Aqueous alkaline zinc batteries(AZBs)exhibit great potential due to their high capacity,high safety and low ***,despite these advantages,the lack of high stability and high utilization rate makes the search for high-performance cathode materials a great ***,an amorphous nickel boride/rGO(NixB/rG O)complex structure was *** a result of abundant unsaturated active sites and synergistic electronic effects,amorphous NixB exhibits excellent energy storage *** well as having high electrical conductivity,rGO avoids aggregation of NixB nanoparticles,ensuring that NixB/rGO electrodes have a high energy storage *** structure has a strong adhesion between NixB and rGO,which protects its stable structure and extends its *** importantly,the NixB/rGO//Zn full battery shows remarkable capacity(228.4 m Ah/g at 2 A/g),extraordinary cycle durability(93.7%retained after1000 cycles)and strong energy density 399.7 Wh/kg,when coupled with NixB/rGO *** work will also shed light on other nickel-zinc batteries in order to achieve super durability and capacity.

As the demand for high-quality services proliferates,an innovative network architecture,the fully-decoupled RAN(FD-RAN),has emerged for more flexible spectrum resource utilization and lower network ***,with the decoupling of uplink base stations and downlink base stations in FDRAN,the traditional transmission mechanism,which relies on real-time channel feedback,is not suitable as the receiver is not able to feedback accurate and timely channel state information to the *** paper proposes a novel transmission scheme without relying on physical layer channel ***,we design a radio map based complex-valued precoding network(RMCPNet)model,which outputs the base station precoding based on user *** comprises multiple subnets,with each subnet responsible for extracting unique modal features from diverse input ***,the multimodal embeddings derived from these distinct subnets are integrated within the information fusion layer,culminating in a unified *** also develop a specific RMCPNet training algorithm that employs the negative spectral efficiency as the loss *** evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme on the public DeepMIMO dataset and show that RMCPNet can achieve 16%and 76%performance improvements over the conventional real-valued neural network and statistical codebook approach,respectively.

Precipitation strengthening has been widely adopted in austenitic low-density steel owing to excellent hardened *** approach generally employs the coherentκ′carbides and non-coherent B2 *** the precipitation transformation pathway is decisive for further optimizing the microstructures under specific engineering ***,the detailed precipitation sequence of Fe-28Mn-11Al-1C-5Ni(wt%)austenitic low-density steel as well as its influence on mechanical prop-erties during aging process is systematically *** results reveal that nano-sizedκ′carbides domains(2 nm)exist in the solution-treated *** aging at 500℃for 1 h,the cuboidalκ′carbides(15-20 nm)uniformly disperse in austenite ***,after aging at 700℃for 15 min,the coarsenκ′carbides(30-35 nm)inhomogeneously distribute and align preferentially along the〈100〉***,extending the aging time to 60 min,the needle-type B2 particles replace theκ′carbides due to the enrichment of Ni elements at the phase boundaries among the austenite andκ′*** aging at 900℃,κ′carbides entirely dissolve into the austenite matrix,and the intragranular B2 particles are the sole precipitates in the austenite matrix and follow the K-S orientation relationship with *** work hardening capability seriously deteriorates due to the shearing ofκ′carbides by gliding *** the intragranular B2 particles preserve excellent work hardening rate by dislocations bow-out *** present work is meaningful for guiding the design of new generation dual-nano precipitation austenitic lightweight steel.

For the in-memory computation architecture,a ferroelectric semiconductor field-effect transistor(FeSFET)incorporates ferroelectric material into the FET channel to realize logic and memory in a single *** emerging groupⅢnitride material Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N provides an excellent platform to explore FeSFET,as this material has significant electric polarization,ferroelectric switching,and high carrier ***,steps need to be taken to reduce the large band gap of~5 eV of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N to improve its transport property for in-memory logic *** state-of-the-art first principles analysis,here we predict that alloying a relatively small amount(less than~5%)of Sb impurities into Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N very effectively reduces the band gap while maintaining excellent *** show that the co-doped Sb and Sc act cooperatively to give a significant band bowing leading to a small band gap of~1.76 eV and a large polarization parameter~0.87 C/m^(2),in the quaternary Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)Sb_(y)N_(1-y)*** Sb impurity states become more continuous as a result of interactions with Sc and can be used for impurity-mediated *** on the Landau-Khalatnikov model,the Landau parameters and the corresponding ferroelectric hysteresis loops are obtained for the quaternary *** findings indicate that Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)Sb_(y)N_(1-y)is an excellent candidate as the channel material of FeSFET.

There is increasing evidence shows that either electrical stimulation(ES)or metal ion is an effective way to accelerate ulcerative wound ***,less attention is paid to investigating the synergistic effect between ***,we explore the combined effects of ES and multiple metal ions on dia-betic wound healing assisted by a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG).Firstly,the novel Eggshell@CuFe_(2)O_(4)nanocomposites(NCs)are prepared,which show unique structure and intrinsic antimicrobial ***,the as-prepared nanocomposites are embedded in oxidized starch hydrogel to form a mul-tifunctional composite gel,which is further assembled into a wearable ionic triboelectric nanogenerator(iTENG)patch with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).It can convert the mechanical energy produced by a human body motion to electric energy and mediate the sequential release of metal ions(Fe^(2+)/Ca^(2+)/Cu^(2+)),thereby resulting in the“cocktail effect”on impaired *** their effects,a satisfying healing re-sult in diabetic mouse is identified,which can effectively accelerate wound healing process by relieving inflammation,promoting angiogenesis and collagen *** work puts forward the cocktail effect of electric simulation coupled with the multiple metal ions,and opens up a new perspective in designing iTENG patch towards repair of hard-to-heal wounds.

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT), heralded as the“king” of conducting polymers, is esteemed in bioelectronics for its mixed electronic and ionic conductivity, mechanical properties compatible with biological tissues, tunable healing ability and stability in diverse environments [1]. Based on additive manufacturing of three-dimensional structures,PEDOT realizes the implementation in the efficient production of flexible bioelectronics, the construction of intricate electrode-neural implantations, and the development of smart brain-computer-interfaces [2].

From April 2020 to June 2022, a Ca+lidar with dual-wavelength and narrow-band emitting lasers utilizing all-solid-state technology was employed to conduct observations in Beijing（40.41°N, 116.01°E） for a total duration of 1797.79 hours over 280 nights. A total of 286 sporadic Ca+layers were observed, with heights ranging from 88 to 120 km and densities varying from 5.33 to 2200 cm-3. We simultaneously observed the ionosonde, located 28 km from the lidar, and found a correlation of 61.89% between the sporadic Ca+ layer and the sporadic E layer. When the sporadic Ca+layer has a downward phase trend, there is a correlation of 76.84%. By excluding the influence of ionosonde sensitivity, we focus only on calcium ions that have a density exceeding 140 cm-3, which exhibit a correlation of82.25%. Above 100 km, the correlation significantly increases, reaching approximately 90%. Furthermore, the correlation between the sporadic Ca+ layer and the sporadic E layer is particularly noticeable during the summer season, reaching around 90%. This phenomenon can be attributed to the variations in metal ions that occur during different seasons.

Supervised learning often requires a large number of labeled examples,which has become a critical bottleneck in the case that manual annotating the class labels is *** mitigate this issue,a new framework called pairwise comparison(Pcomp)classification is proposed to allow training examples only weakly annotated with pairwise comparison,i.e.,which one of two examples is more likely to be *** previous study solves Pcomp problems by minimizing the classification error,which may lead to less robust model due to its sensitivity to class *** this paper,we propose a robust learning framework for Pcomp data along with a pairwise surrogate loss called *** provides an unbiased estimator to equivalently maximize AUC without accessing the precise class ***,we prove the consistency with respect to AUC and further provide the estimation error bound for the proposed *** studies on multiple datasets validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Advancing efficient and affordable electrocatalysts to boost the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is pivotal for sustainable green hydrogen ***,we propose the fabrication of nickel-iron alloy nanoparticles-encapsulated on N-doped vertically aligned graphene array on carbon cloth(NiFe@NVG/CC)as a highly active three-dimensional(3D)catalyst electrode for *** 1 M KOH,such NiFe@NVG/CC demonstrates outstanding catalytic performance,necessitating merely overpotential of 245 mV for achieving a current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2),a remarkably low Tafel slope of 36.2 mV·dec^(−1).Furthermore,density functional theory calculations validate that the incorporate of N species into graphene can reinforce the electrocatalytic activity though reducing the reaction energy barrier during the conversion of*O to*OOH *** outstanding performance and structural benefits of NiFe@NVG/CC offer valuable insights for the development of innovative and efficient electrocatalysts for water oxidation.
