Uncertain knowledge graph embedding:an effective method combining multi-relation and multi-path

Uncertain Knowledge Graphs(UKGs)are used to characterize the inherent uncertainty of knowledge and have a richer semantic structure than deterministic knowledge *** research on the embedding of UKG has only recently begun,Uncertain Knowledge Graph Embedding(UKGE)model has a certain effect on solving this ***,there are still unresolved *** the one hand,when reasoning the confidence of unseen relation facts,the introduced probabilistic soft logic cannot be used to combine multi-path and multi-step global information,leading to information *** the other hand,the existing UKG embedding model can only model symmetric relation facts,but the embedding problem of asymmetric relation facts has not be *** address the above issues,a Multiplex Uncertain Knowledge Graph Embedding(MUKGE)model is proposed in this ***,to combine multiple information and achieve more accurate results in confidence reasoning,the Uncertain ResourceRank(URR)reasoning algorithm is ***,the asymmetry in the UKG is *** embed asymmetric relation facts of UKG,a multi-relation embedding model is ***,experiments are carried out on different datasets via 4 tasks to verify the effectiveness of *** results of experiments demonstrate that MUKGE can obtain better overall performance than the baselines,and it helps advance the research on UKG embedding.

Design and Control of an Autonomous Bat-like Perching UAV

Perching allows small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)to maintain their altitude while significantly extending their flight duration and reducing ***,current research on flying habitats is poorly adapted to unstructured environments,and lacks autonomous capabilities,requiring ideal experimental environments and remote control by *** solve these problems,in this paper,we propose a bat-like UAV perching mechanism by investigating the bat upside-down perching method,which realizes double self-locking in the perching state using the ratchet and four-link dead point *** on this perching mechanism,this study proposes a control strategy for UAVs to track targets and accomplish flight perching autonomously by combining a binocular camera,single-point LiDAR,and pressure *** perching experiments were conducted for crossbar-type objects *** experimental results show that a multirotor UAV equipped with the perching mechanism and sensors can reliably achieve autonomous flight perching and re-flying off the target *** power consumption is reduced to 2.9%of the hovering state when perched on the target object.

Energy dissipation mechanism and ballistic characteristic optimization in foam sandwich panels against spherical projectile impact

This study systematically examines the energy dissipation mechanisms and ballistic characteristics of foam sandwich panels(FSP)under high-velocity impact using the explicit non-linear finite element *** on the geometric topology of the FSP system,three FSP configurations with the same areal density are derived,namely multi-layer,gradient core and asymmetric face sheet,and three key structural parameters are identified:core thickness(t_(c)),face sheet thickness(t_(f))and overlap face/core number(n_(o)).The ballistic performance of the FSP system is comprehensively evaluated in terms of the ballistic limit velocity(BLV),deformation modes,energy dissipation mechanism,and specific penetration energy(SPE).The results show that the FSP system exhibits a significant configuration dependence,whose ballistic performance ranking is:asymmetric face sheet>gradient core>*** mass distribution of the top and bottom face sheets plays a critical role in the ballistic resistance of the FSP *** BLV and SPE increase with tf,while the raising tcor noleads to an increase in BLV but a decrease in ***,a face-core synchronous enhancement mechanism is discovered by the energy dissipation analysis,based on which the ballistic optimization procedure is also conducted and a design chart is *** study shed light on the anti-penetration mechanism of the FSP system and might provide a theoretical basis for its engineering application.

PDK1 promotes breast cancer progression by enhancing the stability and transcriptional activity of HIF-1α

In this paper,we explore a distributed collaborative caching and computing model to support the distribution of adaptive bit rate video *** aim is to reduce the average initial buffer delay and improve the quality of user *** the difference between global and local video popularities and the time-varying characteristics of video popularity,a two-stage caching scheme is proposed to push popular videos closer to users and minimize the average initial buffer *** on both long-term content popularity and short-term content popularity,the proposed caching solution is decouple into the proactive cache stage and the cache update *** the proactive cache stage,we develop a proactive cache placement algorithm that can be executed in an off-peak *** the cache update stage,we propose a reactive cache update algorithm to update the existing cache policy to minimize the buffer *** results verify that the proposed caching algorithms can reduce the initial buffer delay efficiently.

Cerebral furin deficiency causes hydrocephalus in mice

Furin is a pro-protein convertase that moves between the trans-Golgi network and cell surface in the secretory *** have previously reported that cerebral overexpres-sion of furin promotes cognitive functions in ***,by generating the brain-specific furin conditional knockout(ckO)mice,we investigated the role of furin in brain *** found that furin deficiency caused early death and growth *** resonance im-aging showed severe *** the brain of furin cko mice,impaired ciliogenesis and the derangement of microtubule structures appeared along with the down-regulated expres-sion of RAB28,a ciliary vesicle *** line with the widespread neuronal loss,ependymal cell layers were *** proteomics analysis revealed that cell adhesion molecules including astrocyte-enriched ITGB8 and BCAR1 were altered in furin cKO mice;and astrocyte overgrowth was accompanied by the reduced expression of sox9,indicating a disrupted differ-entiation into ependymal ***,whereas alteration of RAB28 expression correlated with the role of vesicle trafficking in ciliogenesis,dysfunctional astrocytes might be involved in ependymal damage contributing to hydrocephalus in furin ckO *** structural and mo-lecular alterations provided a clue for further studying the potential mechanisms of furin.

Steel-refractory reactions in lanthanum-,cerium-,and ytrium-added steels

A systematic experimental study was conducted on the similarities and differences in the reactions between commonly used rare earth elements(REEs)and frequently used refractories in the steelmaking *** results indicate that the reaction behaviors of La,Ce,and Y with MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),and MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) crucibles differed *** consumption rates of La,Ce,and Y in the molten steel were in descending order of La>Ce>Y for smelting with all three kinds of *** the REEs reacted with the crucible,the contents of Mg and Al showed a trend of first increasing and then *** laboratory-scale smelting conditions,the reactions related to REEs were dominated by steel-crucible reactions,and the contact area between the unit mass of molten steel and refractory materials mainly determined the consumption rates of ***-and Ce-crucible reactions generated loose and porous reaction interfaces;however,Y-crucible reactions generated a dense Y_(2)O_(3) layer,dramatically suppressing the consumption rate of *** calculation indicated that the reactions between rare earth and different refractory materials were first-order *** crucible materials significantly affected the product type and morphology of the steel-crucible reaction interfaces,thereby influencing the consumption rate of *** reactions between REEs and refractories must be seriously considered,especially for small-scale smelting.

Occasional irregular initial solidification phenomena,including stickers,deep oscillation marks,depressions,and surface cracks of strand shells in continuous casting molds,are important limitations for developing the high-efficiency continuous casting of *** application of mold thermal monitoring(MTM) systems,which use thermocouples to detect and respond to temperature variations in molds,has become an effective method to address irregular initial solidification *** systems are widely applied in numerous steel companies for sticker breakout ***,monitoring the surface defects of strands remains ***,indepth research is necessary to utilize the potential advantages and comprehensive monitoring of MTM *** paper summarizes what is included in the irregular initial solidification phenomena and systematically reviews the current state of research on these phenomena by the MTM ***,the influences of mold slag behavior on monitoring these phenomena are ***,the remaining problems of the formation mechanisms and investigations of irregular initial solidification phenomena are discussed,and future research directions are proposed.

Mitogenome-based phylogeny of mosquitoes(Diptera:Culicidae)

Mosquitoes are of great medical significance as vectors of many deadly *** have been widely used in phylogenetic studies,but mitogenome knowledge within the family Culicidae is limited,and Culicidae phylogeny is far from *** this study,we surveyed the mitogenomes of 149 Culicidae species,including 7 newly sequenced *** analysis of 149 mosquito mitogenomes shows gene composition and order to be identical to that of an ancestral insect,and the AT bias,length variation,and codon usage are all consistent with that of other reported Dipteran *** analyses based on the DNA sequences of the 13 protein-coding genes from the 149 species robustly support the monophyly of the subfamily Anophelinae and the tribes Aedini,Culicini,Mansonini,Sabethini,and *** resolve ambiguous relationships between clades within the subfamily Culicinae,we performed topological tests and show that Aedini is a sister to Culicini and that Uranotaenini is a sister to(Mansonini)+(Toxorhynchitini+Sabethini).In addition,we estimated divergence times using a Bayesian relaxation clock based on the sequence data and 3 fossil calibration *** results show mosquitoes diverged during the Early Jurassic with massive Culicinae radiations during the Cretaceous,coincident with the emergence of angiosperms and the burst of mammals and ***,this study,which uses the largest number of Culicidae mitogenomes sequenced to date,comprehensively reveals the mitogenome characteristics and mitogenome-based phylogeny and divergence times of Culicidae,providing information for further studies on the mitogenome,phylogeny,evolution,and taxonomic revision of Culicidae.
