Malicious traffic detection over the internet is one of the challenging areas for researchers to protect network infrastructures from any malicious *** shortcomings of a network system can be leveraged by an attacker to get unauthorized access through malicious *** from such attacks requires an efficient automatic system that can detect malicious traffic timely and avoid system ***,many automated systems can detect malicious activity,however,the efficacy and accuracy need further improvement to detect malicious traffic from multi-domain *** present study focuses on the detection of malicious traffic with high accuracy using machine learning *** proposed approach used two datasets UNSW-NB15 and IoTID20 which contain the data for IoT-based traffic and local network traffic,*** datasets were combined to increase the capability of the proposed approach in detecting malicious traffic from local and IoT networks,with high *** merging both datasets requires an equal number of features which was achieved by reducing feature count to 30 for each dataset by leveraging principal component analysis(PCA).The proposed model incorporates stacked ensemble model extra boosting forest(EBF)which is a combination of tree-based models such as extra tree classifier,gradient boosting classifier,and random forest using a stacked ensemble *** results show that EBF performed significantly better and achieved the highest accuracy score of 0.985 and 0.984 on the multi-domain dataset for two and four classes,respectively.

From experimental results of spin polarized injection and transport in organic semiconductors（OSCs）,we theoretically study the current spin polarization and magnetoresistance under an electric and a magnetic field in a ferromagnetic/organic semiconductor/ferromagnetic（FM/OSC/FM） sandwich structure according to the spin drift-diffusion theory and Ohm＇s *** the calculations,it is found that the interfacial current spin polarization is enhanced by several orders of magnitude through tuning the magnetic and electric fields by taking into account the specific characteristics of ***,the effects of the electric and magnetic fields on the magnetoresistance are also discussed in the sandwich structure.

Environmental uncertainty represents the limiting factor in matched-field localization. Within a Bayesian framework, both the environmental parameters, and the source parameters are considered to be unknown variables. However, including environmental parameters in multiple-source localization greatly increases the complexity and computational demands of the inverse problem. In the paper, the closed-form maximumlikelihood expressions for source strengths and noise variance at each frequency allow these parameters to be sampled implicitly, substantially reducing the dimensionality and difficulty of the inversion. This paper compares two Bayesian-point-estimation methods： the maximum a posteriori（MAP） approach and the marginal posterior probability density（PPD） approach to source localization. The MAP approach determines the sources locations by maximizing the PPD over all source and environmental parameters. The marginal PPD approach integrates the PPD over the unknowns to obtain a sequence of marginal probability distribution over source range or *** Carlo analysis of the two approaches for a test case involving both geoacoustic and water-column uncertainties indicates that：（1） For sensitive parameters such as source range, water depth and water sound speed, the MAP solution is better than the marginal PPD solution.（2） For the less sensitive parameters, such as,bottom sound speed, bottom density, bottom attenuation and water sound speed, when the SNR is low, the marginal PPD solution can better smooth the noise, which leads to better performance than the MAP *** the source range and depth are sensitive parameters, the research shows that the MAP approach provides a slightly more reliable method to locate multiple sources in an unknown environment.

Irrational-behavior-proof(IBP) conditions are important aspects to keep stable cooperation in dynamic cooperative games. In this paper, we focus on the establishment of IBP ***, the relations of three kinds of IBP conditions are described. An example is given to show that they may not hold, which could lead to the fail of cooperation. Then, based on a kind of limit characteristic function, all these conditions are proved to be true along the cooperative trajectory in a transformed cooperative game. It is surprising that these facts depend only upon the individual rationalities of players for the Shapley value and the group rationalities of players for the core. Finally,an illustrative example is given.

Rapid development of high-throughput technologies has permitted the identification of an increasing number of disease-associated genes(DAGs),which are important for understanding disease initiation and developing precision ***,DAGs often contain large amounts of redundant or false positive information,leading to difficulties in quantifying and prioritizing potential relationships between these DAGs and human *** this study,a networkoriented gene entropy approach(NOGEA)is proposed for accurately inferring master genes that contribute to specific diseases by quantitatively calculating their perturbation abilities on directed disease-specific gene *** addition,we confirmed that the master genes identified by NOGEA have a high reliability for predicting disease-specific initiation events and progression *** genes may also be used to extract the underlying information of different diseases,thus revealing mechanisms of disease *** importantly,approved therapeutic targets are topologically localized in a small neighborhood of master genes in the interactome network,which provides a new way for predicting drug-disease *** this method,11 old drugs were newly identified and predicted to be effective for treating pancreatic cancer and then validated by in vitro ***,the NOGEA was useful for identifying master genes that control disease initiation and co-occurrence,thus providing a valuable strategy for drug efficacy screening and *** codes are publicly available at https://***/guozihuaa/NOGEA.

Based on the working characteristics of the rotating detonation combustor,the combustion mode of C_(2)H_(4)-Air under non-premixed injection conditions is experimentally studied in this *** changing the equivalence ratio,we observed the acoustic deflagration mode,fast deflagration mode,stable detonation mode,and weak detonation mode in the *** velocity and pressure of the shock wave increase gradually as the equivalence ratio increases from 0.6 to *** stable detonation region appears near the stoichiometric ratio and the velocity of the detonation wave is relatively *** the equivalence ratio of the mixture is larger than 1.32,the stable detonation wave will suddenly extinguish,forming a weak detonation mode until the end of the combustor *** combustion mode of weak detonation is greatly affected by the fuel injection pressure ratio,and the release rate of energy is the main reason for the formation of deflagration mode or detonation mode.

Inosine monophosphate(IMP),as a critical umami substance,is one of the most important indicators for evaluating the quality of meat ***,a sensitive electrochemiluminescence(ECL)biosensor based on graphdiyne(GDY)/AuNPs/luminol nanocomposites was constructed to detect *** GDY/AuNPs/luminol nanocomposites were synthesized by using simple one-pot *** utilized its 2D framework to disperse and fix gold nanoparticles,which inhibited the agglomeration of gold nanoparticles and greatly improved its stability and catalytic ***,GDY/AuNPs/luminol nanocomposites showed excellent catalytic ability and superior ECL activity towards luminol-H_(2)O_(2) systems due to the synergistic effect of GDY and *** optimal conditions,the prepared biosensor exhibited a wide linear range from 0.01 g/L to 20 g/L,a satisfactory limit detection of 0.0013 g/L,as well as an excellent ***,we carried out the precise analysis of IMP in actual meat samples with acceptable results compared to the liquid *** believe that this work could offer an efficient ECL platform for accurate and reliable report of IMP levels,which is significant for maintaining food quality and safety.
