Comparison of Treatment Outcomes of Ticagrelor and Clopidogrel among Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: A Meta-analysis

We performed a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials（RCTs） to investigate the efficacy and safety of ticagrelor（TIC） vs. clopidogrel（CLO） in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. In Jun 2016, a literature search was started and all the studies were conducted from 2010 to 2015. We systematically searched the literature through the MEDLINE database, Cochrane library, and EMBASE database. Quality assessments were evaluated with Jadad quality scale. Data were extracted considering the characteristics of efficacy and safety designs. Six RCTs enrolling 26 244 participants and satisfying the inclusion criteria were finally analyzed. There was a significant decrease of all-cause mortality（MD=0.83, 95%CI=0.74–0.93, P=0.001） and myocardial infarction（MI）（MD=0.78, 95%CI=0.70–0.88, P=0.000）. There were no significant differences in stroke（MD=1.34, 95%CI=0.99–1.79, P=0.06）, total bleeding（MD=0.97, 95%CI=0.84–1.12, P=0.66）, minor or major bleeding（MD=1.06, 95%CI=0.94–1.19, P=0.35） in patients undergoing PCI after treatment with TIC vs. CLO. TIC could be more significant in decreasing all-cause mortality and MI than CLO, but there were no significant differences between TIC and CLO in inhibiting stroke, major bleeding, major or minor bleeding in patients undergoing PCI.

A new gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed photocatalytic reactor （GLSCFBPR） with internally placed multi-layered UV lamps was developed. Micrometer Gd-TiO2 particles and commercial nanometer P25-TiO2 were chosen as the photocatalysts, and the hazardous substance bisphenol A （BPA） was chosen as the model pollutant to investigate the performance of this new photocatalytic system. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the micrometer Gd-TiO2 particles was similar to that of the nanometer P-25 particles at their respective optimum dosage but the former could be easily separated out by gravity. After investigating the effects of process parameters on the photocatalytic BPA degradation, the response surface method （RSM） was further used for process optimization. The interactions among process parameters, i.e., TiO2 concentration, superficial gas velocity and superficial liquid velocity were discovered and a related analysis was carried out to explore the underlying mechanism. A quadratic mathematic model was established and performed satisfactorily when used for prediction. The optimum conditions for this new process were as follows： TiO2 concentration 4.5 g/L, superficial gas velocity 7.83 x 10-3 m/sec and superficial liquid velocity 8.65 x 10-3 m/sec.

Flooding events tend to destroy the original flood-intolerant vegetation in riparian zones,but the flood-tolerant species can confront the stress,and contribute to the riparian *** species,Hemarthria altissima,are usually dominant in the riparian *** species is considered as good forage which is usually grazed by livestock or mowed by local ***,the apical tissues of the plants are often removed,and the plants have to grow without stem apexes,during their life *** this study,we aimed to examine the differences in growth performance of intact versus apex-cut individuals of *** upon complete *** groups of *** plants(with and without shoot apexes)were treated with dark non-submergence and dark complete submergence conditions for 200 *** the experiment,we measured plant growth,biomass changes in plant organs,and the consumption of non-structural carbohydrates(NSC)by different *** submergence,shoot elongation stopped,and around six lateral buds were developed averagely by each plant without *** growth performance finally caused 60%decline of NSC in underground *** relatively intensive consumption of carbohydrates in submerged apex-removed plants induced the 21%stem length decreased under water,which indicated the decreasing submergence tolerance of plants with shoot apex ***,we suggest that when using *** for restoring degraded riparian ecosystems,the shoot apexes should be protected from grazing by livestock or harvesting by local people in order to maintain the submergence tolerance of ***.

An important part of the "Belt and Road " Initiative is to achieve people-to-people bonds. People-to-people bonds are certainly based on cultural self-confidence and cultural self-awareness. Cultural self-confidence is an important cultural strategy put forward by the party and the country in the vision of contemporary society,and an important deployment to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper first gives a brief overview of the advantages of cultural self-confidence in external communication,and then analyzes the opportunities and challenges that cultural self-confidence faces in external communication in the newera. Finally,it focuses on exploration on the external communication ways of cultural self-confidence in the "Belt and Road"Initiative. O nly based on the deep understanding of local culture can we can shape the soul of culture in the process of further opening-up and external communication to the outside world,and enhance the cultural self-aw areness of the people; build a solid foundation of culture and promote cultural exchanges with other countries.

A new land cover classification system was established for the three gorges Reservoir Region(TGRR) after considering the continuity of inundation and the natural characteristics of land cover. The potential evapotranspiration(PET) was predicted using a modified Penman-Monteith(P-M) model. The region's ratio of precipitation to evapotranspiration was calculated as the humidity index(HI). The data obtained was used to analyze climatic responses to land cover conversions from the perspectives of evapotranspiration and humidity variations. The results show that, from 1997 to 2009, the average annual PET increased in the early years and decreased later. In terms of overall spatial distribution, a significant reciprocal relationship appeared between annual PET and annual HI. In 1997,the annual PET was higher in the lower reaches than in the upper reaches of the TGRR, but the areas with high PET shifted substantially westward by 2003. The annual PET continued to increase in 2006, but the areas with high PET shrank by 2009. In contrast, the annual HI showed varying degrees of localized spatial variability. Over the three periods, the dominantforms of land cover conversions occurred from evergreen cover to seasonal green cover, from seasonal green cover to evergreen cover, and from seasonal green cover to seasonally inundated areas, respectively. These accounted for 48.0%, 38.4%, and 23.8% of the total areas of converted land covers in the three periods, respectively. During the period between 1997 and 2003, the main forms of land cover conversions resulted in both positive and negative growths in the average annual PET, while all of them pushed down the average annual HI. From 2003 to 2006, the reservoir region experienced neither a decrease in the annual PET nor an increase in the annual HI. The period between 2006 and 2009 saw a consistent downward trend in the annual PET and a consistent upward trend in the annual HI.

The first Diplothrix (Muridae, Rodentia) fossils of the early Early Pleistocene are described as D. yangziensis sp. nov., which were collected from the Renzidong Cave deposits in Anhui Province, Eastern China. Diplothrix was previously represented by a single species, D. legata, whose geographical distribution during the Late Pleistocene is restricted to the Ryukyu Islands, Japan. With straight chevrons on M1, distinct t3 and t9 on upper molars, primitive M3, mlc on m1, and developed a-lab on m2 and m3, the new species is morphologically distinct from other large murids in East Asia, and should belong to the genus Diplothrix. There are also differences in molar morphology between the new species and D. legata, the type species of Diplothrix, as well as other known fossils. For example, D. yangziensis sp. nov. has a smaller size, a more elongated crown, developed precingulum and pc on M1, more primitive M3, weaker mlc and more primitive pc on m1, and stronger plc and pc on m3. In short, Diplothrix yangziensis sp. nov. is evidently more primitive than D. legata, suggesting that the former is likely the ancestor of the latter. Diplothrix yangziensis sp. nov. is the first discovery of the genus outside the Ryukyu Islands, Japan and is also the earliest and most primitive species of the genus in Eurasia. Its discovery has significant implications for reconstructing the evolution and dispersal pattern of Diplothrix, as well as for discussing its palaeoecological variation.

Effect of Curing Procedure on the Properties of Copper-Powder-Filled Conductive Adhesives

By means of testing the shear strength with single lap joint, measuring electrical resistivity for cured products and the curing strain with strain gauges, the effect of cure parameters on the properties of HT1012 conductive adhesive filled with copper powder was investigated, and the residual stress in the conductive adhesives was also estimated. The experimental results show that the properties such as shear strength of the adhesives, electrical resistivity of products as well as the residual stress of cured HT 1012 copperfitted conductive adhesive were evidently affected by curing temperature and time. The diagrams of scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and Fourier transform infrared （FT-IR） were also used to determine the properties. The higher mechanical property was achieved under the condition of curing the adhesive 3 h at 60 ℃ as the density of the hydrogen links or linkages existed in the adhesive was relatively higher and the lower electrical resistivity occurred at 80 ℃.

Employing first-principles methods, based on the density function theory, and using the LANL2DZ basis sets, the ground-state geometric, the stable and the electronic properties of Aun-2Y2 clusters are investigated in this paper. Meanwhile, the differences in property among pure gold clusters, pure yttrium clusters, gold clusters doped with one yttrium atom, and gold clusters doped with two yttrium atoms are studied. We find that when gold clusters are doped by two yttrium atoms, the odd-even oscillatory behaviours of Aun-1Y and Aun disappear. The properties of Aun-2Y2 clusters are close to those of pure yttrium clusters.
