In permissioned blockchain networks,the Proof of Authority(PoA)consensus,which uses the election of authorized nodes to validate transactions and blocks,has beenwidely advocated thanks to its high transaction throughput and fault ***,PoA suffers from the drawback of centralization dominated by a limited number of authorized nodes and the lack of anonymity due to the round-robin block proposal *** a result,traditional PoA is vulnerable to a single point of failure that compromises the security of the blockchain *** address these issues,we propose a novel decentralized reputation management mechanism for permissioned blockchain networks to enhance security,promote liveness,and mitigate centralization while retaining the same throughput as traditional *** paper aims to design an off-chain reputation evaluation and an on-chain reputation-aided ***,we evaluate the nodes’reputation in the context of the blockchain networks and make the reputation globally verifiable through smart ***,building upon traditional PoA,we propose a reputation-aided PoA(rPoA)consensus to enhance securitywithout sacrificing *** particular,rPoA can incentivize nodes to autonomously form committees based on reputation authority,which prevents block generation from being tracked through the randomness of reputation ***,we develop a reputation-aided fork-choice rule for rPoA to promote the network’s ***,experimental results show that the proposed rPoA achieves higher security performance while retaining transaction throughput compared to traditional PoA.

Pan-sharpening aims to seek high-resolution multispectral(HRMS) images from paired multispectral images of low resolution(LRMS) and panchromatic(PAN) images, the key to which is how to maximally integrate spatial and spectral information from PAN and LRMS images. Following the principle of gradual advance, this paper designs a novel network that contains two main logical functions, i.e., detail enhancement and progressive fusion, to solve the problem. More specifically, the detail enhancement module attempts to produce enhanced MS results with the same spatial sizes as corresponding PAN images, which are of higher quality than directly up-sampling LRMS *** a better MS base(enhanced MS) and its PAN, we progressively extract information from the PAN and enhanced MS images, expecting to capture pivotal and complementary information of the two modalities for the purpose of constructing the desired HRMS. Extensive experiments together with ablation studies on widely-used datasets are provided to verify the efficacy of our design, and demonstrate its superiority over other state-of-the-art methods both quantitatively and qualitatively. Multidimensional Floquet-driven alignment systems with dynamical symmetry present various exotic phenomena and applications. However, there are challenges in directly characterizing large-spin dynamical symmetry from spectra. Here, we first observe the symmetry-protected selection rules of dynamical high-dimensional parity in a large-spin(F = 4) system. We theoretically construct a Floquet-driven alignment system that can be used to reveal high-dimensional spatiotemporal symmetry. In the experiment, the system is implemented in Cs atomic gas subjected to two-dimensional Floquet-modulated magnetic resonance driving. By developing Floquet detection protocols of alignment double-sided spectra, we directly verify symmetry-protected selection rules of dynamical high-dimensional parity for large-spin systems. This work advances the exploration of dynamical symmetry to large spins, and unravels a universal Floquet scheme for the investigation of symmetry-protected selection rules.

This study delves into the feasibility of using amorphous silicon photocells as photosensitive units for retinal ***,theoretical simulations coupled with experimental results demonstrated its strong light absorption and quantum efficiency within the 300—800 nm ***,measurements on its visual sensitivity properties were *** findings revealed that under photopic vision conditions,the photocells could provide the stimulating current required for the human retinal nerve ***,the visual spectral sensitivity curve of the amorphous silicon photocells was assessed,and the results indicated that the spectral sensitivity curve of the amorphous silicon photocells closely mirrors the visual function curve of the human eye under photopic conditions,demonstrating a response to light across various wavelengths.

In this paper, a command filter-based adaptive fuzzy predefined-time event-triggered tracking control problem is investigated for uncertain nonlinear systems with time-varying full-state constraints. By designing a sliding mode differentiator, the inherent computational complexity problem within the predefined-time backstepping framework is solved. Different from the existing command filter-based finite-time and fixed-time control strategies that the convergence time of the filtering error is adjusted through the system initial value or numerous parameters, a novel command filtering error compensation method is presented,which tunes one control parameter to make the filtering error converge in the predefined time, thereby reducing the complexity of design and analysis of processing the filtering error. Then, an improved event-triggered mechanism(ETM) that builds upon the switching threshold strategy, in which an inverse cotangent function is designed to replace the residual term of the ETM,is proposed to gradually release the controller's dependence on the residual term with increasing time. Furthermore, a tan-type nonlinear mapping technique is applied to tackle the time-varying full-state constraints problem. By the predefined-time stability theory, all signals in the uncertain nonlinear systems exhibit predefined-time stability. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is substantiated through two simulation results.

Dynamics Modeling and Parameter Identification for a Coupled-Drive Dual-Arm Nursing Robot

A dual-arm nursing robot can gently lift patients and transfer them between a bed and a wheelchair. With its lightweight design, high load-bearing capacity, and smooth surface, the coupled-drive joint is particularly well suited for these robots. However, the coupled nature of the joint disrupts the direct linear relationship between the input and output torques, posing challenges for dynamic modeling and practical applications. This study investigated the transmission mechanism of this joint and employed the Lagrangian method to construct a dynamic model of its internal dynamics. Building on this foundation, the Newton-Euler method was used to develop a dynamic model for the entire robotic arm. A continuously differentiable friction model was incorporated to reduce the vibrations caused by speed transitions to zero. An experimental method was designed to compensate for gravity, inertia,and modeling errors to identify the parameters of the friction model. This method establishes a mapping relationship between the friction force and motor current. In addition, a Fourier series-based excitation trajectory was developed to facilitate the identification of the dynamic model parameters of the robotic arm. Trajectory tracking experiments were conducted during the experimental validation phase, demonstrating the high accuracy of the dynamic model and the parameter identification method for the robotic arm. This study presents a dynamic modeling and parameter identification method for coupled-drive joint robotic arms, thereby establishing a foundation for motion control in humanoid nursing robots.

Large-scale particle trapping by acoustic vortices with a continuously variable topological charge

Strengthened directivity with higher-order side lobes can be generated by the transducer with a larger radius at a higher frequency. The multi-annular pressure distributions are displayed in the cross-section of the acoustic vortices(AVs)which are formed by side lobes. In the near field, particles can be trapped in the valley region between the two annuli of the pressure peak, and cannot be moved to the vortex center. In this paper, a trapping method based on a sector transducer array is proposed, which is characterized by the continuously variable topological charge(CVTC). This acoustic field can not only enlarge the range of particle trapping but also improve the aggregation degree of the trapped particles. In the experiments, polyethylene particles with a diameter of 0.2 mm are trapped into the multi-annular valleys by the AV with a fixed topological charge. Nevertheless, by applying the CVTC, particles outside the radius of the AV can cross the pressure peak successfully and move to the vortex center. Theoretical studies are also verified by the experimental particles trapping using the AV with the continuous variation of three topological charges, and suggest the potential application of large-scale particle trapping in biomedical engineering.
