目的:探讨维奈克拉(venetoclax,VEN)联合治疗急性髓系白血病(AML)的疗效和预后因素。方法:回顾性分析2020年3月至2023年4月在兰州大学第一医院接受VEN联合治疗的AML患者的临床资料,观察疗效及生存情况,分析其影响因素并评估安全性。结果:本研究共纳入74例AML患者,其中初治AML 43例,复发难治性AML(R/R AML)31例。43例初治AML患者的中位年龄为65岁,复合完全缓解(cCR)率为67.4%(29/43),客观缓解率(ORR)为72.1%(31/43),中位总生存期(OS)为17.3个月。31例R/R AML患者中位年龄为51岁,cCR率为38.7%(12/31),ORR为58.1%(18/31),中位OS为7.1个月。性别、VEN治疗前血细胞计数、基因突变和预后分层与能否获得cCR有关。未获得cCR是患者死亡的独立危险因素。结论:VEN联合治疗AML安全有效,其疗效和生存受分子生物学、细胞遗传学等因素影响。

With the frame of the time-dependent local density approximation, an efficient description of the optical response of clusters has been used to study the photo-absorption cross section of Na2 and Na4 clusters. It is shown that our calculated results are in good agreement with the experiment. In addition, our calculated spectrum for the Na4 cluster is in better agreement with experiment than the GW absorption spectrum.

Picking velocities from semblances manually is laborious and necessitates experience. Although various methods for automatic velocity picking have been developed, there remains a challenge in efficiently incorporating information from nearby gathers to ensure picked velocity aligns with seismic horizons while also improving picking accuracy. The conventional method of velocity picking from a semblance volume is computationally demanding, highlighting a need for a more efficient strategy. In this study, we introduce a novel method for automatic velocity picking based on multi-object tracking. This dynamic tracking process across different semblance panels can integrate information from nearby gathers effectively while maintaining computational efficiency. First, we employ accelerated density clustering on the velocity spectrum to discern cluster centers without the requirement for prior knowledge regarding the number of clusters. These cluster centers embody the maximum likelihood velocities of the main subsurface structures. Second, our proposed method tracks key points within the semblance volume. Kalman filter is adopted to adjust the tracking process, followed by interpolation on these tracked points to construct the final velocity model. Our synthetic data example demonstrates that our proposed algorithm can effectively rectify the picking errors of the clustering algorithm. We further compare the performances of the clustering method(CM), the proposed tracking method(TM), and the variational method(VM) on a field dataset from the Gulf of Mexico. The results attest that our method offers superior accuracy than CM, achieves comparable accuracy with VM, and benefits from a reduced computational cost.

Bismuth sodium titanate(BNT)ceramics exhibit outstanding strain responses but are unfavorable for application in high-sensitivity displacement actuators due to the large negative strain resulting from irreversible changes in their phase transition and domain ***,(1−x)Bi_(0.50)Na_(0.41)K_(0.09)TiO_(3)-xNaNbO_(3)(BNKT−xNN)solid solutions were prepared to improve the strain properties through the strategy of modulating the phase boundary and domain *** introduction of sodium niobate could effectively regulate the relative content of the tetragonal(P4bm)and rhombohedral(R3c)phases in the phase boundary *** ferroelectric-to-relaxor phase transition(T_(F−R))was reduced,and the ergodic relaxor(ER)state was nurtured at room *** zero-negative strain properties of S=0.41%and d_(33)^(*)=742 pm/V were achieved from the reversible transition between the ER and ferroelectric states under an applied electric field(x=0.04).Additionally,understanding the domain states via piezoelectric force microscopy(PFM)and firstorder reversal curve(FORC)revealed that the superior strain responses originated from the reversible inter-transformation of substable macrodomains and polar nanoregions(PNRs)in the phase *** study provides new insight into the interplay between the evolution of phase boundaries and domain structures and the strain properties of BNT-based ceramics.
