This paper deals with wave propagation and power coupling in blue-core helicon plasma driven by various antennas and *** is found that compared to non-blue-core mode,for blue-core mode,the wave can propagate in the core region,and it decays sharply outside the *** power absorption is lower and steeper in radius for blue-core *** the effects of antenna geometry for blue-core mode,it shows that half helix antenna yields the strongest wave field and power absorption,while loop antenna yields the ***,near axis,for antennas with m=+1,the wave field increases with axial *** the core region,the wave number approaches to a saturation value at much lower frequency for non-blue-core mode compared to blue-core *** total loading resistance is much lower for blue-core *** findings are valuable to understanding the physics of blue-core helicon discharge and optimizing the experimental performance of blue-core helicon plasma sources for applications such as space propulsion and material treatment.

Dissipative soliton resonance(DSR) was previously studied in separated mode-locked fiber lasers within different dispersion regimes including anomalous, near-zero and normal dispersion. Here we propose a method to study DSR in a single mode-locked laser in these different dispersion regimes. This is achieved by virtue of a waveshaper which can control the laser dispersion readily using software, avoiding the usual tedious cutback method. We find that dispersion has a negligible effect on DSR since the pulse duration keeps constant while dispersion is varied. Moreover, we examine the dynamics of DSR on the parameters of the SA including modulation depth and saturation power, and find that the pulse duration can be changed in a large range when the saturation power is decreased. Our numerical simulations could be important to guide relative experimental studies.

Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are urgently required to achieve practical solid-state lithium metal batteries(LMBs)and lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),Herein,we proposed a mechanism for modulating interfacial conduction and anode interfaces in high-concentration SPEs by *** electrolyte exhibits superior ionic conductivity and remarkable interface compatibility with salt-rich clusters:(1)polymer-plastic crystal electrolyte(P-PCE,TPU-SN matrix)dissociates ion pairs to facilitate Li+transport in the electrolyte and regulates Li^(+)diffusion in the *** crosslinking structure of the matrix compensates for the loss of mechanical strength at high-salt concentrations;(2)dual-anion TFSI^(-)_(n)-DFBOP^(-)_(m)in the Li^(+)solvation sheath facilitates facile Li^(+)desolvation and formation of salt-rich clusters and is conducive to the formation of Li conductive segments of TPU-SN matrix;(3)theoretical calculations indicate that the decomposition products of LiDFBOP form SEI with lower binding energy with LiF in the SN system,thereby enhancing the interfacial electrochemical redox kinetics of SPE and creating a solid interface SEI layer rich in *** a result,the optimized electrolyte exhibits an excellent ionic conductivity of9.31×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)at 30℃and a broadened electrochemical stability up to 4.73 *** designed electrolyte effectively prevents the formation of Li dendrites in Li symmetric cells for over 6500 h at0.1 mA cm^(-2).The specific Li-Si alloy-solid state half-cell capacity shows 711.6 mAh g^(-1)after 60 cycles at 0.3 A g^(-1).Excellent rate performance and cycling stability are achieved for these solid-state batteries with Li-Si alloy anodes and NCM 811 *** 811‖Prelithiated silicon-based anode solid-state cell delivers a discharge capacity of 195.55 mAh g^(-1)and a capacity retention of 97.8%after 120 *** 811‖Li solid-state cell also delivers capacity retention of 84.2%after 450 cycles.

Internal photoemission is a prominent branch of the photoelectric effect and has emerged as a viable method for detecting photons with energies below the semiconductor *** breakthrough has played a significant role in accelerating the development of infrared imaging in one chip with state-of-the-art silicon ***,the performance of these Schottky infrared detectors is currently hindered by the limit of internal photoemission;specifically,a low Schottky barrier height is inevitable for the detection of low-energy infrared ***,a distinct paradigm of Schottky infrared detectors is proposed to overcome the internal photoemission limit by introducing an optically tunable *** device uses an infrared absorbing material-sensitized Schottky diode,assisted by the highly adjustable Fermi level of graphene,which subtly decouples the photon energy from the Schottky barrier ***,a broadband photoresponse spanning from ultraviolet to mid-wave infrared is achieved,with a high specific detectivity of 9.83×1010 cm Hz1/2 W−1 at 2,700 nm and an excellent specific detectivity of 7.2×109 cm Hz1/2 W−1 at room temperature under blackbody *** results address a key challenge in internal photoemission and hold great promise for the development of the Schottky infrared detector with high sensitivity and room temperature operation.

Increasing data indicate that cancer cell migration is regulated by extracellular matrixes and their surrounding biochemical microenvironment,playing a crucial role in pathological processes such as tumor invasion and ***,conventional two-dimensional cell culture and animal models have limitations in studying the influence of tumor microenvironment on cancer cell ***,the further development of microfluidic technology has provided solutions for the study of such *** utilize microfluidic chip to build a random collagen fiber microenvironment(RFM)model and an oriented collagen fiber microenvironment(OFM)model that resemble early stage and late stage breast cancer microenvironments,*** combining cell culture,biochemical concentration gradient construction,and microscopic imaging techniques,we investigate the impact of different collagen fiber biochemical microenvironments on the migration of breast cancer MDA-MB-231-RFP *** results show that MDA-MB-231-RFP cells migrate further in the OFM model compared to the RFM model,with significant differences ***,we establish concentration gradients of the anticancer drug paclitaxel in both the RFM and OFM models and find that paclitaxel significantly inhibits the migration of MDA-MB-231-RFP cells in the RFM model,with stronger inhibition on the high concentration side compared to the low concentration ***,the inhibitory effect of paclitaxel on the migration of MDA-MB-231-RFP cells in the OFM model is *** findings suggest that the oriented collagen fiber microenvironment resembling the late-stage tumor microenvironment is more favorable for cancer cell migration and that the effectiveness of anticancer drugs is *** RFM and OFM models constructed in this study not only provide a platform for studying the mechanism of cancer development,but also serve as a tool for the initial measurement of drug screening.

As a widely used plasticizer,di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)is known to induce significant testicular ***,the potential mechanism and effects of pubertal exposure to DEHP on testis development remain *** vivo,postnatal day(PND)21 male rats were gavaged with 0,250,and 500 mg/kg DEHP for ten *** to the seminiferous epithelium and disturbed spermatogenesis were observed after DEHP ***,oxidative stress-induced injury and pyroptosis were *** endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and mitophagy were involved in this *** phthalate(MEHP)was used as the biometabolite of DEHP in *** GC-1 and GC-2 cell lines were exposed to 0,100μM,200μM,and 400μM MEHP for 24 *** oxygen species(ROS)generation,oxidative stress damage,ER stress,mitophagy,and pyroptosis were significantly increased after MEHP *** ultrastructure of the ER and mitochondria was destroyed.X-box binding protein 1(XBP1)was observed to be activated and translocated into the *** generation was inhibited by *** levels of antioxidative stress,ER stress,mitophagy,and pyroptosis were decreased as *** the administration of the ER stress inhibitor 4-phenyl-butyric acid,both mitophagy and pyroptosis were ***-induced XBP1 down-regulation decreased the levels of mitophagy and *** equilibrium between pyroptosis and mitophagy was disturbed by XBP1 *** summary,our findings confirmed that DEHP induced a ROS-mediated imbalance in pyroptosis and mitophagy in immature rat testes via ***,XBP1 might be the key target in DEHP-related testis dysfunction.

The choice of cathode and anode materials for electrochromic devices plays a key role in the performance of electrochromic smart *** this research,WO_(3)/Ag and TiO_(2)/NiO composite thin films were separately prepared by the hydrothermal method combined with *** electrochromic properties of the single WO_(3) thin film were optimized,and TiO_(2)/NiO composite films showed better electrochromic performance than that of the single NiO ***_(3)/Ag and TiO_(2)/NiO composite films with excellent electrochromic properties were respectively chosen as the cathode and the anode to construct a WO_(3)/Ag‒TiO_(2)/NiO electrochromic *** response time(tc=4.08 s,tb=1.08 s),optical modulation range(35.91%),and coloration efficiency(30.37 cm^(2)·C^(-1))of this electrochromic device are better than those of WO_(3)-NiO and WO_(3)/Ag-NiO electrochromic *** work provides a novel research idea for the performance enhancement of electrochromic smart windows.

Improved hydrogen storage kinetics of MgH_(2) using TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) with in-situ generated α-Fe as catalyst

While TiFe alloy has recently attracted attention as the efficient catalyst to enhance de/hydrogenation rates of Mg/MgH_(2),the difficulty of its activation characteristics has hindered further improvement of reaction ***,we report that the TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) catalyst can overcome the abovementioned *** synthesized MgH_(2)-30 wt% TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) can release 4.5 wt%of hydrogen in 16 min at 250℃,three times as fast as MgH_(2).The activation energy of dehydrogenation was as low as 84.6 kJ mol^(-1),which is 46.8%reduced from pure MgH_(2).No clear degradation of reaction rates and hydrogen storage capacity was observed for at least 30 *** studies reveal that TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) partially decomposes to in-situ generatedα-Fe particles dispersed on TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04).The presence ofα-Fe reduces the formation of an oxide layer on TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04),enabling the activation *** the same time,the hydrogen incorporation capabilities of TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) can provide more hydrogen diffusion paths,which promote hydrogen dissociation and *** discoveries demonstrate the advanced nature and importance of combining the in-situ generatedα-Fe with TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04).It provides a new strategy for designing highly efficient and stable catalysts for Mg-based hydrogen storage materials.
