Relationship between Farmland Use Right Circulation and Non-agricultural Employment——Based on Survey Data from Eastern and Western China

Relationship between Chinese rural non-agricultural employment and farmland use circulation has always been a hot research topic without final *** paper uses survey data of"China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)"covering 1,549 households of 95 villages in Zhejiang and Gansu Province in *** to the data analysis,Zhejiang Province has a higher ratio of rural households leasing out their farmland than Gansu Province has,while the latter has a higher ratio of rural residents going out for earning a *** both provinces,non-agricultural employment and farmland use circulation show significant positive correlation,but in Gansu,non-agricultural employment of farmers shows no significant positive correlation with rural households leasing out their *** factor shows that for peasants in underdeveloped regions of west China,they rely more on land because of its social security functions,so they are not willing to lease out their land even when they go to cities for earning a *** local government,it is not appropriate to promote farmland use circulation by depending on the transfer of rural labor forces,fundamental needs of peasants must be taken into consideration.

China's aging pressure is increasingly serious. The elderly people are difficult to seek medical advice,the elderly dependency ratio is soaring,finance fails to bear such heavy load,and social endowment service pressure is also constantly increasing. Traditional endowment mode is already incapable of satisfying current endowment demands. On the basis of the population aging,this paper came up with the new endowment mode " hospital + nursing home" and analyzed its feasibility. Finally,it reached the conclusion that this endowment mode is helpful for solving problems of endowment and medical care,and alleviating the problem of population aging.

Based on the survey and research of awareness,preferences and purchasing behavior of residents about Korean food and agricultural products in Beijing,Shanghai,Shenyang,Qingdao and chongqing in 2014,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the influence of consumers' personal characteristics,awareness,buying habits and income on Chinese consumers' identification and purchase of Korean food and agricultural products,and performs an empirical analysis on the purchasing behavior using Tobit model. The results show that consumers' personal characteristics have no significant influence on the purchase of Korean food; consumers' income levels have a significant positive effect on the purchasing amount of Korean food; consumers' location has a significant effect on the purchasing amount; consumers' recognition has a positive effect on consumers' purchasing behavior,but it is not significant.

This paper conducts an empirical analysis of influence of fiscal expenditure supporting agriculture monetary supply on rural residents' s consumption by adopting a vector auto-regression model,based on the data from 1978 to *** study indicated that:in the short term,fiscal policy is the Granger reason of rural residents' consumption,monetary policy is not the Granger reason of rural residents' consumption;in the long term,the comprehensive function of fiscal policy and monetary policy has a great influence on the of rural residents' *** the background of Economic Transition and Urbanization,Expanding Domestic Demand is the *** should coordinate fiscal policy and monetary policy to promote the rural residents' consumption.

In this paper,we use DEA-Tobit model to conduct empirical study on the governmental supply efficiency of public service in chongqing's 38 counties and the influencing factors during the period *** results show that the supply efficiency of basic public service at county level is generally low,and there is significant regional differences and strong volatility;per capita GDP,population density and population size,and level of education of the residents,are significantly correlated with the supply efficiency of basic public service at county level,but traffic density,urbanization level,and the proportion of government spending on public service to total fiscal expenditure,have no significant effects on the efficiency of basic public service at county *** on this,we propose some policy recommendations for enhancing the level of local economic development and the level of education,and reasonably guiding the residents'agglomeration.

近年来,中国的献血者招募模式正在从有偿献血到单位组织献血,进而到完全无偿献血的模式转变。有关真正的无偿献血者中丙型肝炎感染的资料还较少报道。本研究对重庆地区2003年的首次献血者进行丙型肝炎感染及病毒分型的调查,共有13620份血清标本进行ELISA丙型肝炎抗体检测,其中抗体阳性标本再经RT-PCR扩增HCVRNA的核心区/E2区片段进行基因分型。结果发现,HCV抗体阳性率为0.49%(67/13620),其中在40-49岁年龄段的阳性率(0.86%)最高;高学历人群和大城市生活人群的阳性率相对为高。丙肝病毒的基因分型结果显示,在22份基因分型阳性标本中有基因型1b,2a,3a和3b等四种,分别占4(18%)、5(23%)、9(41)和4(18%),以基因型3(包括3a和3b)为流行。结论:重庆地区无偿献血人群中丙型肝炎抗体阳性率较低;由于本地及周边地区静注毒品人群中丙型肝炎感染以基因型3为主,提示可能在献血人群中有静注吸毒者的存在。因此,随着献血模式的转变,在献血者的招募中应注意排除吸毒者这一高危人群。

The incidence of pancreatic cancer has been rising worldwide,and its clinical diagnosis and treatment remain a great *** present the update and improvements in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in recent years,Chinese Pancreatic Association,the Chinese Society of Surgery,Chinese Medical Association revised the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer in China(2014)after reviewing evidence-based and problem-oriented literature published during 2015-2021,mainly focusing on highlight issues regarding diagnosis and surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer,conversion strategies for locally advanced pancreatic cancer,treatment of pancreatic cancer with oligo metastasis,adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapy,standardized processing of surgical specimens and evaluation of surgical margin status,systemic treatment for unresectable pancreatic cancer,genetic testing,as well as postoperative follow up of patients with pancreatic *** recommendation items were finally proposed based on the above issues,and the quality of evidence and strength of recommendations were graded using the Grades of Recommendation,Assessment,Development,and Evaluation *** guideline aims to standardize the clinical diagnosis and therapy,especially surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer in China,and further improve the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.

By introducing development situation of specialized cooperatives and vegetable specialized cooperatives in China,this paper discussed existing problems in the process of development of China's vegetable specialized cooperatives. Then,it made efficiency evaluation on typical vegetable specialized cooperatives in 3 districts of chongqing Municipality by the DEA method. Considering traditional DEA model has drawbacks,it introduced super efficiency DEA model to make complete identification and ordering of cooperatives. On this basis,it divided efficiency value into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and classified cooperatives into 4 categories according to efficiency characteristics of non-complete effective cooperatives. Finally,it came up with recommendations and countermeasures for improving efficiency of specialized cooperatives from raising technical level and increasing members of specialized cooperatives.

The synchronous development of industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and informatization is the basic trend and future requirements of China's economic and social development. By using the relevant data of 1978- 2011,and establishing the VAR model,we find that in the short term,industrialization is the Granger cause of urbanization; urbanization is the Granger cause of industrialization,informatization,and agricultural modernization; agricultural modernization is the Granger cause of industrialization,informatization and urbanization; informatization is the Granger reason of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization. In the long run,there are long-term and stable relations among them,and at the same time,their changes affect the structure of each other,and there are pulling effect among them.
