It is more and more important to analyse and process complex data for gaining more valuable knowledge and making more accurate decisions.The multigranulation decision theory based on conditional probability and cost loss has the advantage of processing decision-making problems from multi-levels and multi-angles,and the neighbourhood rough set model(NRS)can facilitate the analysis and processing of numerical or mixed type data,and can address the limitation of multigranulation decision-theoretic rough sets(MG-DTRS),which is not easy to cope with complex data.Based on the in-depth study of hybrid-valued decision systems and MG-DTRS models,this study analysed neigh-bourhood MG-DTRS(NMG-DTRS)deeply by fusing MG-DTRS and NRS;a matrix-based approach for approximation sets of NMG-DTRS model was proposed on the basis of the matrix representations of concepts;the positive,boundary and negative domains were constructed from the matrix perspective,and the concept of positive decision recognition rate was introduced.Furthermore,the authors explored the related properties of NMG-DTRS model,and designed and described the corresponding solving algorithms in detail.Finally,some experimental results that were employed not only verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm,but also showed the relationship between the decision recognition rate and the granularity and threshold.

Along with a wide range of applications,the surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)is a promi-nent analytical technique to recognize and detect molecules and materials even at an extremely low mo-lar concentration.In this work,a unique hybrid SERS platform is demonstrated by the incorporation of molybdenum disulfate(MoS_(2))nanoparticles(NPs)onto the core-shell AuPt hybrid NPs(HNPs)for the en-hanced molecular Raman vibration of crystal violet(CV).The hybrid platform takes the advantage of both the electromagnetic mechanism(EM)offered by the AuPt HNPs and chemical mechanism(CM)owing to the MoS_(2)NPs.The distinctive core-shell morphology of AuPt HNPs with the high-density background Au NPs is attained by a unique two-step solid-state dewetting method,which can offer a high concentration of electromagnetic hot spots.At the same time,the MoS_(2)NPs can provide an ample charge transfer with abundant active sites.Through the hybrid SERS approach,a dramatic SERS enhancement of CV Raman vibration is demonstrated,and the SERS capability is thoroughly studied.In addition,the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)simulations provide a deeper understanding of the electromagnetic field distributions for various configurations of nanostructures and their hybrid combinations:i.e.,HNPs,alloy NPs,MoS_(2)/HNPs configurations.

Per-flow queuing is believed to be able to guarantee advanced Quality of service(Qo S) for each flow at high speed routers. With the dramatic increase for both link speed and number of traffic flows, per-flow queuing confronts a great challenge, since millions of queues need to be maintained for implementation in a traditional sense. In this paper, setting only a small number of physical queues,we propose a Dynamic per-flow queuing(DPFQ) mechanism that achievesthe same performance as per-flow queuing at a cost of an additional Binary content addressable memory(BCAM). The proposed mechanism works due to the fact that the number of simultaneous active flows at a mini-time scale in the router buffer is much smaller than that of in-progress flows. In DPFQ, a physical queue is created on demand when a new flow comes, and released when the flow temporarily pauses or finishes. A small BCAM is occupied to map flows to queues, so as to guarantee that only the packets from the same flow are buffered in any assigned queue. Through analysis and simulation we show that using a small number of physical queues,DPFQ achieves both low operation delay and power consumption.

A new type of soft actuator material-ionic liquid gel （ILG）, which consists of HEMA, BMIMBF4, and TiO2, can be transformed into gel state under the irradiation of ultraviolet （UV） light. In this paper, Mooney-Rivlin hyperelastic model of finite element method is proposed for the first time to study the properties of the ILG. It has been proved that the content of TiO2 has a great influence on the properties of the gel, and Young＇s modulus of the gel increases with the increase of its content, despite of reduced tensile deformation. The results in this work show that when the TiO2 content is 1.0 wt%, a large tensile deformation and a strong Young＇s modulus can be obtained to be 325% and 7.8 kPa, respectively. The material parameters of ILG with TiO2 content values of 0.2 wt%, 0.5 wt%, 1.0 wt%, and 1.5 wt% are obtained, respectively, through uniaxial tensile tests, including C10, C01, C20, C11, C02, C30, C21, C12, and C03 elements. In this paper, the large-scaled general finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate and analyze the ILG, which is based on SOLID186 element and nonlinear hyperelastic Mooney-Rivlin model. The finite element simulation analysis based stress-strain curves are almost consistent with the experimental stress-strain curves, and hence the finite element analysis of ILG is feasible and credible. This work presents a new direction for studying the performance of soft actuator for the ILG, and also contributes to the design of soft robot actuator.

There is a major defect when using the traditional topic-opinion model for post opinion classifications in an online forum discussion.The accuracy of the classification based on the topic-opinion model highly depends on the observable topic-opinion features aiming at the subject,while a large number of posts do not have such features in a forum.Therefore,for the most part,the accuracy is less than 78%.To solve this problem,we propose a new method to identify post opinions based on the Tree Conditional Random Fields(T-CRFs)model.First,we select the topic-opinion features of the posts and associated opinion features between posts to construct the T-CRFs model,and then we use the T-CRFs model to label the opinions of the tree-structured posts under the same topic iteratively to reach a maximum joint probability.To reduce the training cost,we design a simplified tree diagram module and some feature templates.Experimental results suggest the proposed method costs less training time and improves the accuracy by 11%.

The performance analysis of the generalized Carlson iterating process,which can realize the rational approximation of fractional operator with arbitrary order,is presented in this paper.The reasons why the generalized Carlson iterating function possesses more excellent properties such as self-similarity and exponential symmetry are also explained.K-index,P-index,O-index,and complexity index are introduced to contribute to performance analysis.Considering nine different operational orders and choosing an appropriate rational initial impedance for a certain operational order,these rational approximation impedance functions calculated by the iterating function meet computational rationality,positive reality,and operational validity.Then they are capable of having the operational performance of fractional operators and being physical realization.The approximation performance of the impedance function to the ideal fractional operator and the circuit network complexity are also exhibited.

The non-spherical lowest-lying Lin(n=15–17)isomers were found with high symmetric compact structures,of which the stability was not rationalized in a previous report(J.Chem.Phys.1199444(2003)).Based on the newly proposed super-valence bond model,the three prolate lithium clusters can be viewed as magnetic superatomic molecules,which are composed by sharing valence electron pairs and nuclei between two superatom units,namely,Li10 or Li11,and thus their stability can be given a good understanding.Molecular orbital and chemical bonding analysis clearly reveal that the Lin(n=15–17)clusters with prolate shapes are magnetic superatomic molecules.Our work may aid in the developments of the cluster-assembled materials or superatom-bonds.

As a new type of Denial of Service(DoS)attacks,the Low-rate Denial of Service(LDoS)attacks make the traditional method of detecting Distributed Denial of Service Attack(DDoS)attacks useless due to the characteristics of a low average rate and concealment.With features extracted from the network traffic,a new detection approach based on multi-feature fusion is proposed to solve the problem in this paper.An attack feature set containing the Acknowledge character(ACK)sequence number,the packet size,and the queue length is used to classify normal and LDoS attack traffics.Each feature is digitalized and preprocessed to fit the input of the K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN)classifier separately,and to obtain the decision contour matrix.Then a posteriori probability in the matrix is fused,and the fusion decision index D is used as the basis of detecting the LDoS attacks.Experiments proved that the detection rate of the multi-feature fusion algorithm is higher than those of the single-based detection method and other algorithms.
