This study aims to formulate a steady-state mathematical model for a three-dimensional permeable enclosure(cavity)to determine the oil extraction rate using three distinct nanoparticles,SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),and Fe_(2)O_(3),in unconventional oil *** simulation is conducted for different parameters of volume fractions,porosities,and mass flow rates to determine the optimal oil *** impact of nanoparticles on relative permeability(kr)and water is also *** simulation process utilizes the finite volume ANSYS *** study results showed that when the mass flow rate at the inlet is low,oil recovery goes *** addition,they indicated that silicon nanoparticles are better at getting oil out of the ground(i.e.,oil reservoir)than Al_(2)O_(3)and Fe_(2)O_(3).Most oil can be extracted from SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),and Fe_(2)O_(3)at a rate of 97.8%,96.5%,and 88%,respectively.

Planning a reasonable driving path for trucks in mining areas is a key point to improve mining *** this paper,a path planning method based on Rapidly-exploring Random Tree Star(RRT∗)is proposed,and several optimizations are carried out in the ***,the selection process of growth target points is ***,the process of selecting the parent node is optimized and a Dubins curve is used to constraint ***,the expansion process from tree node to random point is optimized by the gravitational repulsion field method and dynamic step *** the obstacle detection process,Dubins curve constraint is used,and the bidirectional RRT∗algorithm is adopted to speed up the iteration of the *** that,the obtained paths are smoothed by using the greedy algorithm and cubic B-spline *** addition,to verify the superiority and correctness of the algorithm,an unmanned mining vehicle kinematic model in the form of frontwheel steering is developed based on the Ackermann steering principle and simulated for *** the simulation,the Stanley algorithm is used for path tracking and Reeds-Shepp curve to adjust the final parking attitude of the ***,the experimental comparison shows that the improved bidirectional RRT∗algorithm performs well in the simulation experiment,and outperforms the common RRT∗algorithm in various aspects.

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)has emerged as the major cause of end-stage liver ***,an incomplete understanding of its molecular mechanisms severely dampens the development of *** the present study,through systematic screening of genome-wide mRNA expression from three mouse models of hepatic inflammation and fibrosis,we identified IGF2BP2,an N6-methyladenosine modification reader,as a key regulator that promotes NASH progression in *** or adeno-associated virus-mediated overexpression of IGF2BP2 could induce liver steatosis,inflammation,and fibrosis in mice,at least in part,by increasing Tab2 mRNA ***,hepatic overexpression of IGF2BP2 mimicked gene expression profiles and molecular pathways of human NASH *** potential clinical significance,IGF2BP2 expression is significantly upregulated in the livers of NASH ***,knockdown of IGF2BP2 substantially alleviated liver injury,inflammation,and fibrosis in diet-induced NASH *** together,our findings reveal an important role of IGF2BP2 in NASH,which may provide a new therapeutic target for the treatment of NASH.

Ammonia Volatilization and Deriitrification Losses from an Irrigated Maize-Wheat Rotation Field in the North china Plain

Ammonia (NH3) volatilization, denitrification loss, and nitrous oxide (N2O) emission were investigated from an irrigated wheat-maize rotation field on the North china Plain, and the magnitude of gaseous N loss from denitrification and NH3 volatilization was assessed. The micrometeorological gradient diffusion method in conjunction with a Bowen Ratio system was utilized to measure actual NH3 fluxes over a large area, while the acetylene inhibition technique (intact soil cores) was employed for measurement of denitrification losses and N2O emissions. Ammonia volatilization loss was 26.62% of the applied fertilizer nitrogen (N) under maize, while 0.90% and 15.55% were lost from the wheat field at sowing and topdressing, respectively. The differences in NH3 volatilization between different measurement events may be due to differences between the fertilization methods, and to differences in climatic conditions such as soil *** losses in the fertilized plots were 0.67%-2.87% and 0.31%-0.49% of the applied fertilizer N under maize and wheat after subtracting those of the controls, respectively. Nitrous oxide emissions in the fertilized plots were approximately 0.08%-0.41% and 0.26%-0.34% of the applied fertilizer N over the maize and wheat seasons after subtracting those of the controls, correspondingly. The fertilizer N losses due to NH3 volatilization were markedly higher than those through denitrification and nitrous oxide emissions. These results indicated that NH3 volatilization was an important N transformation in the crop-soil system and was likely to be the major cause of low efficiencies with N fertilizer in the study area. Denitrification was not a very important pathway of N fertilizer loss, but did result in important evolution of the greenhouse gas N2O and the effect of N2O emitted from agricultural fields on environment should not be overlooked.

In order to achieve low cost high efficiency thin film solar cells,a novel Semiconductor Photovoltaic (PV) active material CuIn 1-x Ga x Se 2 (CIGS) and thin film Electro Deposition (ED) technology is ***,the PV materials and technologies is investigated,then the detailed experimental processes of CIGS/Mo/glass structure by using the novel ED technology and the results are *** results shows that high quality CIGS polycrystalline thin films can be obtained by the ED method,in which the polycrystalline CIGS is definitely identified by the (112),(204,220) characteristic peaks of the tetragonal structure,the continuous CIGS thin film layers with particle average size of about 2μm of length and around 1 6μm of *** thickness and solar grade quality of CIGS thin films can be produced with good *** and analysis on the ED technique,CIGS energy band and sodium (Na) impurity properties,were also *** alloy CIGS exhibits not only increasing band gap with increasing x ,but also a change in material properties that is relevant to the device *** beneficial impurity Na originating from the low cost soda lime glass substrate becomes one prerequisite for high quality CIGS *** novel material and technology are very useful for low cost high efficiency thin film solar cells and other devices.

Antiparkinsonian treatment for depression in Parkinson's disease: Are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors recommended?

Depression is a frequent comorbid syndrome in Parkinson's disease. It is a difficult symptom to manage, as patients continuously receive antiparkinsonian medication and may also have to be treated for the amelioration of the side-effects of antiparkinsonian therapy. The first-line treatment for depression in Parkinson's disease is the use of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs). The clinical efficacy of these medications in patients with Parkinson's disease is questionable. In fact, based on their mechanism of action, which requires at least a functional serotonergic system, it is predicted that SSRIs will have lower efficacy in patients with Parkinson's disease. Here, we consider the mechanism of action of SSRIs in the context of Parkinson's disease by investigating the fall in the levels of serotonergic markers and the inhibitory outcomes of antiparkinsonian treatment on serotonergic nerve activity. Because certain classes of antidepressant drugs are widely available, it is necessary to perform translational research to address different strategies used to manage depression in Parkinson's disease.

Acorn production in oak(Quercus spp.)shows considerable inter-annual variation,known as masting,which provides a natural defence against seed predators but a highly-variable supply of acorns for uses such as in commercial tree planting each *** emissions of greenhouse gases have been very widely reported to influence plant growth and seed or fruit size and quantity via the‘fertilisation effect’that leads to enhanced *** examine if acorn production in mature woodland communities will be affected by further increase in CO_(2),the contents of litter traps from a Free Air Carbon Enrichment(FACE)experiment in deciduous woodland in central England were analysed for numbers of flowers and acorns of pedunculate oak(Quercus robur L.)at different stages of development and their predation levels under ambient and elevated CO_(2) ***-annual variation in acorn numbers was considerable and cyclical between 2015 and 2021,with the greatest numbers of mature acorns in 2015,2017 and 2020 but almost none in *** numbers of flowers,enlarged cups,immature acorns,empty acorn cups,and galls in the litter traps also varied amongst years;comparatively high numbers of enlarged cups were recorded in 2018,suggesting *** at this site is a fruit maturation masting species(i.e.,the extent of abortion of pollinated flowers during acorn development affects mature acorn numbers greatly).Raising the atmospheric CO_(2) concentration by 150μL L^(−1),from early 2017,increased the numbers of immature acorns,and all acorn evidence(empty cups+immature acorns+mature acorns)detected in the litter traps compared to ambient controls by 2021,but did not consistently affect the numbers of flowers,enlarged cups,empty cups,or mature *** number of flowers in the elevated CO_(2) plots’litter traps was greater in 2018 than 2017,one year after CO_(2) enrichment began,whereas numbers declined in ambient *** with CO_(2) also increased the number o

DEAR EDITOR,Species of Xenophrys are conserved morphologically and live primarily in forests. In Thailand, the genus harbors many cryptic species. Herein we report the collection of specimens from Doi Inthanon, Chiang Mai Province, northern Thailand, which were identified previously as X. minor. Molecular and morphological analyses find that these specimens differ significantly from other known congeners, and therefore we describe a new species. Further, our phylogenetic analyses indicate that X. latidactyla is a junior synonym of X. palpebralespinosa.
