The application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the medical field has experienced a long history of *** turn,some long-standing points and challenges in the medical field have also prompted diverse research teams to continue to explore AI in *** the development of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),cloud computing,big data,and 5G mobile networks,AI technology has been more widely adopted in the medical *** addition,the in-depth integration of AI and IoT technology enables the gradual improvement of medical diagnosis and treatment capabilities so as to provide services to the public in a more effective *** this work,we examine the technical basis of IoT,cloud computing,big data analysis and machine learning involved in clinical medicine,combined with concepts of specific algorithms such as activity recognition,behavior recognition,anomaly detection,assistant decision-making system,to describe the scenario-based applications of remote diagnosis and treatment collaboration,neonatal intensive care unit,cardiology intensive care unit,emergency first aid,venous thromboembolism,monitoring nursing,image-assisted diagnosis,*** also systematically summarize the application of AI and IoT in clinical medicine,analyze the main challenges thereof,and comment on the trends and future developments in this field.

With the launch of national excellent physician program,raising the teaching level of clinical medicine postgraduate education has become a hot issue in medical *** University has set up the clinical medicine postgraduate course of"cell theory and model design for disease"in 2008,according to the requirements of medical postgraduate *** create the course of"cell theory and model design for disease"from the modern education perspective of creative talent training and independent study,the course production team used various forms such as the opening of teaching contents,teaching forms,course production team teachers'and students'evaluation of teaching effect,which achieved good results in the education of clinical medicine postgraduates,and has been generally welcomed by clinical *** course got the first prize of Jiangsu University Education and Teaching Result as an important supporting material in 2011,and has been established as the Excellent Postgraduate Education and Teaching Course of Jiang-su Province by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education in 2012 upon recommendation of the school and the appraisal of postgraduate education and teaching specialists.

Based on the macroanalysis of the unbalanced development of the"demand side"and the"supply side"of clinical medicine in China,this paper elucidates the stakeholders,resources,and ecosystem of the strategic scientific and technological capacity-building and calls for a larger coverage,smoother supply chain,and more sustainable ecosystem to ensure the development of clinical ***,focusing on the establishment and development of clinical reproductive health in China,the authors introduce the strategic scientific and technological capacity-building of reproductive medicine in Peking University Third Hospital,with an attempt to inform similar efforts in other fields and even the whole clinical medicine in China.

Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer pain based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS). Methods: China Chinese CNKI database, VIP database, Wanfang database (1979 - 2017) were searched to get the prescriptions for cancer pain treatment. At last, 290 prescriptions were got and used to, set up the cancer pain prescriptions database, The route of administration, medicinal properties and drug use frequency were analyzed, and the rules of drug use were analyzed by mining rules such as association rules and complex system entropy clustering. Results: A total of 286 drugs were involved, and the association rules of drug properties, taste, meridian tropism, drug frequency and drugs were defined, and 20 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were developed. Conclusion: The clinical medication rule of Chinese medicine for treating cancer pain has been excavated, and its reflected drug philosophy of "Tong" is the main, the emphasis is on pain relief,"tonic" is the main, the emphasis is on harmony, qi and blood are treated together, the emphasis is on dredging, antitumor analgesic, treatment of symptoms and root causes is equally important.

Pharmacology is a discipline bridging basic medicine and clinical medicine. Under the disciplinebased structure,derived from the characteristics of drugs,students study pharmacology for the rational use of the drugs targeting pathophysiological status according to the diseases and the symptoms. Under the organsystem-based teaching systems,the part of the principle of pharmacology is put into the basic medicine integrated module system and the other parts are divided into the according organ-system integrated courses,respectively. It is important for clinical teaching that the domestic and international status,the role and mutual relationship in and between the integrated course system,the designation and practice of the course,the problems to be addressed of the course can be understood.

Data mining analysis of Professor Liu Shangyi＇s prescription characteristics in clinical medicine for the treatment of cancer patients with stomachache

Objective： To analyze National Chinese medicine Master Liu Shangyi’s prescription characteristics of clinical medicinefor the treatment of cancer patients with stomachache. Methods： Data on prescriptions for cancer patients withstomachache between January 2014 and July 2016 were collected. The composing principles were analyzed byunsupervised data mining methods including Apriori algorithm in association rules and complex system entropy ***： Based on the analysis of 120 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbswere computed. Four core combinations and two new prescriptions were mined from the database. Compared to thebefore treatment, the clinical symptomatic grading of stomachache after treatment was lower （P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion：Professor Liu has been successful in the treatment of cancer patients with stomachache by prescribing medication thataids in activating blood circulation, removing dampness, and alleviating pain.

clinical forensic medicine is a progressing *** Indonesia and Malaysia,there is inadequate information regarding this *** is always unclear about the job scopes and practitioners involved in this *** study outlined in this article is aimed to explore the current clinical forensic medicine practice compared to existing systematic practice globally and hence analyzing for presence of difference in this practice between these two countries.A qualitative study was conducted by forensic experts in Indonesia and Malaysia from September to November ***‑depth interview was carried out to obtain data which were then validated using literature and legal documents in Indonesia and Malaysia known as the triangulation validation *** were presented in narrative *** Indonesia,forensic pathology and clinical forensic medicine were approached as one whereas in Malaysia *** practice was conducted by a general practitioner in collaboration with other specialists if needed in Indonesia;whereas,in Malaysia,this practice was conducted by forensic pathologists or medical officers in the absence of forensic *** Indonesia and Malaysia followed the continental regimen in practicing clinical forensic *** was still a lack of involvement of doctors in this field due to lack of understanding of clinical forensic *** current clinical forensic medicine practice has not developed much and has no much difference in both *** gap between the current practice with systematic practice cannot be justified due to the absence of one standardized code of practice.

Objective： To review theories and technologies of big data mining and their application in clinical medicine. Data Sources： Literatures published in English or Chinese regarding theories and technologies of big data mining and the concrete applications of data mining technology in clinical medicine were obtained from PubMed and Chinese Hospital Knowledge Database from 1975 to 2015. Study Selection： Original articles regarding big data mining theory/technology and big data mining＇s application in the medical field were selected. Results： This review characterized the basic theories and technologies of big data mining including fuzzy theory, rough set theory, cloud theory, Dempster-Shafer theory, artificial neural network, genetic algorithm, inductive learning theory, Bayesian network, decision tree, pattern recognition, high-performance computing, and statistical analysis. The application of big data mining in clinical medicine was analyzed in the fields of disease risk assessment, clinical decision support, prediction of disease development, guidance of rational use of drugs, medical management, and evidence-based medicine. Conclusion： Big data mining has the potential to play an important role in clinical medicine.
