The paper presents experimental investigation results of crack pattern change in cement pastes caused by external sulfate attack(ESA).To visualize the formation and development of cracks in cement pastes under ESA,an X-ray computed tomography(X-ray CT)was used,i e,the tomography system of Zeiss Xradia 510 *** results indicate that X-CT can monitor the development process and distribution characteristics of the internal cracks of cement pastes under ESA with attack *** addition,the C3A content in the cement significantly affects the damage mode of cement paste specimens during sulfate *** damage of ordinary Portland cement(OPC)pastes subjected to sulfate attack with high C3A content are severe,while the damage of sulfate resistant Portland cement(SRPC)pastes is much smaller than that of OPC ***,a quadratic function describes the correlation between the crack volume fraction and development depth for two cement pastes immermed in sulfate solution.

Rare Earth Ion Yb^3+ Doping of Bi2WO6 with Excellent Visible-light Photocatalytic Activity

The rare earth ion Yb^3+ doped Bi2WO6 photocatalysts were synthesized by hydrothermal ***,XRD,XPS,FESEM,TEM,Ramam,N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm measurements and UV-vis diffusion reflectance spectra were used to characterize the Yb^3+ doped Bi2WO6 *** morphology,specific surface area,and pore volume distribution were greatly affected after Yb3+ ions *** performance of Bi2WO6 was effectively enhanced after Yb3+ ions doping,6% Yb^3+ doped Bi2WO6 had the best photocatalytic performance,and 96.2% Rhodamine B was degradated after irradiated 30 min,which was 1.29 times that of the pristine *** enhanced photocatalytic performance was due to the increased specific surface area,decreased energy band gap and inhibition of photoelectron-hole recombination after Yb3+ ions doping.

An optimal control strategy of winner-take-all(WTA)model is proposed for target tracking and cooperative competition of multi-UAVs(unmanned aerial vehicles).In this model,firstly,based on the artificial potential field method,the artificial potential field function is improved and the fuzzy control decision is designed to realize the trajectory tracking of dynamic ***,according to the finite-time convergence high-order differentiator,a double closed-loop UAV speed tracking the controller is designed to realize the speed control and tracking of the target tracking *** simulation results show that the designed speed tracking controller has the advantages of fast tracking,high precision,strong stability and avoiding ***,a cooperative competition scheme of multiple UAVs based on WTA is designed to find the minimum control energy from multiple UAVs and realize the optimal control *** analysis and numerical simulation results show that the model has the fast convergence,high control accuracy,strong stability and good robustness.

A New Fast Matching Algorithm by Trans-Scale Search for Remote Sensing Image

A new fast matching algorithm for remote sensing images is proposed. The algorithm adopts a coarse to fine matching process. A remote sensing image is decomposed into multi-scale images which form a wavelet image pyramid by the way of DWT(Discrete wavelet transform).Extract a low frequency sub-image from the wavelet image pyramid to carry out a rough matching operation between the sub-image and target image, and then get a rough position after cluster analysis. Get a suitable position with center at the rough position from remote sensing image to accomplish fine matching operation. The algorithm has been analyzed theoretically from the signal processing point of view, and a sufficient condition is given to select wavelet filter. Simulation results testify that proposed algorithm not only distinguishes remote sensing images precisely, but also cuts down matching time greatly. It is only 25.04% of SIFT algorithm, and 35.36% of SURF algorithm for matching time.

The title compound （C50H.44010） was synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 16.713（4）, b --- 13.189（3）, c = 19.434（5） A, β = 104.411（4）°, Mr = 804.85, Dc = 1.288 g/cm3, V = 4149.2（17） A3, Z = 4, F（000） = 1696, #（MoKa） = 0.089 mm-1T = 296（2） K, 7279 independent reflections with 3172 observed ones （I 〉 2δ（/））, R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1203 with GOF = 0.928 （R = 0.1464 and wR = 0.1657 for all data）. The calixarene moiety maintains the symmetric cone conformation through intramolecular O-H…O hydrogen bonds. Preliminary bioassays indicated that the title compound has a potent inhibitory activity against the strand transfer process of HIV-1 integrase.

Corrosion Behavior of Different Steel Substrates Coupled With Conductive Polymer Under Different Serving Conditions

The corrosion behaviors of stainless steel and nickel plated carbon steel coupled with conductive polymer were investigated in both hot humid environment and simulated marine environment. The corrosion currents of dif-ferent steel substrates and conductive polymer in simulated marine environment at room temperature were measured. The corrosion surfaces of different steel couples were observed under a scanning electron microscope （SEM） and chemical compositions were examined by energy dispersive spectrum （EDS） analysis. The corrosion mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the stability of both stainless steel and nickel-plated carbon steel in hot humid en- vironment was excellent and no corrosion happened in the blank test for 360 h while slight corrosion existed in the contact area of coupled steel substrates. In simulated marine environment, the corrosion current of the stainless steel was lower than 100 μA and some directional rod-like particles formed on the surface of the stainless steel, which are mainly caused by oxidative corrosion among different phases. The corrosion current of the nickel-plated carbon steel couples was much greater than that of stainless steel couples and nickel plate cracking resulted in the corrosion of the internal iron because the coated nickel layer was not dense enough.

In view of the severity of oceanic pollution, based on the finite volume coastal ocean model （FVCOM）, a Lagrangian particle-tracking model was used to numerically investigate the coastal pollution transport and water exchange capability in Tangdao Bay, in China. The severe pollution in the bay was numerically simulated by releasing and tracking particles inside it. The simulation results demonstrate that the water exchange capability in the bay is very low. Once the bay has suffered pollution, a long period will be required before the environment can purify itself. In order to eliminate or at least reduce the pollution level, environmental improvement measures have been proposed to enhance the seawater exchange capability and speed up the water purification inside the bay. The study findings presented in this paper are believed to be instructive and useful for future environmental policy makers and it is also anticip

As one of the most active rare earths,CeO2 has caused extensive concern due to its multifunctional ***2-based compound oxide of M2O3-CeO2(M=La,Fe,and Al)were prepared by coprecipitation and impregnation *** photocatalytic performance of the samples for the degradation methylene blue was studied under UV and visible light *** effects of constituents on the properties of the CeO2-based catalysts were investigated by XRD,TEM,BET,and UV-Vis *** highest degradation of methylene blue under 230W UV light was almost 100%at 50 min by La2O3/Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst and 99.42%at 50 min by Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 *** methylene blue removal efficiency under indoor natural light reaches 93.81%by La2O3/Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst and 92.34%by Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst at 50 *** order of catalytic degradation activity is La2O3/Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3>Fe2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3>La2O3-CeO2/γ-Al2O3>Al2O3,owing to their structural *** doping of La^3+or Fe3+onto CeO2/γ-Al2O produced much more oxygen vacancies under light irradiation and reduced the energy laps of CeO2 with value of 2.86 ev,which improved the photocatalytic redox performance of the composite oxide.

Self-Assembled Silane Film and Silver Nanoparticles Coating on Magnesium Alloys for Corrosion Resistance and Antibacterial Applications

Contamination resulting from microbial adhesion on magnesium alloys is very common in many applications. Self-assembly technology was employed to prepare an antibacterial composite coating by fixing silver nanoparticles （AgNPs） onto the surface of magnesium alloys. The AgNPs were immobilized on the surface of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane （APTMS）-modified magnesium alloy AZ31 （APTMS/Mg） through electrosta- tic inter-attraction between partially protonated amino groups and negatively charged citrate-capped AgNPs, resulting in the AgNPs attached APTMS/Mg （AgNPs/APTMS/Mg） substrate. The prepared Ag colloid and functionalized AZ31 alloy were characterized by ultraviolet-visible （UV-vis） spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared （FTIR） spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, and electrochemical methods. Finally, the bactericidal activity of AgNPs/APTMS/Mg substrate against Escherichia coli was assessed by the inhibition zone. The results demonstrated that Si-O-Si covalent bonds existed on the substrate with the formation of inorganic Si-O-Mg bonds. AgNPs were immobilized and well-dispersed, forming a uniform submonolayer on the silane film in two dimensions. The AgNPs/APTMS-pretreated AZ31 alloys exhibited better corrosion resistance and excellent antibacterial performance.

Introducing inorganic cation into hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites(HOIPs)has attracted great attention because of the enhancement stabilities without sacrificing their excellent optoelectronic ***,we introduce Cs and Rb into MAPbI_(1.8)Br_(1.2)single crystals(SCs)to dig out the mixed cation effect on optoelectronic performances and phase *** Rb and Cs can increase the lattice capacity,which is sufficient to relieve the lattice stress caused by photon energy,thus achieving the purpose of stabilizing the lattice structure and inhibiting migration of halide ions,compared with MAPbI_(1.8)Br_(1.2)*** the other hand,the smaller polarity of Rb and Cs reduces the electron-phonon coupling,thus significantly inhibiting the migration of halide ***,through planar photo-detectors,MA_(0.9)Cs_(0.1)PbI_(1.8)Br_(1.2)-based device behaves much excellent optoelectronic performance(R=0.170 A/W,EQE=51.39%,D^(*)=4.42×10^(12)Jones,on/off ratio:~522).
