Intra-tumor heterogeneity is now arguably one of the most-studied topics in tumor biology,as it represents a major obstacle to effective cancer *** tumor cells are highly diverse at genetic,epigenetic,and phenotypic levels,intra-tumor heterogeneity can be assumed as an important contributing factor to the nullification of chemotherapeutic effects,and recurrence of the *** on the role of heterogeneous subpopulations of cancer cells with varying cell-cycle dynamics and behavior during cancer progression and treatment;herein,we aim to establish a comprehensive definition for adaptation of neoplastic cells against *** discuss two parallel and yet distinct subpopulations of tumor cells that play pivotal roles in reducing the effects of chemotherapy:"resistant"and"tolerant"***,this review also highlights the impact of the quiescent phase of the cell cycle as a survival mechanism for cancer *** understanding the mechanisms under-lying the quiescence,it provides an insightful perspective on cancer stem cells(CsCs)and their dual and intertwined functions based on their cell cycle state in response to ***-over,CSCs,epithelial-mesenchymal transformed cells,circulating tumor cells(CTCs),and disseminated tumor cells(DTCs),which are mostly in a quiescent state of the cell cycle are proved to have multiple biological links and can be implicated in our viewpoint of cell cycle heterogeneity in ***,increasing our knowledge of cell cycle heterogeneity is a key to identifying new therapeutic solutions,and this emerging concept may provide us with new opportunities to prevent the dreadful cancer recurrence.

Since the scale and uncertainty of the power sys-tem have been rapidly increasing,the computation efficiency of constructing the security region boundary(SRB)has become a prominent *** on the topological features of histori-cal operation data,a sample generation method for SRB identi-fication is proposed to generate evenly distributed samples,which cover dominant security *** boundary sample pair(BSP)composed of a secure sample and an unsecure sam-ple is defined to describe the feature of *** resolution,sampling,and span indices are designed to evaluate the cover-age degree of existing BSPs on the SRB and generate samples closer to the *** on the feature of flat distribution of BSPs over the SRB,the principal component analysis(PCA)is adopted to calculate the tangent vectors and normal vectors of ***,the sample distribution can be expanded along the tangent vector and corrected along the normal vector to cover different security ***,a sample set is randomly gen-erated based on the IEEE standard example and another new sample set is generated by the proposed *** results in-dicate that the new sample set is closer to the SRB and covers different security modes with a small calculation time cost.

Weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ore is crucial source of medium and heavy rare earths,with in-situ leaching being the most common mining *** high contents of impurity of aluminum in the leach solution are a significant challenge for the subsequent enrichment process of rare earths.A comprehensive understanding of the occurrences and vertical distribution of aluminum and rare earths within typical vertical profiles can provide valuable insights into entire design of the in-situ *** paper improves a five-step sequential extraction method to analyze the occurrence and vertical distribution of rare earths and aluminum in vertical profiles from Chongzuo and *** results demonstrate that soil solution pH is the main factor affecting the vertical distribution of ionexchangeable rare *** samples have distinct areas of enrichment for ion-exchangeable rare earths or ***-exchangeable rare earths are primary concentrated in the middle and lower parts of the ore layer(4-13 m in Chongzuo,14-22 m in Longyan),while the ion-exchangeable aluminum is mainly enriched in the upper part of the ore layer(1-5 m in Chongzuo,and 2-14 m in Longyan).The vertical distribution of inorganic hydroxy aluminum is likely influenced by the micromorphology and particle size of the clay *** inorganic hydroxy aluminum concentration in Chongzuo samples decreases continuously from 415.65 to 120.95 mg/kg with increasing sampling depth,whereas the concentration in Longyan samples(110.55-171.27 mg/kg)is almost independence with sampling *** results provide direct guidance for the entire design of the injection well depth and the leaching parameters,thereby inhibiting the leaching of impurity of aluminum and lower the consumption of leaching agent.

The widespread adoption of Maisotsenko gas turbine cycle(MgTC) is significantly constrained by the design and manufacturing complexity of the *** proposition of innovative approaches to regulate the water carrying capacity and operational environment of the saturator,coupled with the performance and economic evaluation of systems under various configurations,can substantially facilitate its commercial *** the conventional two-stage MgTC system that solely comprises aftercooling and regenerative processes,this study proposes a three-stage MgTC system with an intercooling process(IMgTC),which considers the reuse of cooling water and energy *** pricing allocation and energy depreciation characteristics of components are analyzed,and the impact of key variables is ***,economic optimization of the system is conducted using ISIgHT to identify the optimal parameter combination and *** results indicate that the saturator price of IMgTC is lower and its exergy efficiency is higher than that of *** average water capacity of the IMgTC saturator is only 57.4% of that of the MgTC saturator,but the average exergy efficiency of IMgTC is 1.1% higher than that of ***,external parameters all lead to the levelized cost of electricity(LcoE).Thermo-economic optimization shows that the optimal LcoE of IMgTC is 0.26%lower than that of *** study confirms the feasibility of IMgTC,as well as its thermodynamic and economic advantages over MgTC.

Zinc-air batteries (ZABs) offer tremendous potential in various industries and daily life due to their excellent energy density,safety and ***,the practical application of ZABs has been severely hindered by challenges such as high low round-trip efficiencies and overpotential,primarily attributed to the inherent sluggish kinetics in the oxygen evolution reaction(OER) of air *** address these issues effectively and economically,heterojunction engineering accompanied by interfacial chemistry emerges as an ideal approach to designing efficient OER ***,a novel heterogeneous interfacial chemical structure,namely NicoP/NiFe LDH (layered double hydroxide),needle-like NicoP and NiFe LDH nanosheets were assembled from cores and shells,***,the NicoP/NiFe LDH-based ZABs have an exceptionally long cycle life of 238 h,far superior to Pt/C+Ir/C batteries (～97 h).Theoretical calculations and experimental results demonstrate that NicoP/NiFe LDH possesses tunable interfacial chemistry,demonstrating significant electronic,coordination,geometric and synergistic *** enhancements dramatically improve the active site density,intrinsic activity and electrochemical durability of the *** summary,this work provides a solid foundation for the development of costeffective OER electrocatalysts for electrochemical energy devices.

Distribution generation(Dg)technology based on a variety of renewable energy technologies has developed rapidly.A large number of multi-type Dg are connected to the distribution network(DN),resulting in a decline in the stability of DN *** is urgent to find a method that can effectively connect multi-energy Dg to ***(PV),wind power generation(WPg),fuel cell(FC),and micro gas turbine(MgT)are considered in this paper.A multi-objective optimization model was established based on the life cycle cost(LCC)of Dg,voltage quality,voltage fluctuation,system network loss,power deviation of the tie-line,Dg pollution emission index,and meteorological index weight of ***-objective artificial bee colony algorithm(MOABC)was used to determine the optimal location and capacity of the four kinds of Dg access DN,and compared with the other three heuristic *** tests based on IEEE 33 test node and IEEE 69 test node show that in IEEE 33 test node,the total voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation,and system network loss of DN decreased by 49.67%,7.47%and 48.12%,respectively,compared with that without Dg *** the IEEE 69 test node,the total voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation and system network loss of DN in the MOABC configuration scheme decreased by 54.98%,35.93%and 75.17%,respectively,compared with that without Dg configuration,indicating that MOABC can reasonably plan the capacity and location of *** the maximum trade-off between Dg economy and DN operation stability.
