The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems *** search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these *** scholars have referred to it as a fuzzy multi-attribute or multi-criteria decision-making problem using various fuzzy set-like approaches because of the inclusion of criteria and anticipated *** goal of the current study is to use an innovative methodology to address the expected uncertainties in the problem of solid waste site *** characteristics(or sub-attributes)that decision-makers select and the degree of approximation they accept for various options can both be indicators of these *** tackle these problems,a novel mathematical structure known as the fuzzy parameterized possibility single valued neutrosophic hypersoft expert set(ρˆ-set),which is initially described,is integrated with a modified version of Sanchez’s *** this,an intelligent algorithm is *** steps of the suggested algorithm are explained with an example that explains *** compatibility of solid waste management sites and systems is discussed,and rankings are established along with detailed justifications for their *** study’s strengths lie in its application of fuzzy parameterization and possibility grading to effectively handle the uncertainties embodied in the parameters’nature and alternative approximations,*** uses specific mathematical formulations to compute the fuzzy parameterized degrees and possibility grades that are missing from the prior *** is simpler for the decisionmakers to look at each option separately because the decision is *** the computed results,it is discovered that they are consistent and dependable because of their preferred properties.

Genes and proteins expressed at different life cycle stages in the model protist Euplotes vannus revealed by both transcriptomic and proteomic approaches

Sexual reproduction first appeared in unicellular protists and has continued to be an essential biological process in almost all *** protists, which contain both germline and somatic genomes within a single cell, have evolved a special form of sexual reproduction called conjugation that involves mitosis, meiosis, fertilization, nuclear differentiation, genome rearrangement, and the development of unique cellular structures. The molecular basis and mechanisms of conjugation vary dramatically among ciliates, and many details of the process and its regulation are still largely unknown. In order to better comprehend these processes and mechanisms from an evolutionary perspective, this study provides the first comprehensive overview of the transcriptome and proteome profiles during the entire life cycle of the newly-established marine model ciliate Euplotes vannus. Transcriptome analyses from 14 life cycle stages(three vegetative stages and 11 sexual stages) revealed over 26,000 genes that are specifically expressed at different stages, many of which are related to DNA replication,transcription, translation, mitosis, meiosis, nuclear differentiation, and/or genome rearrangement. Quantitative proteomic analyses identified 338 proteins with homologs associated with conjugation and/or somatic nuclear development in other ciliates, including dicer-like proteins, Hsp90 proteins, RNA polymerase Ⅱ and transcription elongation factors, ribosomal-associated proteins, and ubiquitin-related proteins. Four of these homologs belong to the PIWI family, each with different expression patterns identified and confirmed by RT-qPCR,which may function in small RNA-mediated genome rearrangement. Proteins involved in the nonhomologous end-joining pathway are induced early during meiosis and accumulate in the developing new somatic nucleus, where more than 80% of the germline sequences are eliminated from the somatic genome. General Lyapunov Stability and Its Application to Time-Varying Convex Optimization

In this article, a general Lyapunov stability theory of nonlinear systems is put forward and it contains asymptotic/finite-time/fast finite-time/fixed-time stability. Especially, a more accurate estimate of the settling-time function is exhibited for fixedtime stability, and it is still extraneous to the initial *** can be applied to obtain less conservative convergence time of the practical systems without the information of the initial conditions. As an application, the given fixed-time stability theorem is used to resolve time-varying(TV) convex optimization *** the Newton's method, two classes of new dynamical systems are constructed to guarantee that the solution of the dynamic system can track to the optimal trajectory of the unconstrained and equality constrained TV convex optimization problems in fixed time, respectively. Without the exact knowledge of the time derivative of the cost function gradient, a fixed-time dynamical non-smooth system is established to overcome the issue of robust TV convex optimization. Two examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed TV convex optimization algorithms. Subsequently, the fixed-time stability theory is extended to the theories of predefined-time/practical predefined-time stability whose bound of convergence time can be arbitrarily given in advance, without tuning the system parameters. Under which, TV convex optimization problem is solved. The previous two examples are used to demonstrate the validity of the predefined-time TV convex optimization algorithms.

The sliding mode control(SMC) problem for a normalized singular fractional-order system(SFOS) with matched uncertainties was investigated. Firstly, SFOS was normalized under constrained conditions. Then, the linear sliding mode(SM) function was designed using a fractional-order(FO) positive definite matrix and a linear matrix inequality(LMI). The SM controller was subsequently constructed based on switching laws. Finally, the feasibility of the method was evaluated using a numerical example.

In this paper,physics-informed liquid networks(PILNs)are proposed based on liquid time-constant networks(LTC)for solving nonlinear partial differential equations(PDEs).In this approach,the network state is controlled via ordinary differential equations(ODEs).The significant advantage is that neurons controlled by ODEs are more expressive compared to simple activation *** addition,the PILNs use difference schemes instead of automatic differentiation to construct the residuals of PDEs,which avoid information loss in the neighborhood of sampling *** this method draws on both the traveling wave method and physics-informed neural networks(PINNs),it has a better physical ***,the KdV equation and the nonlinear Schr¨odinger equation are solved to test the generalization ability of the *** the best of the authors’knowledge,this is the first deep learning method that uses ODEs to simulate the numerical solutions of PDEs.

This paper considers the Cohen-Grossberg BAM neural networks(CG-BAMNNs) on time scale, which can unify and generalize the continuous and discrete systems. First, the criteria for the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium of CG-BAMNNs are derived on time scale. Then based on that, the authors give the criteria for the stability and estimation of equilibrium of the CG-BAMNNs on time scale. The method proposed in this paper unifies and generalizes the continuous and discrete CGBAMNNs systems, and is applicable to some other neural network systems on time scale with practical meaning. The effectiveness of the proposed criteria for delayed CG-BAMNNs is demonstrated by numerical simulation.
