Dual Frequency Transformer for Efficient SDR-to-HDR Translation

The SDR-to-HDR translation technique can convert the abundant standard-dynamic-range (SDR) media resources to high-dynamic-range (HDR) ones, which can represent high-contrast scenes, providing more realistic visual experiences. While recent vision Transformers have achieved promising performance in many low-level vision tasks, there are few works attempting to leverage Transformers for SDR-to-HDR translation. In this paper, we are among the first to investigate the performance of Transformers for SDR-to-HDR translation. We find that directly using the self-attention mechanism may involve artifacts in the results due to the inappropriate way to model long-range dependencies between the low-frequency and high-frequency components. Taking this into account, we advance the self-attention mechanism and present a dual frequency attention (DFA), which leverages the self-attention mechanism to separately encode the low-frequency structural information and high-frequency detail information. Based on the proposed DFA, we further design a multi-scale feature fusion network, named dual frequency Transformer (DFT), for efficient SDR-to-HDR translation. Extensive experiments on the HDRTV1K dataset demonstrate that our DFT can achieve better quantitative and qualitative performance than the recent state-of-the-art methods. The population migration in Hubei Province was frequent in history,accompanied by the migration of surnames,so it is important to study their population *** take Xiantao City as an example to explore the isonymic structure of small and medium-sized cities in *** surname distributions of 223327 residents registered in 2013 were analyzed in 5 towns and 105 villages of *** number of different surnames found was *** for surnames,theα-value reflects the influence of ethnic composition on the abundance of *** correlation between the isonymic distance and the geographic distance between villages was calculated and indicated that Euclidean distance was weakly correlated with the geographic distance(r=0.177±0.012),and the isonymic distance increased with the geographical ***,the dendrogram and PCA built from the matrix of Euclidean distances between villages identified a main surname differentiation between the urban and rural areas.

Chinese language education exists in both Malaysia and Indonesia. The commonalities and individualities of the national conditions of both countries have an impact on their Chinese language education. The official languages scripts, and major beliefs of the two countries are quite similar, and under their influence, local Chinese have special expectations for Chinese language education. Compared to Indonesia, Malaysian Chinese have a larger proportion of the population and a tendency towards marriage, which to some extent is more conducive to the Chinese language education of local Chinese. Both countries’ national conditions and personalities have unfavorable factors for local Chinese language education.

To mitigate the water pollution problem by photocatalytic degradation of typical antibiotics of tetracycline(TC),we prepared defective Bi_(2)Sn_(2)O_7(BSO)quantum dots(QDs)with a full spectral response due to Bi metal deposition,using a one-pot hydrothermal method,labeled as Bi@*** optimized Bi@BSOOV showed 73.4% removal of TC in 1 h under irradiation with a 50 W LED lamp in the wavelength band in the visible-near-infrared(vis-NIR)light,a rate that is substantially greater than that of pure BSO(14.7%).The synergistic interaction of Bi metal and oxygen vacancies(OVs)is crucial to boosting photocatalytic *** near-infrared region of the photo-response is extended by the surface plasmon resonance(SPR)effect of Bi metal,enhancing the photocatalytic performance and dramatically raising the efficiency of solar energy *** addition to inducing defect levels in BSO,the OVs also activate the surface adsorbed O_(2) to promote the production of·O_(2)^(-)and ^(1)O_(2).DFT calculations reveal that Bi metal and OVs can mutually tune the charge transfer *** the one hand,Bi metal can act as both a charge transfer bridge and an electron donor to assist charge *** the other hand,OVs-induced defect levels allow electrons that leap to the conduction band(CB)to first leap from the valence band(VB)to the defect levels,notably improving interfacial charge separation and *** concept of design executed in this study for altering the catalyst by introducing both OVs and Bi metal can provide a rational design idea and potential insight for improving the photocatalytic activity for environmental applications.

Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis(ABSA)is a fundamental area of research in Natural Language Processing(NLP).Within ABSA,Aspect Sentiment Quad Prediction(ASQP)aims to accurately identify sentiment quadruplets in target sentences,including aspect terms,aspect categories,corresponding opinion terms,and sentiment ***,most existing research has focused on English ***,while ASQP has seen significant progress in English,the Chinese ASQP task has remained relatively *** inspiration from methods applied to English ASQP,we propose Chinese generation templates and employ prompt-based instruction learning to enhance the model’s understanding of the task,ultimately improving ASQP performance in the Chinese ***,under the same pre-training model configuration,our approach achieved a 5.79%improvement in the F1 score compared to the previously leading ***,when utilizing a larger model with reduced training parameters,the F1 score demonstrated an 8.14%***,we suggest a novel evaluation metric based on the characteristics of generative models,better-reflecting model *** results validate the effectiveness of our approach.
