Effect of Three-High Rotary Piercing Process on Microstructure,Texture and Mechanical Properties of Magnesium Alloy Seamless Tube

Mg alloy seamless tubes(MASTs)were prepared through three-high rotary piercing process,effect of billet temperature,feed angle and plug advance on microstructure,texture and mechanical properties of tubes were *** effect on the deformation mechanism and improving mechanical properties mechanism of this process for MASTs were *** results show that the grain size could be refined to 11.3-31.1%of the initial grain size and the microstructure was more uniform due to the accumulation of *** formation of high strain gradient at the grain boundary activated the non-basal *** piercing process could change the grain orientation of as-extruded billet and eliminate the initial basal texture to produce new favorable *** the process could accelerate the continuous dynamic recrystallization *** piercing,yield strength of pierced tubes decreased by 6.7%,ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and elongation increased by 32.4 and 45%,respectively,at optimal *** plate-shapedβ_(1)-Mg_(17)Al_(12) orientation transformed from basal plates to prismatic plates,facilitating the increase in UTS and *** decrease size of nanoscale precipitates could reduce the cracking *** critical resolved shear stress ratios of pyramidal(10−11)slip and(11−22)slip to basal slip for the sample including prismatic plates both decreased compared to that including basal *** could enhance the ductility of tube ***,grain boundary sliding could contribute to a better ductility via coordinating deformation and reducing stress concentration during piercing process.

Collision-free parking recommendation based on multi-agent reinforcement learning in vehicular crowdsensing

The recent proliferation of Fifth-Generation(5G)networks and Sixth-Generation(6G)networks has given rise to Vehicular Crowd Sensing(VCS)systems which solve parking collisions by effectively incentivizing vehicle ***,instead of being an isolated module,the incentive mechanism usually interacts with other *** on this,we capture this synergy and propose a Collision-free Parking Recommendation(CPR),a novel VCS system framework that integrates an incentive mechanism,a non-cooperative VCS game,and a multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm,to derive an optimal parking strategy in real ***,we utilize an LSTM method to predict parking areas roughly for recommendations *** incentive mechanism is designed to motivate vehicle participation by considering dynamically priced parking tasks and social network *** order to cope with stochastic parking collisions,its non-cooperative VCS game further analyzes the uncertain interactions between vehicles in parking *** its multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm models the VCS campaign as a multi-agent Markov decision process that not only derives the optimal collision-free parking strategy for each vehicle independently,but also proves that the optimal parking strategy for each vehicle is ***,numerical results demonstrate that CPR can accomplish parking tasks at a 99.7%accuracy compared with other baselines,efficiently recommending parking spaces.

Enhancing flotation recovery of residual carbon from gasification waste by mixing hydrophobic powder with diesel as collector

Coal gasification fine slag(CGFS)is a solid waste containing residual carbon and ash generated during the coal gasification process,and the separation of the two components is the essential way to realize its environmental pollution reduction and resource value *** flotation is the preferred method for separating CGFS,but there is a barrier of low carbon recovery in this process due to the extensive adsorption of collector by the well-developed pores on residual *** this study,a sufficiently simple yet innovative collector,a mixture of hydrophobic powder and diesel,was proposed in an attempt to break the *** experiments with common diesel and this novel collector were performed respectively,and FTIR,XPS,and SEM-EDX were employed to analyze the collector action *** results revealed that the novel collector could significantly improve the residual carbon recovery;test results demonstrated that the novel collector could increase the hydrophobic functional group content on the fine slag surface,and the hydrophobic powders in this novel collector mainly appeared at the pore openings of the flotation *** essence of the mechanism is that the hydrophobic powders play a dual role of blocking pores and providing adsorption sites,thus facilitating the spreading of diesel on the carbon surface and promoting its *** study can provide creative ideas for the efficient disposal of coal gasification waste.

Single-atomic activation on ZnIn_(2)S_(4)basal planes boosts photocatalytic hydrogen evolution

The use of single-atom cocatalysts plays a crucial role in enhancing artificial photocatalysis,where the precise construction of stable and efficient single-atom configuration is essential but remains ***,we report a simple one-step hydrothermal method for preparing single-atomic Mo modified ZnIn_(2)S_(4)(Mo-ZIS)nanosheets as a highly active photocatalytic hydrogen evolution(PHE)*** Mo substituting for portion of In atoms in ZIS nanosheets induces the spatial charge redistribution,which not only promotes the separation of photogenerated charge carriers but also optimizes the Gibbs free energy of adsorbing H*on S atoms at basal *** a result,Mo-ZIS exhibits an impressive PHE rate as high as 6.71 mmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1),over 10 times that of the pristine ZIS,with an apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)up to 38.8%at 420 *** study gains insights into the coordination configuration and electronic modulation resulting from single-atomic decoration,providing mechanistic cognitions for the development of advanced photocatalysts via non-precious metal atomic modification.

miR‑423 sponged by lncRNA NORHA inhibits granulosa cell apoptosis

Background Atresia and degeneration,a follicular developmental fate that reduces female fertility and is triggered by granulosa cell(GC)apoptosis,have been induced by dozens of ***,we report a miRNA,miR-423,that inhibits the initiation of follicular atresia(FA),and early apoptosis of *** We showed that miR-423 was down-regulated during sow FA,and its levels in follicles were negatively correlated with the GC density and the P4/E2 ratio in the follicular fluid in *** in vitro gain-of-function experiments revealed that miR-423 suppresses cell apoptosis,especially early apoptosis in *** speaking,the miR-423 targets and interacts with the 3’-UTR of the porcine SMAD7 gene,which encodes an apoptosis-inducing factor in GCs,and represses its expression and pro-apoptotic ***,FA and the GC apoptosis-related lncRNA NORHA was demonstrated as a ceRNA of ***,we showed that a single base deletion/insertion in the miR-423 promoter is significantly associated with the number of stillbirths(NSB)trait of *** These results demonstrate that miR-423 is a small molecule for inhibiting FA initiation and GC early apoptosis,suggesting that treating with miR-423 may be a novel approach for inhibiting FA initiation and improving female fertility.

Absorption characteristics,model,and molecular mechanism of hydrogen sulfide in morpholine acetate aqueous solution

The solubility of H_(2)S was measured in solutions of N-butyl-N-methylmorpholine acetate([Bmmorp][Ac])containing 20%-40%(mass)water at experimental temperatures ranged from 298.15 to 328.15 K and pressures up to 320 k *** total solubility of H_(2)S increased with higher temperatures,lower pressures,and reduced water *** reaction equilibrium thermodynamic model was used to correlate the solubility *** results indicate that the chemical reaction equilibrium constant decrease with increasing water content and temperature,whereas Henry constant increase with increasing water content and *** with other ionic liquids,H_(2)S exhibits a higher physical absorption enthalpy and a lower chemical absorption enthalpy in[Bmmorp][Ac]aqueous *** suggests that[Bmmorp][Ac]has a strong physical affinity for H_(2)S and low energy requirement for *** chemical methods were used to investigate the molecular mechanism of H_(2)S absorption in ionic *** interaction energy analysis revealed that the binding of H_(2)S with the ionic liquid in a1:2 ratio is more *** analyses by the methods of the interaction region indicator and the atoms in molecules were conducted to the interactions between H_(2)S and the ionic liquid.

Impact of next-generation sequencing on antimicrobial treatment in immunocompromised adults with suspected infections

BACKGROUND:Prompt pathogen identification can have a substantial impact on the optimization of antimicrobial *** objective of the study was to assess the diagnostic value of next-generation sequencing(NGS)for identifying pathogen and its clinical impact on antimicrobial intervention in immunocompromised patients with suspected ***:This was a retrospective *** January and August 2020,47 adult immunocompromised patients underwent NGS testing under the following clinical conditions:1)prolonged fever and negative conventional cultures;2)new-onset fever despite empiric antimicrobial treatment;and 3)afebrile with suspected infections on *** data,including conventional microbial test results and antimicrobial treatment before and after NGS,were *** were analyzed according to documented changes in antimicrobial treatment(escalated,no change,or deescalated)after the NGS ***:The median time from hospitalization to NGS sampling was 19 *** relevant pathogens were detected via NGS in 61.7% of patients(29/47),more than half of whom suffered from fungemia(n=17),resulting in an antimicrobial escalation in 53.2% of patients(25/47)and antimicrobial de-escalation in 0.2% of patients(1/47).Antimicrobial changes were mostly due to the identification of fastidious organisms such as Legionella,Pneumocystis jirovecii,and *** the remaining three cases,NGS detected clinically relevant pathogens also detected by conventional cultures a few days *** antimicrobial treatment was subsequently adjusted according to the susceptibility test ***,NGS changed antimicrobial management in 55.3%(26/47)of patients,and conventional culture detected clinically relevant pathogens in 14.9% of the patients(7/47).CONCLUSION:With its rapid identification and high sensitivity,NGS could be a promising tool for identifying relevant pathogens and enabling rapid appropriate treatment in immunocompromised patients w

Environmental,economic and exergy analysis of separation of ternary azeotrope by variable pressure extractive distillation based on multi-objective optimization

In this work,the ternary azeotrope of tert-butyl alcohol/ethyl acetate/water is separated by extractive distillation(ED)to recover the available constituents and protect the *** on the conductor like shielding model and relative volatility method,ethylene glycol was selected as the extractant in the separation *** addition,in view of the characteristic that the relative volatility between components changes with pressure,the multi-objective optimization method based on nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II optimizes the pressure and the amount of solvent cooperatively to avoid falling into the optimal local *** on the optimal process parameters,the proposed heat-integrated process can reduce the gas emissions by 29.30%.The heat-integrated ED,further coupled with the pervaporation process,can reduce gas emission by 42.36%and has the highest exergy efficiency of 47.56%.In addition,based on the heat-integrated process,the proposed two heat pump assisted heat-integrated ED processes show good economic and environmental *** double heat pump assisted heat-integrated ED can reduce the total annual cost by 28.78%and the gas emissions by 55.83%compared with the basis process,which has a good application *** work provides a feasible approach for the separation of ternary azeotropes.

Mass transfer enhancement and hydrodynamic performance with wire mesh coupling solid particles in bubble column reactor

It is of vital significance to investigate mass transfer enhancements for chemical engineering *** work focuses on investigating the coupling influence of embedding wire mesh and adding solid particles on bubble motion and gas-liquid mass transfer process in a bubble *** image velocimetry(PIV)technology was employed to analyze the flow field and bubble motion behavior,and dynamic oxygen absorption technology was used to measure the gas-liquid volumetric mass transfer coefficient(kLa).The effect of embedding wire mesh,adding solid particles,and wire mesh coupling solid particles on the flow characteristic and kLa were analyzed and *** results show that the gas-liquid interface area increases by 33%-72%when using the wire mesh coupling solid particles strategy compared to the gas-liquid two-phase flow,which is superior to the other two strengthening *** with the system without reinforcement,kLa in the bubble column increased by 0.5-1.8 times with wire mesh coupling solid particles method,which is higher than the sum of kLa increases with inserting wire mesh and adding particles,and the coupling reinforcement mechanism for affecting gas-liquid mass transfer process was discussed to provide a new idea for enhancing gas-liquid mass transfer.
