Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is one of the most prevalent psychiatric disorders in children,and ADHD patients always display circadian ***,the ADHD drugs currently used in clinic have strong side effects,such as psychosis,allergic reactions,and heart ***,we demonstrated carbon dots derived from the ascorbic acid(VCDs)could strongly rescue the hyperactive and impulsive behaviour of a zebrafish ADHD disease model caused by per1b *** prolonged the circadian period of zebrafish for more than half an *** addition,the amplitude and circadian phase were also *** dopamine level was specifically increased,which may be caused by stimulation of the dopaminergic neuron development in the ***,it was found that the serotonin level was not altered by VCDs ***,the gene transcriptome effects of VCDs were discussed in present *** results provided the dynamic interactions of carbon dots with circadian system and dopamine signaling pathway,which illustrates a potential application of degradable and bio-safe VCDs for the treatment of the attention deficient and hyperactive disorder through circadian intervention.

Human adenoviruses(HAd Vs)are highly contagious and result in large number of acute respiratory disease(ARD)cases with severe morbidity and *** adenovirus type 3(HAd V-3)is the most common type that causes ARD outbreaks in Asia,Europe,and the ***,there is currently no vaccine approved for its general *** hexon protein contains the main neutralizing epitopes,provoking strong and lasting *** this study,a novel recombinant and attenuated adenovirus vaccine candidate against HAd V-3 was constructed based on a commercially-available replication-defective HAd V-5 gene therapy and vaccine *** entire HAd V-3 hexon gene was integrated into the E1 region of the vector by homologous recombination using a bacterial *** resultant recombinants expressing the HAd V-3 hexon protein were rescued in AD293 cells,identified and characterized by RT-PCR,Western blots,indirect immunofluorescence,and electron *** potential vaccine candidate had a similar replicative efficacy as the wild-type HAd V-3 ***,and importantly,the vaccine strain had been rendered replication-defective and was incapable of replication in A549 cells after more than twentygeneration passages in AD293 *** represents a significant safety *** mice immunized both intranasally and intramuscularly by this vaccine candidate raised significant neutralizing antibodies against HAd ***,this recombinant,attenuated,and safe adenovirus vaccine is a promising HAd V-3 vaccine *** strategy of using a clinically approved and replication-defective HAd V-5 vector provides a novel approach to develop universal adenovirus vaccine candidates against all the other types of adenoviruses causing ARDs and perhaps other adenovirus-associated diseases.

This paper studied the index system of ecological balanced fertilization for maize by data mining method based on data of"3414 fertilizer field trials"of maize by published papers from national soil testing and recommendation since *** results and conclusions were as follows:①the optimum N,P and K fertilization amounts of maize were within the normal range,and the application of this standard could not cause obvious non-point source pollution.②The conversion rates of N,P and K of maize were respectively higher than their respective utilization ratios under the optimum fertilization amount.③At present,the soil N for maize was in an absence state,and soil P and K were in a state of not obvious lack.④Optimum N,P and K fertilization amounts were significantly negatively correlated with their respective conversion ratios,respectively,and it provided a quantitative scientific basis for calculating the optimum fertilization amount according to the nutrient conversion *** province can use this significant relationship to guide the determination of the average optimal fertilization amounts of N,P and K and the optimal production in the province.⑤The research results of nutrient conversion rate showed that any excessive application of N,P and K would reduce their own nutrient conversion rates,and may also reduce the conversion rates of other *** characteristics of crops absorbing N,P and K proportionally required that soil nutrients must be balanced in order to obtain high production,and fertilization was only the main means to regulate soil nutrient balance.

In this paper,the index system of ecological balanced fertilization for rice was discussed by data mining method based on this *** aspects of provincial average,typical province and all samples were studied,and the results and conclusions were as follows:①climate condition was one of the main factors of soil formation,which was also an important basis for the division of rice growing *** proportion of available nutrients was different in different rice growing *** was the result of long-term climate and man-made action,which constituted the basic fertility pattern of soil available nutrients for rice in China.②One of the basic fertility indexes of rice soil in China was the proportion of available nutrients,which was the theoretical basis for adjusting the proportion of N,P and K fertilizers.③Although the total amount and proportion of available nutrients in different rice growing areas were different,they can be adjusted to the optimum absorption ratio of rice by fertilizing measures,so as to achieve the goal of ecological balanced fertilization such as high production and good quality.④The basic soil nutrient index of more than 8000 kg/hm 2 of rice production was more than 5 of available K/available P.

肝细胞癌患者由于肝癌的高转移性和高复发率表现出预后差的特征.本文提出了一种通过磁热疗法(MHT)增强癌症免疫治疗联合经导管动脉栓塞(TAE)治疗肝癌肿瘤的有效策略.通过微流控技术制备的尺寸均匀液态金属微球(LM MSs),由于在交变磁场下的涡流热效应表现出显著的磁感应加热能力,可同时作为MHT和TAE两种癌症治疗策略的有效药物.一方面,LM MSs优异的涡流磁热效应表现出高效的MHT治疗疗效.另一方面,LM MSs引发的MHT可以显著增强免疫系统激活,促进免疫细胞的浸润;与免疫检查点阻断(ICB)治疗联合后可以进一步刺激强大的免疫应答,从而抑制远端肿瘤的生长.此外,LM MSs-碘油栓塞剂在兔子原位肝癌模型中表现出优异的栓塞-磁热联合治疗效果.总之,该工作不仅证明了LM MSs可以作为有效的MHT试剂实现MHT-免疫联合治疗,而且还展示了TAE与MHT联合治疗在原位大型肝肿瘤治疗中的重要应用前景.

Water resources are one of the basic resources for human survival,and water protection has been becoming a major problem for countries around the ***,most of the traditional water quality monitoring research work is still concerned with the collection of water quality indicators,and ignored the analysis of water quality monitoring data and its *** this paper,by adopting Laravel and AdminTE framework,we introduced how to design and implement a water quality data visualization platform based on Baidu *** the deployed water quality sensor,the collected water quality indicator data is transmitted to the big data processing platform that deployed on Tencent Cloud in real time through the 4G *** collected monitoring data is analyzed,and the processing result is visualized by Baidu *** test results showed that the designed system could run well and will provide decision support for water resource protection.

With the benefit fierce competition in the steel industry market in recent years,double cold reduction products have been developed towards strength improvement and thickness *** traditional cold-rolling lubrication process with a fixed flow rate and concentration cannot solve the problems,which are uncontrollable plate shape and the excessive consumption of lubricating ***,based on the analysis of the traditional direct aplication lubrication system of double cold reduction mill,a set of design scheme suitable for the emulsion pipeline direct mixing lubrication system of double cold reduction mill unit was *** design completed the selection of key components,which included the static mixer and atomization nozzle selection,pump and oil pump design selection,pipeline design selection,flow type selection,pressure gauge selection,electronic control cabinet design selection and other eight *** of the emulsion pipeline direct mixing lubrication system of double cold reduction has been *** with characteristics of the traditional direct aplication lubrication system,the emulsion pipeline direct mixing lubrication system was better applied to the production practice of a 1220 double cold reduction *** consumption of ton of steel was reduced by 9.6%.The rolling energy consumption and fuel consumption comprehensive costs decreased by 10.7%,and the strip steel section thickness difference was reduced by 19.3%.In addition,the plate shape quality defect rate decreased by 25.6%,otherwise creating a large economic benefit for the unit and promoting the application value.
