Radar radio frequency （RF） stealth is very important in electronic war （EW）, and waveform design and selection. Existing evaluation rules of radar RF stealth include too many parameters of radar and interceptors, such as Schleher interception factor, which makes it difficult to evaluate radar RF stealth technologies if interceptor parameters are unknown. In communication, security capacity has been presented to describe the possible ability to communicate in complete security. Since the essential of the secu- rity capacity is to have the interceptor get none valued information from the emitter, this paper is proposed to study security infor- mation factors taking advantage of mutual information to evaluate radar RF stealth under some conditions. Through analyzing mutual information obtained by the radar and the interceptor, this paper defines the security information factor with and without cooperative jamming. Furthermore, this paper deduces the ratio of the match filter to the match incoherent filter and discuss mutual information received by the interceptor. Numerical simulations illustrate radar RF stealth effects based on the security information factor concept under different conditions.

In order to better analyze the characteristics of particle distribution and its influencing factors in the ionized space during the process of coaxial dielectric barrier discharge,a self-designed two-dimensional axisymmetric structure exciter was used to carry out optical diagnosis,with the electron temperature calculated through Gaussian fitting.A plasma model was applied to conduct research on the discharge process through numerical simulation,with the changes in electron density and electron temperature were analyzed by using different discharge *** research results show that with an increase in discharge voltage,pressure inside the reactor and relative permittivity,the discharge process is *** addition,a rise in current density leads to an increase in the number of charged particles on the surface of the medium during the discharge process,while a rise in discharge intensity causes an increase in the electron *** temperature decreases due to the increased loss of collision energy between *** results were confirmed by comparing experimental data with simulation results.

In this work, a novel direct current （DC） atmospheric pressure rotating gliding arc （RGA） plasma reactor has been developed for plasma-assisted chemical reactions. The influence of the gas composition and the gas flow rate on the arc dynamic behaviour and the formation of reactive species in the N2 and air gliding arc plasmas has been investigated by means of electrical signals, high speed photography, and optical emission spectroscopic diagnostics. Compared to conventional gliding arc reactors with knife-shaped electrodes which generally require a high flow rate （e.g., 10-20 L/min） to maintain a long arc length and reasonable plasma discharge zone, in this RGA system, a lower gas flow rate （e.g., 2 L/min） can also generate a larger effective plasma reaction zone with a longer arc length for chemical reactions. Two different motion patterns can be clearly observed in the N2 and air RGA plasmas. The time-resolved arc voltage signals show that three different arc dynamic modes, the arc restrike mode, takeover mode, and combined modes, can be clearly identified in the RGA plasmas. The occurrence of different motion and arc dynamic modes is strongly dependent on the composition of the working gas and gas flow rate.

Based on the Wigner-function method, we investigate the parity detection and phase sensitivity in a Mach–Zehnder interferometer(MZI) with two-mode squeezed thermal state(TMSTS). Using the classical transformation relation of the MZI, we derive the input–output Wigner functions and then obtain the explicit expressions of parity and phase *** results from the numerical calculation show that supersensitivity can be reached only if the input TMSTS have a large number photons.

Feedback control problems for linear periodic systems （LPSs） with interval- type parameter uncertainties are studied in the discrete-time domain. First, the stability analysis and stabilization problems are addressed. Conditions based on the linear matrices inequality （LMI） for the asymptotical stability and state feedback stabilization, respec-tively, are given. Problems of L2-gain analysis and control synthesis are studied. For the L2-gain analysis problem, we obtain an LMI-based condition such that the autonomous uncertain LPS is asymptotically stable and has an L2-gain smaller than a positive scalar γ. For the control synthesis problem, we derive an LMI-based condition to build a state feedback controller ensuring that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and has an L2-gain smaller than the positive scalar γ. All the conditions are necessary and sufficient.

Amongst several biometric traits,Vein pattern biometric has drawn much attention among researchers and diverse *** gains its importance due to its difficulty in reproduction and inherent security *** research papers have dealt with the topic of new generation biometric solutions such as iris and vein ***,most implementations have been based on small datasets due to the difficulties in obtaining *** this paper,a deeper study has been conducted on previously suggested methods based on Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)using a larger ***,modifications are suggested for implementation using ensemble *** were used to reduce training time and cost by training multiple weak classifiers instead of a single,strong *** used were CNN,Random Forest and Logistic *** inexpensive and robust data acquisition system was also developed for obtaining the *** obtained result shows an improved accuracy of 96.77%using ensemble method instead of dealing with a single classifier.
