This article concerns the delay-independent guaranteed-cost control problem via memoryless state feedback for a class of neutral-type systems with structural uncertainty and a given quadratic cost function. New delay-independent conditions for the existence of the guaranteed-cost controller are presented in the term of LMIs. An algorithm involving optimization is proposed to design a controller achieving an optimal guaranteed-cost, such that, the system can be stabilized for all admissible uncertainties. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method.

The stabilization of discrete nonlinear systems is studied. Based on control Lyapunov functions, a sufficient and necessary condition for a quadratic function to be a control Lyapunov function is given. From this condition, a continuous state feedback law is constructed explicitly. It can globally asymptotically stabilize the equilibrium of the closed-loop system. A simulation example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion at"Zusanli"(ST 36)on oxidative stress and intestinal flora in subacute aging rats,and to explore the possible mechanism of moxibustion in delaying *** Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into a blank group,a model group and a Zusanli group,with 10 rats in each *** aging model was established by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose at dosage of 500 mg/kg in the model group and the Zusanli group,once a day for 42 *** the Zusanli group,moxibustion was applied at bilateral"Zusanli"(ST 36),once a day,3 moxa cones at each acupoint,for consecutive 28 *** intervention,the serum levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were detected by ELISA;the intestinal flora was detected by 16S rRNA sequencing technique in each group.

Objective To observe the effects of Lizhong Tongmai acupuncture(acupuncture for regulating middle jiao and promoting meridians)on trimethylamine-N-oxide(TMAO),CD36 expression,and cholesterol deposition in atherosclerotic(AS)mice,exploring potential mechanism of electroacupuncture(EA)in treating *** A total of 31 male SPF-grade C57BL/6J ApoE-/-mice were fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks to establish AS *** successful modeling,the remaining 30 mice were randomly divided into a model group,a medication group,and an EA group,with 10 mice in each *** additional 10 normal mice of the same strain were selected as a blank *** mice in the blank group and the model group received no *** mice in the medication group were treated with intragastric administration of atorvastatin *** mice in the EA group were treated with EA at"Neiguan"(PC 6),"Tianshu"(ST 25)and"Zusanli"(ST 36).The sameside"Neiguan"(PC6)and"Zusanli"(ST 36),"Tianshu"(ST 25)and the tail of the mice were connected to the EAapparatus,with disperse-dense wave,a frequency of 2 Hz/15 Hz。
