This paper mainly examines the cultivation objective and teaching practice of application-oriented talents under the financial management undergraduate program. It is concluded that a cultivation objective focusing on application ability shall be established according to the social development. In addition, cultivation development objectives, knowledge system, curriculum framework and practical teaching steps shall be determined based on the employment demands so as to carry out teaching practices.

＂Four-Two-Three＂ training mode system, based on the social development needs of talent personalized, divides the training process of eight semesters in four years into ＂category training＂, ＂professional training＂ and ＂personalized training＂ and phased build talent training mode of ＂four disciplines platform ＋ two capability group lessons ＋ three development path＂. In this paper, we take college of economics and Management, Hebei University of Science and Technology as an example, explained principles, fi＇amework and content, and measures of personnel training mode and other issues in details and made a smooth implementation of security mechanism in training mode.

Terrain Aided Navigation(TAN)technology has become increasingly important due to its effectiveness in environments where Global Positioning System(GPS)is *** recent years,TAN systems have been extensively researched for both aerial and underwater navigation ***,many TAN systems that rely on recursive Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)position estimation methods,such as Extended Kalman Filters(EKF),often face challenges with divergence and instability,particularly in highly non-linear *** address these issues,this paper proposes and investigates a hybrid two-stage TAN positioning system for UAVs that utilizes Particle *** enhance the system’s robustness against uncertainties caused by noise and to estimate additional system states,a Fuzzy Particle Filter(FPF)is employed in the first *** approach introduces a novel terrain composite feature that enables a fuzzy expert system to analyze terrain non-linearities and dynamically adjust the number of particles in *** design allows the UAV to be efficiently localized in GPS-denied environments while also reducing the computational complexity of the particle filter in real-time *** the second stage,an Error State Kalman Filter(ESKF)is implemented to estimate the UAV’s *** ESKF is chosen over the conventional EKF method because it is more suitable for non-linear *** results demonstrate that the proposed fuzzy-based terrain composite method achieves high positional accuracy while reducing computational time and memory usage.

Economics reasons for unemployment of college students

PRODUCTION INVENTORY SYSTEM WITH RANDOM SUPPLY INTERRUPTIONS STATUE AND RANDOM LEAD TIMES

In recent years, with the increasingly growing enrollment of college students, it is becoming more and more difficult for students to get employed. The study on reasons for the unemployment issue of college students is of great importance and urgency under the current background of increasingly serious employment situation. In this paper, the author will briefly introduce the employment of college graduates in the past three years in China, and then economically describe and analyze the reasons for the unemployment of college students from aspects: structural unemployment, frictional unemployment and voluntary unemployment. On this basis, the author proposes a resolution to the problem of students’ unemployment: to optimize the education system in colleges, and to establish a scientific training mechanism;to change students’ concept of employment, and to improve students’ employability;also, to broaden students’ horizons of employment, and to encourage them to start their own businesses.

This article analyzes a continuous-review inventory system with random supply interruptions and random lead time which may be interrupted by a random number of supplier’s OFF periods. The inventory with constant demand rate is managed by a （r; q1, q2, · · · , qm） policy and supplies from an unreliable sole supplier. By renewal theory and matrix Geometric method, the long-run average cost function is obtained and some important properties of the function are proved. Furthermore, performance of the inventory is derived.

This study builds a simulation of Chinese carbon sequestration market(CSM) based on the Swarm platform and complex adaptive system(CAS) *** simulation results represent that the total assets and profits of the carbon sequestration project(CSP) buyer and seller are steadily on the increase in the carbon trading *** market regulatory efficiency is determined by the market investment and the improvement of regulation ***,the real sample simulation of Sichuan Daduhe Forest CSP demonstrates that the profit of CSP traded in the CSM is higher than the profit from the transactions of outside *** implies that establishing CSM is an effective way to improve the CSP business for investors and a positive action to response to global warming as ***,this study applies an Analytic Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(AHPFCE) approach to evaluate the reliability of CSM *** concludes that the CSM simulation is "more creditable",which indicates that the CSM simulation results can be used as a proxy to observe the market uncertainties.

RYY++: A Novel Provably Secure Identity-Based Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol

Based on revisiting the RYY+Identitybased(ID-Based) key agreement protocol, we find it's vulnerable to Intermediate results leakage(IRL) and Keycompromise impersonation(KCI) attack. A novel protocol called RYY++is proposed to make up for its *** protocol follows the Full dual exponential challenge response(FDCR-1) scheme to ensure the signature change every time, so the master public key of Private key generator(PKG) joined in signature generation can guarantee two parties trust each other. The RYY++protocol is also proven to be secure in the Strengthened extended Canetti–Krawczyk(Se CK) model which provides better support for adversary's query and has an advantage over most existing protocols on security and efficiency.

Modeling log-mortality rates on O-U type processes and forecasting life expectancies are explored using U.S. data. In the classic Lee-Carter model of mortality, the time trend and the age-specific pattern of mortality over age group are linear, this is not the feature of mortality model. To avoid this disadvantage, O-U type processes will be used to model the log-mortality in this paper. In fact, this model is an AR(1) process, but with a nonlinear time drift *** on the mortality data of America from Human Mortality database(HMD), mortality projection consistently indicates a preference for mortality with O-U type processes over those with the classical Lee-Carter model. By means of this model, the low bounds of mortality rates at every age are given. Therefore, lengthening of maximum life expectancies span is estimated in this paper.

Determinants of Adoption of Improved Rice Varieties in Northern Sindh, Pakistan

Adoption of certified and improved high-yielding crop varieties is important avenue for increasing agricultural productivity and improving the living standard of the farmers in developing countries. The main objective of the current study was to examine factors affecting adoption of improved rice varieties by smallholder farmers in Northern Sindh, Pakistan. The random sampling technique was used to collect data from 220 smallholder rice farmers through the face to face interview. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and probit regression model. The empirical results showed that year of education(P ≤ 0.093), farming experience(P ≤ 0.043), soil quality(P ≤ 0.077), farm machinery ownership(P ≤ 0.000), access to market information(P ≤ 0.055) and contact with extension agents(P ≤ 0.006) had significantly positive influence on adoption of improved rice variety, while age(P ≤ 0.053) had significantly negative effect.
