Environmental DNA Assessment of Fish Diversity， Distribution and Niche Characteristics in Zhutuo Spawning Ground in the Upper Reaches of the yangtze river

With the implementation of the 10-year fishing ban policy， the fish diversity and the niche characteristics of dominant species in the spawning grounds of the national Nature Reserve of rare and endemic fish in the upper reaches of the yangtze river may change. In this study， undamaged spawning grounds of natural viscous egg-producing fish in the reserve were continuously investigated since February 2022， and the characteristics of fish species composition， biodiversity and dominant species niche were analyzed. The results showed that a total of 45 species of fish belonging to 38 genera， 13 families， and 3 orders were detected through environmental DNA （eDNA） in this survey， including 10 species endemic to the upper reaches of the yangtze river， such as Procypris rabaudi and Myxocyprinus asiaticus. The fish community was mainly composed of bottom-dwelling， settling ovum-producing， omnivorous fish. The variation ranges of the Chao1 index， ACE index， Shannon index， and Simpson index are 736-996， 719-965， 1.58-3.23， and 0.83-0.99， respectively， indicating that fish species in spawning sites are abundant and community distribution uniformity is high. All indexes are highest at ZT1 monitoring points. Cluster analysis showed that， at a certain similarity level， fish community types in spawning sites could be basically divided into two groups: ZT1， ZT3， and ZT5 clustered together， and ZT2 and ZT4 clustered together， indicating similar fish community habitats. There are 9 dominant fish species in typical deep pool habitats in the reserve， with niche widths (Bi) ranging from 1.13 to 3.87. The dominant fish species are broad and medium niche fish， such as Cyprinus carpio and Hemiculter tchangi， with the niche overlap index (Oik) of some dominant fish species reaching more than 0.95. Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)with advantages of abundant resource and low cost have emerged as promising candidates for the next-generation energy storage ***,safety issues existing in electrolytes,anodes,and cathodes bring about frequent accidents regarding battery fires and explosions and impede the development of high-performance ***,safety analysis and high-safety battery design have become prerequisites for the development of advanced energy storage *** reported reviews that only focus on a specific issue are difficult to provide overall guidance for building high-safety *** overcome the limitation,this review summarizes the recent research progress from the perspective of key components of SIBs for the first time and evaluates the characteristics of various improvement *** orderly analyzing the root causes of safety problems associated with different components in SIBs(including electrolytes,anodes,and cathodes),corresponding improvement strategies for each component were discussed *** addition,some noteworthy points and perspectives including the chain reaction between security issues and the selection of improvement strategies tailored to different needs have also been *** brief,this review is designed to deepen our understanding of the SIBs safety issues and provide guidance and assistance for designing high-safety SIBs.

The northeastern Sichuan area in the northern yangtze margin has unique Ediacaran geological records,especially the Doushantuo Formation(DST),and become a hot research area in recent ***,the Cryogenian-Ediacaran(C-E)boundary has not been precisely identified,which restricts the in-depth study of geological information during this crucial transitional period and is unfavorable for a systematic and complete understanding of the yangtze Block and even the global paleogeographic *** study conducted stratigraphy,sedimentology,and chronostratigraphy to establish the stratigraphic framework and sedimentary evolution of the C-E transition strata in northeastern *** results showed that the Ediacaran sediments,without the cap dolomite,unconformably overlaid the Cryogenian sediments in the studied *** Member II of the DST,characterized by 50-160 m of red-green sandstone(approximately equivalent to the original Chengkou“Guanyinya Formation”),directly overlaid the Cryogenian sediments and displayed a 623±2.3 Ma maximum depositional age from the detrital zircon U-Pb *** stratigraphic correlations indicate that the C-E transition strata in northeastern Sichuan had a consistent lithological association and sedimentary sequence characteristics but differed from the Three ***,the upper Nantuo massive glacial diamictites transition to the icebergs rafted lonestone-bearing mudstones at the top,then change upward to DST barrier coast *** proposed DST of the northeastern Sichuan Basin was divided into three lithostratigraphic members without the regional Member I cap dolomite:(i)Member II purple-red,gray-green sandstone strata,(ii)MemberⅢblack mudstone strata,and(iii)Member IV P-Mn bearing *** the C-E transition,the study area experienced(i)the global deglaciation stage in the terminal Marinoan glaciation and(ii)the filling-leveling up stage with clastic rocks in the early ***,the early Ediacaran

Optimization of modelling strategies for regional landslide susceptibility assessment based on machine learning methods -A viewpoint from the modelling dataset design and partition

The inappropriatemodelling strategies can lead to unsatisfactory prediction results for landslide susceptibility assessment (LSA). The objectivesof this study are to reveal the impact of dataset design value (ratio of negative to positive samples) and partition (ratio of training to testing dataset) on the accuracy of LSA based on different machine learning models. The Yunyang County of the Three Gorges Reservoir area (China) was taken as the study area and 15 conditioning factors were determined. Ten modelling datasets design values (0.125， 0.25， 0.5， 1， 2， 5， 8， 10， 12 and 15) were determined for the ratio of non-landslide and landslide samples， and each modelling dataset was divided into five partitions ((50:50) %， (60:40) %， (70:30) %， (80:20) % and (90:10) %) for the ratio of training and testing datasets. Each scenario was then applied on four machine learning models (Classification and Regression tree (CART)， Bayes Network (BN)， Logistic Regression (LR) and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP)). The optimal parameters of the modelling dataset were obtained by comparing 200 sets of the AUC under different combined scenarios. The results showed that different sampling strategies significantly affect the accuracy of LSA. With increasing of the design values， the AUC of the CART and MLP models first increased and then decreased， peaking at 1 (AUC=0.85 and 0.83)， while the AUC of the BN and LR models remained stable， vary from 0.755 to 0.796. Comparatively， different partitions had less impact on the AUC of various models， AUC vary by around 0.04. The highest prediction accuracy was obtained when the design value was 1 and the partition was (80:20) %. The outcome can provide a guideline for researchers to choose an optimal modelling strategy for LSA in the future.

Quantitative assessment of the supply,demand and flows of ecosystem services in the yangtze river Basin,China

Ecosystem service flow is essential for transporting,transforming,and maintaining ecosystem services and connecting supply and *** study attempted to quantitatively assess the supply and demand flows of ecosystem services in the yangtze river Basin in 2000,2010,and 2020;assess the evolution of the spatial patterns of ecosystem service flow at the provincial,watershed and urban agglomeration scales;and design a zoning standard for ecosystem service *** results showed as follows.1)Between 2000 and 2020,the yangtze river had a progressive drop in its freshwater supply,water conservation service and carbon sequestration service *** decline rates for these services were measured at 10.90%,11.11%,and 5.17%,*** climate regulation service flow exhibited a pattern of initial fall followed by a subsequent increase,characterized by a decline rate of 35.53%.2)The lowest was the ecosystem service flow in the lower reaches of the yangtze river and the yangtze river Delta urban *** supply service flow and water conservation service flow were the highest in the upper reaches of the yangtze river and the Chengdu-chongqing urban *** sequestration service flow and climate regulation service flow were the highest in the middle reaches of the yangtze river Basin and the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the yangtze river.3)From 2000 to 2020,the change ratios of the area proportion of the confluence,flow,and outflow areas in the yangtze river Basin were 1.06,3.17,and 0.86,*** results of this research could offer decision support for regulating ecosystem services in the yangtze river Basin,promoting sustainable regional development and achieving rational use of the basin resources.

Geochemical Anomalies Identified by Multifractal Modeling: Implications for Mineral Exploration in the Ziyoutun Cu-Au District, Jilin Province, China

The Ziyoutun Cu-Au district is located in the Jizhong–Yanbian Metallogenic Belt and possesses excellent prospects. However, the thick regolith and complex tectonic settings present challenges in terms of detecting and decomposition of weak geochemical anomalies. To address this challenge, we initially conducted a comprehensive analysis of 1:10,000-scale soil geochemical data. This analysis included multivariate statistical techniques, such as correlation analysis, R-mode cluster analysis, Q–Q plots and factor analysis. Subsequently, we decomposed the geochemical anomalies, identifying weak anomalies using spectrum-area modeling and local singularity analysis. The results indicate that the assemblage of Au-Cu-Bi-As-Sb represents the mineralization at Ziyoutun. In comparison to conventional methods, spectrumarea modeling and local singularity analysis outperform in terms of identification of anomalies. Ultimately, we considered four specific target areas(AP01, AP02, AP03 and AP04) for future exploration, based on geochemical anomalies and favorable geological factors. Within AP01 and AP02, the geochemical anomalies suggest potential mineralization at depth, whereas in AP03 and AP04 the surface anomalies require additional geological investigation. Consequently, we recommend conducting drilling, following more extensive surface fieldwork, at the first two targets and verifying surface anomalies in the last two targets. We anticipate these findings will significantly enhance future exploration in Ziyoutun.

The progression toward automated driving and the latest advancement in vehicular networking have led to novel and natural human-vehicle-road systems,in which affective human-vehicle interaction is a crucial factor affecting the acceptance,safety,comfort,and traffic efficiency of connected and automated vehicles(CAVs).This development has inspired increasing inter-est in how to develop affective interaction framework for intelligent cockpit in *** enable affective human-vehicle interactions in CAVs,knowledge from multiple research areas is needed,including automotive engineering,transportation engineering,human-machine interaction,computer science,communication,as well as industrial ***,there is currently no systematic survey considering the close relationship between human-vehicle-road and human emotion in the human-vehicle-road coupling process in the CAV *** facilitate progress in this area,this paper provides a comprehensive literature survey on emotion-related studies from multi-aspects for better design of affective interaction in intelligent cockpit for *** paper discusses the multimodal expression of human emotions,investigates the human emotion experiment in driving,and particularly emphasizes previous knowledge on human emotion detection,regulation,as well as their applications in *** promising research perspectives are outlined for researchers and engineers from different research areas to develop CAVs with better acceptance,safety,comfort,and enjoyment for users.

Post-disaster reconstruction is a topic of global concern,and traditional villages have special heritage attributes and need to face more requirements and obstacles in post-disaster *** paper summarizes four concepts based on the research on post-disaster reconstruction both domestically and internationally,as well as the recovery and reconstruction of cultural *** a field survey of traditional villages in the Ms 6.8 Luding earthquake-stricken area,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient awareness of heritage value,misalignment of scientific reconstruction technology,and insufficient protection of reconstruction elements during the reconstruction *** villages face the risk of declining or even loss of heritage *** order to effectively protect traditional villages and inherit the carrier of regional culture,four targeted reconstruction response strategies are proposed,i.e.,to"establish special planning for traditional village preservation","emphasize recovery of the authenticity of village heritage","ensure elements for village heritage recovery"and"promote the activation and utilization of village heritage",based on the problems discovered during the survey and the four concepts summarized in the research on post-disaster reconstruction of traditional *** research results hope to provide useful reference for ancient cultural areas affected by earthquakes on how to protect cultural heritage during the post-disaster reconstruction process.
