Background:Previous studies have demonstrated the preclinical pharmacological and toxicological consistency,and clinical pharmacokinetic equivalence of bevacizumab biosimilar LY01008 with reference bevacizumab(Avastin).This randomized controlled trial aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of LY01008 with Avastin in first-line treatment of Chinese patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:StageⅢB-ⅣNSCLC patients with evaluable lesions,good physical status,and adequate organ functions from 67 centers across China were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to receive LY01008 or Avastin 15 mg/kg intravenously in combination with paclitaxel/carboplatin(combined treatment)for 4-6 cycles,followed by maintenance monotherapy with LY01008 until disease progression,intolerable toxicity,or *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)in accordance with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)version 1.1 confirmed by independent radiological review committees(IRRC).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and *** study was registered in clinical ***(NCT03533127).Results:Between December 15^(th),2017,and May 15^(th),2019,a total of 649 patients were randomized to the LY01008(n=324)or Avastin(n=325)*** of September 25th,2019 for primary endpoint analysis,589 patients received ORR evaluation,with a median number of combined treatment cycles of 5(range 1-6)andmedian duration of treatment of 3.0(range 0.0-5.1)*** responseevaluable patients in the LY01008 and Avastin groups were 48.5% and 53.0%,*** stratified ORR ratio was 0.91(90%CI 0.80-1.04,within the prespecified equivalence margin of 0.75-1.33).Up to May 15^(th),2020,with a median follow-up of 13.6(range 0.8-28.4)months,no notable differences in DCR,median DoR,median PFS,median OS,and 1-year OS rate were observed between the LY010

Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a pathologic condition of the prostate described as a substantial increase in its number of epithelial and stromal *** may significantly reduce the quality of life due to the initiation of bladder outlet obstruction and lower urinary tract *** medical therapies mostly consist of inhibitors of 5α-reductase orα1-adrenergic blockers;their efficacy is often *** analogs of neuropeptide hormones are novel candidates for the management of *** first,antagonists of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone(LHRH)have been introduced to the therapy aimed to reduce serum testosterone ***,they have also been found to produce an inhibitory activity on local LHRH receptors in the prostate as well as impotence and other related side *** then,several preclinical and clinical studies reported the favorable effects of LHRH antagonists in *** contrast,antagonists of growth hormone-releasing hormone(GHRH)and gastrin-releasing peptide(GRP)have been tested only in preclinical settings and produce significant reduction in prostate size in experimental models of *** act at least in part,by blocking the action of respective ligands produced locally on prostates through their respective receptors in the prostate,and by inhibition of autocrine insulin-like growth factors-Ⅰ/Ⅱand epidermal growth factor *** and LHRH antagonists were also tested in combination resulting in a cumulative effect that was greater than that of each *** article will review the numerous studies that demonstrate the beneficial effects of antagonistic analogs of LHRH,GHRH and GRP in BPH,as well as suggesting a potential role for somatostatin analogs in experimental therapies.

Objective:This study aimed to investigate the effects of TH/CTS/β-CD microspheres by oral administration on ovalbumin allergic asthma of a rat ***:Spray drying method was applied for preparing the TH/CTS/β-CD microspheres,which were used in treatment of asthmatic *** a predetermined time,the levels of eosinophil(Eos),protein,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate transaminase(AST),glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT),and creatinine(Cr)were ascertained by automatic hematology and biochemical *** tissue histology was performed by hematoxylin-eosin ***:No significant differences were found about the contents of Eos in the blood,and the contents of Eos,protein and LDH in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid between the microsphere-treated and dexamethasone-treated groups,but the levels were lower in both treated groups than in the model *** the microsphere-treated group,the levels of Cr,AST,and GPT in the serum of rats showed no significant differences compared with the normal *** on lung histopathological findings,the microspheres attenuated inflammatory cell infiltration and mucus hypersecretion compared with the model ***:This study demonstrated that TH/CTS/β-CD microspheres exerted an anti-inflammatory effect and could serve as a novel promising drug delivery system for asthma treatment.

背景与目的通过意大利放射治疗和临床肿瘤学学会(Italian Association of Radiotherapy and clinical Oncology, AIRO)的一项多中心回顾性研究,明确免疫疗法(immunotherapy, IT)和立体定向放疗(stereotactic radiotherapy,SRT)包括放射外科治疗(radiosurgery, RS)或大分割立体定向放疗(hypofractionated stereotactic radiotherapy, HFSRT)治疗非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)脑转移的疗效和毒性。方法对来自19个意大利中心接受SRT+IT的NSCLC伴脑转移患者进行分析,并与单独接受SRT的对照组患者进行比较。结果共纳入SRT+IT组100例和单独SRT组50例。接受SRT+IT的患者有更长的颅内局部无进展生存期(intracranial local progression-free survival, i LPFS)(经倾向性评分调整后,P=0.007)。在诊断为脑转移时接受IT合并有颅外进展的患者中(n=24),接受SRT后再进行IT与较好的总生存期(overall survival, OS)相关(P=0.037)。多因素分析显示组织学类型为非腺癌、卡氏体能状态(Karnofsky performance status,KPS)评分=70分以及接受HFSRT与显著减少的生存期相关(P值分别为0.019、0.017和0.007)。与SRT和IT治疗间隔>7天(n=10)相比,治疗间隔≤7天(n=90)与更长的OS相关(经倾向性评分调整后,P=0.008)。联合治疗耐受性良好。在放射性坏死方面,接受SRT+IT的患者与单独SRT的患者无显著差异。SRT和IT的治疗间隔对毒性发生率无影响。结论 SRT+IT是一种安全的联合治疗方法,与单独SRT相比,具有更长的i LPFS。
