This paper proposed a new subspace based method to estimate the direction of arrival (DOA). the existence of coherentsources results in the rank deficit of sample covariance matrix. Classic music(Multiple Signal Classification) can not classify coherentsources, and instead, generate an equivalent sources somewhere between them. In our method, at first, the contribution of the equiva-lent sources is subtracted by the collected data. And then, the method is recursively applied. Simulation experiment show that com-pared to the other method, this method has higher spatial resolution and less estimation error.

With the continuous development of deep learning and artificial neural networks(ANNs), algorithmic composition has gradually become a hot research field. In order to solve the music-style problem in generating chord music, a multi-style chord music generation(MSCMG) network is proposed based on the previous ANN for creation. A music-style extraction module and a style extractor are added by the network on the original basis;the music-style extraction module divides the entire music content into two parts, namely the music-style information Mstyleand the music content information Mcontent. The style extractor removes the music-style information entangled in the music content information. The similarity of music generated by different models is compared in this paper. It is also evaluated whether the model can learn music composition rules from the database. Through experiments, it is found that the model proposed in this paper can generate music works in the expected style. Compared with the long short term memory(LSTM) network, the MSCMG network has a certain improvement in the performance of music styles.

music recommendation algorithms, from the perspective of real-time, can be classified into two categories: offline recommendation algorithms and online recommendation algorithms. To improve music recommendation accuracy, especially for the new music(users have no historic listening records on it), and real-time recommendation ability, and solve the interest drift problem simultaneously, we propose a hybrid music recommendation model based on personalized measurement and game theory. This model can be separated into two parts: an offline recommendation part(OFFLRP) and an online recommendation part(ONLRP). In the offline part, we emphasize users personalization. We introduce two metrics named user pursue-novelty degree(UPND) and music popularity(MP) to improve the traditional items-based collaborative filtering algorithm. In the online part, we try to solve the interest drift problem, which is a thorny problem in the offline part. We propose a novel online recommendation algorithm based on game theory. Experiments verify that the hybrid music recommendation model has higher new music recommendation accuracy, decent dynamical personalized recommendation ability, and real-time recommendation capability, and can substantially mitigate the problem of interest drift.

In this paper,we propose a beam space coversion(BSC)-based approach to achieve a single near-field signal local-ization under uniform circular array(UCA).By employing the centro-symmetric geometry of UCA,we apply BSC to extract the two-dimensional(2-D)angles of near-field signal in the Van-dermonde form,which allows for azimuth and elevation angle estimation by utilizing the improved estimation of signal para-meters via rotational invariance techniques(ESPRIT)*** substituting the calculated 2-D angles into the direction vec-tor of near-field signal,the range parameter can be conse-quently obtained by the 1-D multiple signal classification(MU-SIC)*** demonstrate that the proposed al-gorithm can achieve a single near-field signal localization,which can provide satisfactory performance and reduce computational complexity.

Most source number estimation methods based on the eigenvalues are decomposed by covariance matrix in music algorithm. To develop the source number estimation method which has lower signal to noise ratio and is suitable to both correlated and uncorrelated impinging signals, a new source number estimation method called beam eigenvalue method (BEM) is proposed in this paper. Through analyzing the space power spectrum and the correlation of the line array, the covariance matrix is constructed in a new way, which is decided by the line array shape when the signal frequency is given. Both of the theory analysis and the simulation results show that the BEM method can estimate the source number for correlated signals and can be more effective at lower signal to noise ratios than the normal source number estimation methods.

This paper addresses the problem of joint angle and delay estimation(JADE) in a multipath communication scenario. A low-complexity multi-way compressive sensing(MCS) estimation algorithm is proposed. The received data are firstly stacked up to a trilinear tensor model. To reduce the computational complexity,three random compression matrices are individually used to reduce each tensor to a much smaller one. JADE then is linked to a low-dimensional trilinear model. Our algorithm has an estimation performance very close to that of the parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC) algorithm and automatic pairing of the two parameter sets. Compared with other methods, such as multiple signal classification(music), the estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques(ESPRIT), the MCS algorithm requires neither eigenvalue decomposition of the received signal covariance matrix nor spectral peak searching. It also does not require the channel fading information, which means the proposed algorithm is blind and robust, therefore it has a higher working *** results indicate the proposed algorithm have a bright future in wireless communications.

This paper addresses the direction of arrival （DOA） estimation problem for the co-located multiple-input multiple- output （MIMO） radar with random arrays. The spatially distributed sparsity of the targets in the background makes com- pressive sensing （CS） desirable for DOA estimation. A spatial CS framework is presented, which links the DOA estimation problem to support recovery from a known over-complete dictionary. A modified statistical model is developed to ac- curately represent the intra-block correlation of the received signal. A structural sparsity Bayesian learning algorithm is proposed for the sparse recovery problem. The proposed algorithm, which exploits intra-signal correlation, is capable being applied to limited data support and low signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） scene. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm has less computation load compared to the classical Bayesian algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has a more accurate DOA estimation than the traditional multiple signal classification （music） algorithm and other CS recovery algorithms.
