For the large deformation of the flexible body may cause the fluid grid distortion,which will make the numerical calculation tedious,even to end,the numerical simulation of the flexible body coupling with the fluid is always a tough *** this paper,the flexible body is under two kinds of constrained conditions and the ratio of length-diameter is 1:*** Reynolds number of the airflow is 513,belonging to the area of low Reynolds *** control equations of the coupling of flexible body with airflow are built and the adaptive grid control method is adopted to conduct the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the movement of the flexible *** numerical results show that it is possible to simulate the characteristics of the flexible body's movement in the low Reynolds number airflow when the appropriate control equations are modeled and suitable equation-solving method is *** flexible body would turn over forward along the airflow's diffusion direction,while constrained flexible body in the flow field will make periodic rotation motion along the axis of the flexible body,and the bending deformation is more obvious than that of unconstrained flexible *** preliminary three-dimensional numerical simulation can provide references for further research on the characteristics of the yam movement in high Reynolds number airflow.

Endothelial cells are the inner mono-layer cells of the blood vessels, playing critical roles to separate blood from underlying tissues. Endothelial cells form a dynamic and selective permeability barrier, which is important for interstitial homeostasis, inflammatory, angiogenesis and vascular remodeling. Injury in endothelium leads to a persistent increase of vascular permeability, inflammation, leakage and sepsis. Adherens junctions of endothelial cells,comprising of the vascular endothelial(VE)-cadherin and associated various catenins, contribute greatly to the barrier function. Endothelial barrier is tightly regulated through posttranslational protein phosphorylation. Protein tyrosine phosphatase SHP2, which is aubiquitously expressed and non-receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase, consists of two Nterminaltandem SH2 domains and a catalytic phosphatase domain followed with a Cterminaltail with two functionally important tyrosine residues. SHP2 has been reported tobe a component of VE-cadherin complex regulating tyrosine phosphorylation. However,the role of SHP2 in vivo remains elusive. SHP2 was specifically deleted in endothelial cellsin mice using Cre-loxp system. Loss of SHP2 in endothelial cells resulted in embryonic lethality with diffuse bleeding in the head, trunk, and intersomitic regions. No obvious developing alternations were observed in hearts, internal carotid arteries and anterior cardinalveins in SHP2 deficient embryos. Ultrastructural assay of umbilical cord blood vessels showed disrupted cell junctions in SHP2 deficient endothelial cells. Mechanistically, down regulation of SHP2 by shRNA in HUVECs caused a significant decrease in VE-cadher in protein level but not in transcriptional level. The degradation of VE-cadherin could be repressed by proteasome inhibitor MG132. To the Editor:Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease(CMT)encompasses a genetically heterogeneous group of inherited neuropathies,characterized by progressive distal muscle weakness and atrophy,sensory deficits,impaired tendon reflexes,and foot deformities.[1]To date,more than 80 causative genes have been identified in CMT patients,associated with either autosomal dominant or recessive inheritance,or X-linked *** traditional classification of CMT was based on peripheral neuropathy type,as determined by nerve conduction *** more causative genes were identified and the overlap of neuropathy phenotypes became apparent,the traditional classification system proved unwieldy and ***,CMT needs to be distinguished from several entities including systemic disorders with neuropathy and other types of hereditary *** clinical practice,overlap of phenotypes can present a major challenge in reaching the correct *** study aimed to investigate the genetic profile in a cohort of Chinese CMT patients and evaluate the role of genetic testing in the diagnosis and subtyping of CMT.
