The global incidence rates of in-hospital cardiac arrest(IHCA)range from1.2 to 9.0 per1,000 hospitalized patients,as per the national Cardiac Arrest Database.[1] While IHCAs tend to exhibit superior 30-day survival rates relative to out-of-hospital cardiac arrests (OHCA) due to situational advantages,such as immediate access to medical personnel and treatments.

This paper addresses the challenge of identifying abnormal states in Lithium-ion Battery(LiB)time series *** the energy sector increasingly focuses on integrating distributed energy resources,Virtual Power Plants(VPP)have become a vital new framework for energy *** are key in this context,owing to their high-efficiency energy storage capabilities essential for VPP ***,LiBs are prone to various abnormal states like overcharging,over-discharging,and internal short circuits,which impede power transmission *** methods for detecting such abnormalities in LiB are too broad and lack precision for the dynamic and irregular nature of LiB *** response,we introduce an innovative method:a Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)autoencoder based on Dynamic Frequency Memory and Correlation Attention(DFMCA-LSTM-AE).This unsupervised,end-to-end approach is specifically designed for dynamically monitoring abnormal states in LiB *** method starts with a Dynamic Frequency Fourier Transform module,which dynamically captures the frequency characteristics of time series data across three scales,incorporating a memory mechanism to reduce overgeneralization of abnormal *** is followed by integrating LSTM into both the encoder and decoder,enabling the model to effectively encode and decode the temporal relationships in the time *** tests on a real-world LiB dataset demonstrate that DFMCA-LSTM-AE outperforms existing models,achieving an average Area Under the Curve(AUC)of 90.73%and an F1 score of 83.83%.These results mark significant improvements over existing models,ranging from 2.4%–45.3%for AUC and 1.6%–28.9%for F1 score,showcasing the model’s enhanced accuracy and reliability in detecting abnormal states in LiB data.

This paper examines the difficulties of managing distributed power systems,notably due to the increasing use of renewable energy sources,and focuses on voltage control challenges exacerbated by their variable nature in modern power *** tackle the unique challenges of voltage control in distributed renewable energy networks,researchers are increasingly turning towards multi-agent reinforcement learning(MARL).However,MARL raises safety concerns due to the unpredictability in agent actions during their exploration *** unpredictability can lead to unsafe control *** mitigate these safety concerns in MARL-based voltage control,our study introduces a novel approach:Safety-ConstrainedMulti-Agent Reinforcement Learning(SC-MARL).This approach incorporates a specialized safety constraint module specifically designed for voltage control within the MARL *** module ensures that the MARL agents carry out voltage control actions *** experiments demonstrate that,in the 33-buses,141-buses,and 322-buses power systems,employing SC-MARL for voltage control resulted in a reduction of the Voltage Out of Control Rate(%***)from0.43,0.24,and 2.95 to 0,0.01,and 0.03,***,the Reactive Power Loss(Q loss)decreased from 0.095,0.547,and 0.017 to 0.062,0.452,and 0.016 in the corresponding systems.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic ductal leaks complicated by endoscopic ultrasonography-guided tissue sampling(EUS-TS)can manifest as acute *** SUMMARY A 63-year-old man presented with persistent abdominal pain and weight ***:Laboratory findings revealed elevated carbohydrate antigen 19-9(5920 U/mL)and carcinoembryonic antigen(23.7 ng/mL)*** resonance imaging of the pancreas revealed an approximately 3 cm ill-defined space-occupying lesion in the inferior aspect of the head,with severe encasement of the superior mesenteric *** ductal adenocarcinoma was confirmed after pathological examination of specimens obtained by EUS-TS using the fanning *** and outcomes:The following day,the patient experienced severe abdominal pain with high amylase(265 U/L)and lipase(1173 U/L)*** tomography of the abdomen revealed edematous wall thickening of the second portion of the duodenum with adjacent fluid collections and a suspicious leak from either the distal common bile duct or the main pancreatic duct in the *** retrograde cholangiopancreatography revealed dye leakage in the head of the main pancreatic ***,a 5F 7 cm linear plastic stent was deployed into the pancreatic duct to divert the pancreatic *** patient’s abdominal pain improved immediately after pancreatic stent insertion,and amylase and lipase levels normalized within a *** chemotherapy was then *** Using the fanning method in EUS-TS can inadvertently cause damage to the pancreatic duct and may lead to clinically significant *** a pancreatic stent may immediately resolve acute pancreatitis and shorten the waiting time for curative *** using the fanning method during EUSTS,ductal structures should be excluded to prevent pancreatic ductal leakage.

Composite solid electrolytes(CSEs)have emerged as promising candidates for safe and high-energy–density solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs).However,concurrently achieving exceptional ionic conductivity and interface compatibility between the electrolyte and electrode presents a significant challenge in the development of high-performance CSEs for *** overcome these challenges,we present a method involving the in-situ polymerization of a monomer within a self-supported porous Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZT)to produce the *** synergy of the continuous conductive LLZT network,well-organized polymer,and their interface can enhance the ionic conductivity of the CSE at room ***,the in-situ polymerization process can also con-struct the integration and compatibility of the solid electrolyte–solid electrode *** synthesized CSE exhibited a high ionic conductivity of 1.117 mS cm^(-1),a significant lithium transference number of 0.627,and exhibited electrochemical stability up to 5.06 V ***/Li+at 30℃.Moreover,the Li|CSE|LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) cell delivered a discharge capacity of 105.1 mAh g^(-1) after 400 cycles at 0.5 C and 30℃,corresponding to a capacity retention of 61%.This methodology could be extended to a variety of ceramic,polymer electrolytes,or battery systems,thereby offering a viable strategy to improve the electrochemical properties of CSEs for high-energy–density SSLMBs.

We consider dual Toeplitz operators on the orthogonal complements of the FockSobolev spaces of all nonnegative real ***,for symbols in a certain class containing all bounded functions,we study the problem of when an operator which is finite sums of the dual Toeplitz products is compact or ***,for bounded symbols,we construct a symbol map and exhibit a short exact sequence associated with the C^(*)-algebra generated by all dual Toeplitz operators with bounded symbols.

The discovery of efficient,selective,and stable electrocatalysts can be a key point to produce the largescale chemical fuels via electrochemical CO_(2) reduction(ECR).In this study,an earth-abundant and nontoxic ZnO-based electrocatalyst was developed for use in gas-diffusion electrodes(GDE),and the effect of nitrogen(N)doping on the ECR activity of ZnO electrocatalysts was ***,a ZnO nanosheet was prepared via the hydrothermal method,and nitridation was performed at different times to control the N-doping *** an increase in the N-doping content,the morphological properties of the nanosheet changed significantly,namely,the 2D nanosheets transformed into irregularly shaped ***,the ECR performance of Zn O electrocatalysts with different N-doping content was assessed in 1.0 M KHCO_(3) electrolyte using a gas-diffusion electrode-based ECR *** the ECR activity increased after a small amount of N doping,it decreased for higher N doping *** them,the N:ZnO-1 h electrocatalysts showed the best CO selectivity,with a faradaic efficiency(FE_(CO))of 92.7%at-0.73 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),which was greater than that of an undoped Zn O electrocatalyst(FE_(CO)of 63.4%at-0.78 V_(RHE)).Also,the N:ZnO-1 h electrocatalyst exhibited outstanding durability for 16 h,with a partial current density of-92.1 mA cm^(-2).This improvement of N:ZnO-1 h electrocatalyst can be explained by density functional theory calculations,demonstrating that this improvement of N:ZnO-1 h electrocatalyst comes from(ⅰ)the optimized active sites lowering the free energy barrier for the rate-determining step(RDS),and(ⅱ)the modification of electronic structure enhancing the electron transfer rate by N doping.

International guidelines for post-cardiac arrest care recommend using multi-modal strategies to avoid the withdrawal of life-sustaining therapy(WLST)in patients with the potential for neurological recovery.[1]However,a clear methodology for multi-modal approaches has yet to be ***-specific enolase(NSE)is currently the only recommended biomarker,and the European Resuscitation Council(ERC)and the European SocietyofIntensiveCareMedicine(ESICM)have proposed a cutoff value of 60μg/L at 48 and/or 72 h after the return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC)as a multimodal prognostic tool for predicting poor neurological outcomes.

Internationally,standards for electrochromic（EC） requirements in smart window applications have been established,with ongoing global initiatives aimed at elevating them to highly advanced *** paper covers a comprehensive investigation of the structural,optical,morphological,and electrochemical properties of WO3/TiO2composite ***,an experimental analysis of WO3/TiO2was envisaged by a two-step ***,WO3thin films were hydrothermally deposited onto indium-doped tin oxide-coated glass substrates using an aqueous solution of Na2WO4·2H2O at a pH value of ***,a layer of TiO2was electrodeposited onto the WO3thin films.X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed the successful formation of WO3/TiO2composite films,with the WO3phase exhibiting a hexagonal tunnel *** electron microscopy revealed the formation of porous nanorods（NRs） of WO3,uniformly coated with TiO2,resulting in a porous morphology of the WO./*** EC performance of the WO3/TiO2films was thoroughly assessed through cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry measurements over a potential window ranging from-2.0 to+1.2 V（versus Ag/AgCl） in a 0.5 mol·L-1LiClO4-PC *** WO3/TiO2composite films exhibited cathodic electrochromism,characterized by a reversible color change from dark blue to *** improved EC performance in comparison to pure WO3films is attributed to enhanced double ion/electron insertion and extraction ***,the WO3/TiO2composite films demonstrated excellent optical modulation properties,with a significant modulation at 633 nm（46.87%）.The coloration efficiency reached a high value of 193.25 cm2·C-1,indicating their potential for practical EC ***,the WO3/TiO2composite films displayed exceptional EC stability,with no significant degradation observed over 2500 cyclic voltammetry *** superior EC performance can be attributed to the synergistic effect between the hexagonal WO3NRs

BACKGROUND Immature ovarian teratoma is a rare and aggressive neoplasm that affects young *** report is the first to describe the development of immature teratoma after ovarian cystectomy for mature teratoma of the ovary in an adolescent female with a family history of ovarian *** SUMMARY A 16-year-old girl who had undergone bilateral ovarian cystectomy for mature teratomas 3 years ago showed bilateral adnexal tumors during her regular ultrasonography follow-up every 6 *** received laparoscopic bilateral ovarian cystectomy,and final histopathology showed grade-1 immature teratoma of the left ovary and mature teratoma of the right *** left salpingo-oophorectomy and staging procedures were performed *** mother,maternal aunt,and maternal grandmother had also received surgeries for mature ovarian *** It is important to have guidance on management of patient and family members with familial ovarian teratomas.
