A novel algorithm that combines the generalized labeled multi-Bernoulli(GLMB) filter with signal features of the unknown emitter is proposed in this paper. In complex electromagnetic environments, emitter features(EFs) are often unknown and time-varying. Aiming at the unknown feature problem, we propose a method for identifying EFs based on dynamic clustering of data fields. Because EFs are time-varying and the probability distribution is unknown, an improved fuzzy C-means algorithm is proposed to calculate the correlation coefficients between the target and measurements, to approximate the EF likelihood function. On this basis, the EF likelihood function is integrated into the recursive GLMB filter process to obtain the new prediction and update equations.Simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the tracking performance of multiple targets,especially in heavy clutter environments.

The extensive availability of advanced digital image technologies and image editing tools has simplified the way of manipulating the image content.An effective technique for tampering the identification is the copy-move forgery.Conventional image processing techniques generally search for the patterns linked to the fake content and restrict the usage in massive data classification.Contrast-ingly,deep learning(DL)models have demonstrated significant performance over the other statistical techniques.With this motivation,this paper presents an Optimal Deep Transfer Learning based Copy Move Forgery Detection(ODTL-CMFD)technique.The presented ODTL-CMFD technique aims to derive a DL model for the classification of target images into the original and the forged/tampered,and then localize the copy moved regions.To perform the feature extraction process,the political optimizer(PO)with Mobile Networks(MobileNet)model has been derived for generating a set of useful vectors.Finally,an enhanced bird swarm algorithm(EBSA)with least square support vector machine(LS-SVM)model has been employed for classifying the digital images into the original or the forged ones.The utilization of the EBSA algorithm helps to properly modify the parameters contained in the Multiclass Support Vector Machine(MSVM)technique and thereby enhance the classification performance.For ensuring the enhanced performance of the ODTL-CMFD technique,a series of simulations have been performed against the benchmark MICC-F220,MICC-F2000,and MICC-F600 datasets.The experimental results have demonstrated the improvised performance of the ODTL-CMFD approach over the other techniques in terms of several evaluation measures.

For many years, various local feature descriptors have been proposed. Among them, Lowe＇s scale invariant feature transform （SIFT） descriptor is the most successful one and has been proven to be performed better on the distinctiveness and robustness than other descriptors. However, SIFT descriptor is based on gray level images and pays little attention to the color information which can be a powerful cue in the distinction and recognition of objects. To increase the discriminative power, color features have been plugged into the feature descriptors only recently. In this letter, we study the photometric invariant properties of the Lowers SIFT, HueSIFT, rgSIFT and CSIFT based on color diagonal offset model. Theoretical and experimental results show that the four descriptors are not fully invariant to photometric transformation. To solve this problem, a new color invariant framework based on color diagonal offset model is proposed in this letter. Exnerimental results validate our Dronosed framework.

Particles can be removed from a silicon surface by means of irradiation and a laser plasma shock wave.The particles and silicon are heated by the irradiation and they will expand differently due to their different expansion coefficients,making the particles easier to be removed.Laser plasma can ionize and even vaporize particles more significantly than an incident laser and,therefore,it can remove the particles more efficiently.The laser plasma shock wave plays a dominant role in removing particles,which is attributed to its strong burst force.The pressure of the laser plasma shock wave is determined by the laser pulse energy and the gap between the focus of laser and substrate surface.In order to obtain the working conditions for particle removal,the removal mechanism,as well as the temporal and spatial characteristics of velocity,propagation distance and pressure of shock wave have been researched.On the basis of our results,the conditions for nano-particle removal are achieved.

The increasingly complex battlefield environment requests much closer connection in a team having both manned and unmanned aerial vehicles(MAVs and UAVs). This special heterogeneous team structure causes demands for effective organizational structure design solutions. Implementing adjustable autonomy in the organizational structure, the expected evaluation function is established based on the physical resource, intelligent resource, network efficiency, network vulnerability and task execution reliability. According to the above constraints, together with interaction latency, decision-making information processing capacity, and decision-making latency, we aim to find a preferential organizational structure. The proposed organizational structure includes cooperative relationships, supervisory control relationships, and decision-making authorization relationships. In addition,by considering the influence on the intelligent support capabilities and the task execution reliability created by adjustable autonomy, it helps to build the proposed organizational structure designed with certain degree of flexibility to deal with the potential changes in the unpredictable battlefield environment. Simulation is conducted to confirm our design to be valid. And the method is still valid under different battlefield environments and interventions.

Phase measurement unit(PMU)is the key equipment for electric power system,which has been used to monitor and control power grid.But it is too expensive to deploy on each bus.So,we need to investigate how to deploy PMU to satisfy our observation requirements with minimum PMU numbers.This problem is called the optimal PMU placement(OPP).In this paper,we employ differential evolution(DE)algorithm to solve the OPP problem.Our optimization target is to make the power grid completely observable with maximum redundancy and minimum number of PMU.The proposed method is tested on IEEE 14-bus system,IEEE 30-bus system and IEEE 57-bus system respectively with considering the zero injection.

The antiferromagnetic(AFM) interlayer coupling effective field in a ferromagnetic/non-magnetic/ferromagnetic(FM/NM/FM) sandwich structure, as a driving force, can dramatically enhance the ferromagnetic resonance(FMR) frequency. Changing the non-magnetic spacer thickness is an effective way to control the interlayer coupling type and intensity, as well as the FMR frequency. In this study, Fe Co B/Ru/Fe Co B sandwich trilayers with Ru thickness(tRu) ranging from 1 A to 16 A are prepared by a compositional gradient sputtering(CGS) method. It is revealed that a stress-induced anisotropy is present in the Fe Co B films due to the B composition gradient in the samples. A tRu-dependent oscillation of interlayer coupling from FM to AFM with two periods is observed. An AFM coupling occurs in a range of 2 A ≤ tRu≤ 8 A and over 16 A, while an FM coupling is present in a range of tRu< 2 A and 9 A ≤ tRu≤ 14.5 A. It is interesting that an ultrahigh optical mode(OM) FMR frequency in excess of 20 GHz is obtained in the sample with tRu= 2.5 A under an AFM coupling. The dynamic coupling mechanism in trilayers is simulated, and the corresponding coupling types at different values of tRuare verified by Layadi’s rigid model. This study provides a controllable way to prepare and investigate the ultrahigh FMR films.

Applying an ultrafast vortex laser as the pump,optical parametric amplification can be used for spiral phase-contrast imaging with high gain,wide spatial bandwidth,and high imaging contrast.Our experiments show that this design has realized the 1064 nm spiral phase-contrast idler imaging of biological tissues(frog egg cells and onion epidermis)with a spatial resolution at several microns level and a superior imaging contrast to both the traditional bright-or dark-field imaging under a weak illumination of 7 nW/cm^(2).This work provides a powerful way for biological tissue imaging in the second near-infrared region.

In this work,we consider community detection in blockchain networks.We specifically take the Bitcoin network and Ethereum network as two examples,where community detection serves in different ways.For the Bitcoin network,we modify the traditional community detection method and apply it to the transaction social network to cluster users with similar characteristics.For the Ethereum network,on the other hand,we define a bipartite social graph based on the smart contract transactions.A novel community detection algorithm which is designed for low-rank signals on graph can help find users’communities based on user-token subscription.Based on these results,two strategies are devised to deliver on-chain advertisements to those users in the same community.We implement the proposed algorithms on real data.By adopting the modified clustering algorithm,the community results in the Bitcoin network are basically consistent with the ground-truth of the betting site community which has been announced to the public.Meanwhile,we run the proposed strategy on real Ethereum data,visualize the results and implement an advertisement delivery on the Ropsten test net.
