大家知道,IT厂商卖出一部机器,立刻就能看到效益,而工商企业花了很多钱买PC机、部署网络,有时候一点效益也没有。这个问题在全世界都存在,不光在中国。原因何在?这是因为企业家跟他的IT部门缺乏沟通。IT部门做出来的系统跟企业的目标、发展策略没有挂钩,企业家更没有参与IT系统的规划建设,所以IT系统基本是独立于经营之外在运作。现在,很多国内企业都说“我有网了。”但它网上有什么东西呢?发个Email? 我们希望企业管理层了解,IT是无可回避的,但绝不可怕。今天的一个企业领导不能转化IT技术的话,就会很难生存。在Internet冲击下,一个企业要生存,需要反应很快。盖茨在《未来时速》第一章就说了,80年代,所有企业的要求都是质量,跟着下一个潮流是重整,因为组织跟不上社会改变,就跟不上市场的步伐。现在是什么?是速度。

A novel mixed-synchronization phenomenon in coupled Chua's circuits via non-fragile linear control

Dynamical variables of coupled nonlinear oscillators can exhibit different synchronization patterns depending on the designed coupling scheme. In this paper, a non-fragile linear feedback control strategy with multiplicative controller gain uncertainties is proposed for realizing the mixed-synchronization of Chua＇s circuits connected in a drive-response configuration. In particular, in the mixed-synchronization regime, different state variables of the response system can evolve into complete synchronization, anti-synchronization and even amplitude death simultaneously with the drive variables for an appropriate choice of scaling matrix. Using Lyapunov stability theory, we derive some sufficient criteria for achieving global mixed-synchronization. It is shown that the desired non-fragile state feedback controller can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. Numerical simulations are also provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach.

This paper studies the design of the optimal and online cross-layer transmission and energy schedulings for a full-duplex energy harvesting wireless orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) joint transmissions. Supported by today’s power management integrated circuit, the full-duplex energy harvesting system becomes a reality, which can overcome the transmission time loss problem caused by the half-duplex constraint of the energy storage unit(ESU) in the serial Harvest-Store-Use system. However, its corresponding modeling is still unexplored. Therefore, the full-duplex energy harvesting system is first modeled and proved to be equivalent to a composition of energy behavior models of Harvest-Store-Use in fine-time granularity. Then, the convex optimization problem of cross-layer transmission and energy scheduling is formulated with the objective to maximize the sum of transmission throughput during successively multiple time units, which takes into account the temporal variance of energy harvesting rates and channel states, and the limited capacity of *** optimal power allocation with three dimensions of time, channel and antenna is solved by utilizing the dual decomposition method with the pre-known temporal variance, and the corresponding result of the system throughput provides the theoretical upper bound. Finally, to reduce the throughput degradation caused by channel state prediction errors, a non-convex online scheduling problem is formulated as the classical energy efficiency format. It is transformed into a convex optimization problem by exploiting the properties of fractional programming, and then, an efficiently iterative solution is designed. Numerical results show that the average throughput of the online algorithm is 24% greater than that of existing time-energy adaptive water-filling algorithm. The behavior of schools of zebrafish （Danio rerio） was studied in acute toxicity environments. Behavioral features were extracted and a method for water quality assessment using support vector machine （SVM） was de- veloped. The behavioral parameters of fish were recorded and analyzed during one hour in an environment of a 24-h half-lethal concentration （LC50） of a pollutant. The data were used to develop a method to evaluate water quality, so as 6＋ 2＋ to give an early indication of toxicity. Four kinds of metal ions （Cu2~, Hg2~, Cr , and Cd ） were used for toxicity testing. To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of assessment, a method combining SVM and a genetic algorithm （GA） was used. The results showed that the average prediction accuracy of the method was over 80% and the time cost was acceptable. The method gave satisfactory results for a variety of metal pollutants, demonstrating that this is an effective approach to the classification of water quality.

Over the past few years, three photorespiratory bypasses have been introduced into plants, two of which led to observable in creases in photos yn thesis and biomass yield. However, most of the experiments were carried out using Arabidopsis under controlled environmental conditions, and the increases were only observed under low-light and short-day conditions. In this study, we designed a new photorespiratory bypass (called GOC bypass), characterized by no reducing equivalents being produced during a complete oxidation of glycolate into CO2 catalyzed by three rice-self-originating enzymes, i.e., glycolate oxidase, oxalate oxidase, and catalase. We successfully established this bypass in rice chloroplasts using a multi-gene assembly and transformation system. Transgenic rice plants carrying GOC bypass (GOC plants) showed significant increases in photosynthesis efficiency, biomass yield, and nitrogen content, as well as several other CO2-enriched phe no types under both greenhouse and field conditions .Grain yield of GOC plants varied depending on seeding season and was increased significantly in the spring. We further demonstrated that GOC plants had significant advantages under high-light conditions and that the improvements in GOC plants resulted primarily from a photosynthetic CO2-concentrating effect rather than from improved energy balance. Taken together, our results reveal that engineering a newly designed chloroplastic photorespiratory bypass could increase photosynthetic efficiency and yield of rice plants grown in field conditions, particularly under high light.

We establish new Kamenev-type oscillation criteria for the half-linear partial differential equation with damping div（A（x）｜｜ u｜｜^p-2 u）＋〈b（x）,｜｜ u｜｜^p-2 u〉＋c（x）｜u｜^p-2u=0（E）under quite general conditions. These results are extensions of the recent results developed by Sun [Y.C. Sun, New Kamenev-type oscillation criteria of second order nonlinear differential equations with damping, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 291 （2004） 341-351] for second order ordinary differential equations in a natural way, and improve some existing results in the literature. As applications, we illustrate our main results using two different types of half-linear partial differential equations.
