 mediates a number of regulatory processes,such as endothelial dysfunction,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,and inflammatory responses,which are involved in many central nervous system diseases,such as stroke,Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,and spinal cord ***36 antagonists can suppress CD36 expression or prevent CD36 binding to its ligand,thereby achieving inhibition of CD36-mediated pathways or ***,we reviewed the mechanisms of action of CD36 antagonists,such as Salvianolic acid B,tanshinone IIA,curcumin,sulfosuccinimidyl oleate,antioxidants,and small-molecule ***,we predicted the structures of binding sites between CD36 and *** sites can provide targets for more efficient and safer CD36 antagonists for the treatment of central nervous system diseases.

The environmental load chart is an important technical support required for the jack-up drilling platform to facilitate its adaptation to different operating waters and ensure the safety of *** chart is a crucial part of the platform operation *** chart data are closely related to external factors such as water depth,wind,wave,and current conditions of the working water,as well as to the structural characteristics of the platform itself and the number of variable *** study examines the platform state under extreme wind,wave,and current conditions during *** addition,this study focuses on the difference between the ultimate reaction force of the pile leg during preloading and the reaction force of the pile leg without considering any environmental load before ***,the relationship between the difference and the new reaction force of the pile leg caused by the combination of different environmental conditions is established to facilitate the construction of a new form of environmental load *** newly formed chart is flexible and simple;thus,it can be used to evaluate the environmental adaptability of the platform in the target well location and provides the preloading target demand or variable load limit according to the given environmental ***,the platform can perform personalized preloading operations,thereby improving its capability to cope with complex geological conditions,such as reducing punch-through *** condition reduces the load on jacking system devices and increases its service life.

Mission planning of organization is to select best strategy to complete its mission under the conditions of organizational states. A new methodology of generating and optimizing strategy of organizational course of actions (COA) was illuminated with a joint campaign. A process of generating and optimizing COA in military force was modeled. And enumerative and heuristic techniques were employed to search optimal strategy for the case of joint campaign. The complex between the two approaches to find best strategy was analyzed. The results from our case were given and compared with reality of joint campaign, on which deficiency of models was taken apart. The optimal COA, obtained from our new methodology under diverse campaigns conditions, is given and analyzed. Results from the simulation of the COA show that our approach to solve optimal strategy of organizational processes accords with traits of general landing campaign.
