Effect of moxibustion on expression profile of miRNAs in Tripterygium glycoside-induced decreased ovarian reserve

OBJECTIVE:To explore the possible regulatory mechanism of microRNA(miRNA)in moxibustion treatment for decreased ovarian reserve(DOR).METHODS:The DOR model was constructed by intragastrical Tripterygium glycoside suspension administration,and moxibustion therapy was simultaneously *** morphological ovarian changes were observed by hematoxylin and eosin *** miRNA expression profile was detected by RNA sequencing,and bioinformatics analysis was *** software 3.6.1 was used to establish a regulatory network and differentially expressed miRNAs were verified by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).RESULTS:Decreased number of mature follicles,increased atresia follicles,and abnormal granulosa cell morphology were observed in the model group compared with the control *** moxibustion group demonstrated increased mature follicles,decreased atretic follicles,and significantly decreased abnormal morphology of granulosa cells compared with the model ***,RNA sequencing results manifested significantly up-regulated miRNA expressions(miR-92b-3p,miR-26-5p_R+1_1ss10TC,miR-206-3p,miR-9993b-3p_1ss6GA,miR-7857-3p_R-1,miR-219a-2-3p_1ss10GC,miR-3968-p5_1ss10AT,and PC-5p-6478_1795)and down-regulated miR-664-2-5p_R+1 in the model group,compared with the control group,and the moxibustion group reversed abnormal disorder levels of these ***,these differentially expressed miRNAs were mainly involved in the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B signaling pathway and nuclear factor erythropoietin-2-related factor 2/heme oxygenase 1 signaling ***,network and RT-qPCR verification revealed miR-9993b-3p_1ss6GA as the most critical ***:This experiment proved the effectiveness of moxibustion in improving the ovarian reserve of rats by regulating miRNA expression,especially miR-9993b-3p_1ss6GA.

Mechanism of acupuncture in attenuating cerebral ischaemia-reperfusion injury based on nuclear receptor coactivator 4 mediated ferritinophagy

Acupotomy alleviates knee osteoarthritis in rabbit by regulating chondrocyte mitophagy via Pink1-Parkin pathway

Electroacupuncture Promotes Angiogenesis in Mice with Cerebral Ischemia by Inhibiting miR-7

Global trend of nondrug and nonsedativehypnotic treatment forinsomnia: a bibliometric study

OBJECTIVE: To present a bibliometric analysis of global scientific publications on the nondrug and nonsedative hypnotic treatment of insomnia with regard to influential institutions, publications, countries, research hotspots,trends, and frontiers. METHODS: A literature review was conducted by searching the Web of Science Core Collection(Wo SCC) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) databases to identify all publications related to the nondrug and nonsedative hypnotic treatment of insomnia from 2000 to 2021. Eligible publications were reviewed, including annual publication increments, citation analyses, international collaborations, and keyword analyses. The data were analysed using Cite Space(vers5.8.R3, 6.1.R2 and 6.1.6, college of Computing and Informatics, Philadelphia, PA, USA) and virtualized by knowledge maps. RESULTS:In total, 9832 publications were included in this analysis. The results from the WoSCC showed that the United States of America(Count = 2268, 40.33%), Stanford University(Count = 141, 2.51%), and the United States Department of Health and Human Services were the leading country, institute, and funding agency regarding the number of publications, respectively. “Cognitive-behavioural therapy” was the most popular research topic generated from the cocited reference. The most frequently co-occurring keywords were insomnia, cognitive behavioural therapy, disorder, depression, quality of life, Meta-analysis, older adult, sleep, prevalence and efficacy, while keywords including clinical practice guideline, guideline, and Tai Chi remained popular after 2021. Circadian rhythm was the strongest research frontier for 2000-2021. In China, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Count = 69, 4.79%) was the most productive institute in this field. Effectiveness and safety of acupuncture in treatment of pregnancyrelated symptoms:a systematic review and Meta-analysis

OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture(AM)in the treatment of pregnancyrelated symptoms such as acute vomiting during ***:We comprehensively searched the available literature up to November 2021,including Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on AM for the treatment of severe vomiting,insomnia,pharyngeal and pelvic pain,mood abnormalities,and dyspepsia during ***:Sixteen RCTs with a cumulative sample size of 1178 cases were *** these,964 patients were included in the *** Meta-analysis results showed that AM was more efficient than Western medicine in treating discomfort during pregnancy[odds ratio(OR)=1.19,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.11,1.28),P<0.01].AM was better than the control group in improving the visual analog scale scores[standard mean difference(SMD)=0.62,95%CI(0.53,0.71),P<0.01].AM was superior to the control group in improving Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)symptom scores[OR=7.31,95%CI(3.36,15.94),P<0.01].There was no significant difference in adverse effects between the AM and sham-AM groups and the analgesic drug group[OR=0.70,95%CI(0.39,1.28),P=0.25],but the treatment and control groups had mild adverse effects with a low ***:AM is more effective than other treatments or pharmacotherapy alone in the treatment of pregnancy-related symptoms,and is relatively ***,the quality of the included trials was rather poor,and high-quality studies are required to confirm our findings.

目的:观察电针对克罗恩病(CD)模型大鼠肠道菌群及其血清炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-1β及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的影响。方法:将36只Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为空白组(10只)和造模组(26只)。造模组采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)灌肠液制备CD大鼠模型。将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、电针组和西药组。空白组和模型组不予治疗干预;电针组取双侧上巨虚和天枢进行电针治疗,每次治疗20 min,连续干预7 d;西药组予以美沙拉嗪肠溶片溶液灌胃治疗,1次/d,共灌胃7次。观察大鼠的体质量变化、疾病活动指数(DAI)评分,酶联免疫反应吸附法测定血清IL-1β及TNF-α含量浓度,苏木素-伊红染色观察结肠组织病理学变化,16S rDNA测序分析各组肠道菌群的结构变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组体质量下降(P0.05)。结论:电针上巨虚和天枢可减轻CD大鼠结肠黏膜损伤并调节肠道菌群失衡状态,抑制血清炎性因子IL-1β及TNF-α的表达。
