Influence of fabric geometrical parameters,including the number of filling yarns per 10 cm,yarn twist and fiber type,on bonding of the fabric reinforced cement composites is studied by fabric pull-out test and SEM microstructure *** results show that the bonding strength increase with the increase of the number of filling yarns per 10 cm in the range of this *** the influence of fabric count on the interfacial bonding is dual and there is a critical *** twist of yarns has a little effect on the bonding strength and interfacial bonding behaves of nylon fabric reinforced cement *** is an optimum twist *** this range,the bonding strength increase slowly with the increase of yarn *** this range,it is *** bonding strength is strongly affected by the fabric *** bonding between the nylon fiber fabric and cement is good;that of between glass fiber fabric and cement is moderate and that of between the carbon fiber fabric and cement is poor.

This paper explores the relationship between costume history research and the redrawing of frescoes of Dunhnang Grottoes. Redrawing frescoes could provide evidences for costume history research, and the research can correspondingly help the rodrawing. Redrawing frescoes, for the purpose of costume history study, must comply with some specific rules, which are different from those of other studies. The present study also discusses the methods to distinguish, the original fresco colors that have faded or changed after more than one thousand years.

Lignocellulose/montmorillonite （LNC/MMT） nanocomposites were prepared and characterized by FTIR and XRD. The adsorption of congo red （CR） on LNC/MMT nanocomposite was studied in detail. The effects of contact temperature, pH value of the dye solutions, contact time and concentration of dye solutions on the adsorption capacities of lignocellulose （LNC）, montmorillonite （MMT） and the nanocomposite were investigated. The adsorption kinetics and isotherms and adsorption thermodynamics of the nanocomposite for CR were also studied. The results show that the adsorption capacity of LNC/MMT nanocomosite is higher than that of LNC and MMT. All the adsorption processes fit very well with the pseudo-second-order and the Langmuir equation. From thermodynamic studies, it is seen that the adsorption is spontaneous and endothermic.

A series of carboxymethyl cellulose/organic montmorillonite （CMC/OMMT） nanocomposites with different weight ratios of carboxymethyl cellulose （CMC） to organic montmorillonite （OMMT） were synthesized under different conditions. The nanocomposites were characterized by the Fourier transform infrared （FT-IR） spectrophotometer, X-ray diffraction （XRD） method, transmission electron microscope （TEM）, scanning electron microscope （SEM）, and thermal gravimetric （TG） analysis. The results showed that the introduction of CMC may have different influences on the physico-chemical properties of OMMT and intercalated-exfoliated nanostructures were formed in the nanocomposites. The effects of different reaction conditions on the adsorption capacity of samples for Congo Red （CR） dye were investigated by controlling the amount ofhexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide （CTAB）, the weight ratio of CMC to OMMT, the reaction time, and the reaction temperature. Results from the adsorption experiment showed that the adsorption capacity of the nanocomposites can reach 171.37 rag/g, with the amount of CTAB being 1.0 cation exchange capacity （CEC） of MMT, the weight ratio of CMC to OMMT being l：l, the reaction time being 6 h, and the reaction temperature being 60~C. The CMC/OMMT nanocomposite can be used as a potential adsorbent to remove CR dye from an aqueous solution.

This paper estimates the population to be influenced by China's policy of postponed retirement age and provides design strategies and suggestions in the workplace for the ageing workforce from the perspective of inclusive ***,the literature review about western design principles and practices for the ageing workforce is *** is estimated that China would face approximately 100 million elderly workers in the near future with diverse physical conditions and ***,the design research and practices dedicated to ageing workforce in the workplace are comparatively weak in *** design,one of the design approaches mainly focusing on ageing problems in developed countries,as well as its theory and methodology,could act as a good reference for Chinese policymakers and *** based on the concept of inclusive design,a human-centered design model is established and design suggestions from four aspects are ***,two cases are further discussed to illustrate the idea of inclusive design.

Empathic Responses of Behavioral-Synchronization in Human-Agent Interaction

artificial entities,such as virtual agents,have become more *** long-term presence among humans requires the virtual agent’s ability to express appropriate emotions to elicit the necessary empathy from the *** empathy involves behavioral mimicry,a synchronized co-movement between dyadic ***,the characteristics of such synchrony between humans and virtual agents remain unclear in empathic *** study evaluates the participant’s behavioral synchronization when a virtual agent exhibits an emotional expression congruent with the emotional context through facial expressions,behavioral gestures,and *** viewed an emotion-eliciting video stimulus(negative or positive)with a virtual *** participants then conversed with the virtual agent about the video,such as how the participant felt about the *** virtual agent expressed emotions congruent with the video or neutral emotion during the *** participants’facial expressions,such as the facial expressive intensity and facial muscle movement,were measured during the dialog using a *** results showed the participants’significant behavioral synchronization(i.e.,cosine similarity≥.05)in both the negative and positive emotion conditions,evident in the participant’s facial mimicry with the virtual ***,the participants’facial expressions,both movement and intensity,were significantly stronger in the emotional virtual agent than in the neutral virtual *** particular,we found that the facial muscle intensity of AU45(Blink)is an effective index to assess the participant’s synchronization that differs by the individual’s empathic capability(low,mid,high).Based on the results,we suggest an appraisal criterion to provide empirical conditions to validate empathic interaction based on the facial expression measures.

The purpose of this paper was to develop a reliable body shape analysis approach based on cluster analysis, k. nearestneighbor( KNN), and multi-class support vector machine( MSVM). Firstly,a total of 357 Chinese men were selected to make a dataset. Secondly, the experiences of these data were not accumulated to build general models. Five body angles were extracted as independent variables. Four clusters were the most efficient cluster number for our study. Finally,the accuracy of body classifications is compared between KNN and MSVM. In this study,the body classification framework was studied to transfer the body feature data to intuitive types. Moreover,the adaptive made-tomeasure( MTM) framework based on body classification was studied. The case demonstration and analysis show the effectiveness of the study.

By using the method of quasi-shells , the nonlinear dynamic equations of three-dimensional single-layer shallow cylindrical reticulated shells with equilateral triangle cell are founded. By using the method of the separating variable function, the transverse displacement of the shallow cylindrical reticulated shells is given under the conditions of two edges simple support. The tensile force is solved out from the compatible equations, a nonlinear dynamic differential equation containing second and third order is derived by using the method of Galerkin. The stability near the equilibrium point is discussed by solving the Floquet exponent and the critical condition is obtained by using Melnikov function. The existence of the chaotic motion of the single-layer shallow cylindrical reticulated shell is approved by using the digital simulation method and Poincare mapping.
