To contribute to the empirical literature on innovation in non-profit organizations,this study examines innovation in Private Social Solidarity Institutions with social responses for the elderly in Northern *** enriches the literature by clarifying the concept of innovation applied to non-profit organizations,which represents a perspective different from the business ***,it is important to support the innovation decisionmaking process in similar non-profit *** this study,the population was surveyed through questionnaires based on the PUBLIN research project,which has already been applied in different countries,and the targets were employees of organizations with social responses for the *** sample is small,with 28 respondent institutions and 51 employees,but it is representative,as it includes institutions from all districts in Northern *** study employed a quantitative approach,particularly factor analysis,multiple linear regression,and correlation analyses,using scales already applied in other dimensions of the social sector,to understand the effect of each innovation dimension/determinant on creativity and innovation in nonprofit *** results show that in these organizations with social responses for the elderly,learning orientation,risk-taking,and job satisfaction have a positive impact on innovation.

Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)is a promising *** service migration is a key technology in *** order to maintain the continuity of services in a dynamic environment,mobile users need to migrate tasks between multiple servers in real *** to the uncertainty of movement,frequent migration will increase delays and costs and non-migration will lead to service ***,it is very challenging to design an optimal migration *** this paper,we investigate the multi-user task migration problem in a dynamic environment and minimizes the average service delay while meeting the migration *** order to optimize the service delay and migration cost,we propose an adaptive weight deep deterministic policy gradient(AWDDPG)*** distributed execution and centralized training are adopted to solve the high-dimensional *** show that the proposed algorithm can greatly reduce the migration cost and service delay compared with the other related algorithms.

Obstacle removal in crowd evacuation is critical to safety and the evacuation system efficiency. Recently, manyresearchers proposed game theoreticmodels to avoid and remove obstacles for crowd evacuation. Game theoreticalmodels aim to study and analyze the strategic behaviors of individuals within a crowd and their interactionsduring the evacuation. Game theoretical models have some limitations in the context of crowd evacuation. Thesemodels consider a group of individuals as homogeneous objects with the same goals, involve complex mathematicalformulation, and cannot model real-world scenarios such as panic, environmental information, crowds that movedynamically, etc. The proposed work presents a game theoretic model integrating an agent-based model to removethe obstacles from exits. The proposed model considered the parameters named: (1) obstacle size, length, andwidth, (2) removal time, (3) evacuation time, (4) crowd density, (5) obstacle identification, and (6) route *** proposed work conducts various experiments considering different conditions, such as obstacle types, obstacleremoval, and several obstacles. Evaluation results show the proposed model’s effectiveness compared with existingliterature in reducing the overall evacuation time, cell selection, and obstacle removal. The study is potentially usefulfor public safety situations such as emergency evacuations during disasters and calamities.

In recent years,zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have been considered one of the most promising candidates for next-generation electrochemical energy storage systems due to their advantages of high safety,high specific capacity and high economic *** an indispensable component,the electrolyte has the function of connecting the cathode and the anode,and plays a key role in the performance of the *** types of electrolytes have different effects on the performance of ZIBs,and the use of additives has further developed the research on modified electrolytes,thus effectively solving many serious problems faced by ***,to further explore the improvement of ZIBs by electrolyte engineering,it is necessary to summarize the current status of the design of various electrolyte additives,as well as their functions and mechanism in *** paper analyzes the challenges faced by different electrolytes,reviews the different solutions of additives to solve battery problems in liquid electrolytes and solid electrolytes,and finally makes suggestions for the development of modified ZIB *** is hoped that the review and strategies proposed in this paper will facilitate development of new electrolyte additives for ZIBs.

This paper explores the ethical challenges encountered by business English interpreters using Chesterman’s Model of Translation Ethics,set against the context of economic globalization and the“Belt and Road”*** the increasing demand for interpreters,the paper delves into the ongoing discussion about the role of AI in translation and its limitations,especially concerning cultural subtleties and ethical *** highlights the importance of human interpreters’cross-cultural understanding and the ethical principles that inform their work,such as the Ethics of Representation,Service,Communication,Norm-based Ethics,and ***,the paper examines how these ethical models are applied in practical business situations,including business banquets,business negotiations,business talks and business visits,etc.,and investigates the cultural misunderstandings that may occur during these *** study concludes that although AI provides efficiency and cost savings,human interpreters are essential for their capacity to handle the intricacies of cross-cultural communication with cultural awareness and ethical discernment.

This paper analyses the tail risk contagion of US market implied volatility(USIV)on China's energy futures(CEF)markets,exploring how to utilize operations in the CEF to achieve a safe *** CEF characteristics to simultaneously take both long-/short-positions and engage in long-/short-run investment horizons,this paper defines eight different CEF safe haven attributes to counteract the tail risk of extreme increases in *** trading data from March 27,2018,to October 30,2023,the empirical results show that,first,in the analysis of the entire sample period,China's coking coal futures can serve as a weak safe haven,aiding long-position investors in mitigating the tail risks associated with US gold and stock market implied *** coal futures also assist short-position investors in countering US stock market implied volatility tail ***,in the sub-period analysis,the safe haven attributes of CEF exhibit strong heterogeneity and asymmetry across different ***,the time span during which CEF exhibits a particular safe haven attribute does not persist for an extended period.

To address the challenges of low credibility,difficult data sharing,and regulatory supervision issues involving electronic evidence storage in the judicial preservation process,this paper proposes a blockchain-based judicial evidence preservation *** scheme utilizes the characteristics of blockchain’s immutability to achieve credible forensics of electronic evidence on the chain and employs the decentralized storage of the interplanetary file system for secure and efficient off-chain ***,it resolves the problem of declining throughput due to limited block ***,it leverages smart contract technology to encompass major aspects of the judicial process,including user case registration,authority management,judicial evidence uploading and downloading,case data sharing,partial disclosure of case information,and regulatory *** experiments demonstrate that the scheme significantly improves throughput and *** tests indicate that the transfer speed of the interplanetary file system can meet the data-sharing needs of judicial organizations.
