Multivariate Time Series Anomaly Detection Based on Spatial-Temporal Network and Transformer in Industrial Internet of Things

In the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT),sensors generate time series data to reflect the working *** the systems are attacked,timely identification of outliers in time series is critical to ensure *** many anomaly detection methods have been proposed,the temporal correlation of the time series over the same sensor and the state(spatial)correlation between different sensors are rarely considered simultaneously in these *** to the superior capability of Transformer in learning time series *** paper proposes a time series anomaly detection method based on a spatial-temporal network and an improved ***,the methods based on graph neural networks typically include a graph structure learning module and an anomaly detection module,which are ***,in the initial phase of training,since neither of the modules has reached an optimal state,their performance may influence each *** scenario makes the end-to-end training approach hard to effectively direct the learning trajectory of each *** interdependence between the modules,coupled with the initial instability,may cause the model to find it hard to find the optimal solution during the training process,resulting in unsatisfactory *** introduce an adaptive graph structure learning method to obtain the optimal model parameters and graph *** on two publicly available datasets demonstrate that the proposed method attains higher anomaly detection results than other methods.

A Deep Mantle Source for the Late Neoarchean Metamorphosed Basalts in Eastern Hebei,North china Craton:Insights from Whole-Rock Geochemistry and Sm-Nd Isotopes,and Zircon U-Pb-Hf Isotopes

The basalts within the greenstone belt worldwide serve as an ideal target to decipher the nature of Archean mantle sources and further to extend the understanding of the early stages of Earth's *** provide important insights into the issues,we carried out a detailed investigation of whole-rock geochemistry and Sm-Nd isotopes,and zircon U-Pb-Hf isotopes for the Late Neoarchean metamorphosed basalts in eastern Hebei,North china Craton.U-Pb isotopic dating using the LA-ICPMS on zircons reveals that the basalts in eastern Hebei erupted at ca.2.48-2.51 Ga and subsequently experienced multiple regional metamorphic events at 2477 and 1798 Ma,*** metamorphosed basalts are featured by low SiO_(2),MgO,K_(2)O+Na_(2)O,and high Fe O contents,endowed with the subalkaline and high-Fe tholeiitic *** radiogenic initial Nd and Hf isotope values and correlations among V,Ni and Cr contents strongly imply that the basalts experienced significant clinopyroxene and olivine fractionation and minor crustal contamination during magma *** are also characterized by the relatively low total REE contents and exhibit significant depletions to moderate enrichments in the LREE contents,indicating the derivation from a deep mantle source in an Archean proto-mantle plume setting.

Boron is an important industrial raw material often sourced from minerals containing different compounds that cocrystallize,which makes it difficult to separate the mineral phases through conventional *** study proposed a new treatment called flash reduction-melting separation(FRMS)for boron-bearing iron *** this method,the concentrates were first flash-reduced at the temperature under which the particles melt,and the slag and the reduced iron phases disengaged at the particle *** reduc-tion and melting effects were achieved above 1550℃.The B_(2)O_(3) content in the separated slag was over 18wt%,and the B content in the iron was less than 0.03wt%.The proposed FRMS method was tested to investigate the effects of factors such as ore particle size and tem-perature on the reduction and melting steps with and without pre-reducing the raw *** mineral phase transformation and morphology evolution in the ore particles during FRMS were also comprehensively analyzed.

Carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)technology is an important means to effectively reduce carbon emissions from fossil energy combustion and industrial *** the crisis of climate change,CCUS has attracted increasing attention in the *** technology as developed rapidly in china is technically feasible for large-scale application in various *** R&D and demonstration of CCUS in china Petroleum&Chemical corporation(Sinopec)are summarized,including carbon capture,carbon transport,CO_(2)enhanced energy recovery(including oil,gas,and water,etc.),and comprehensive utilization of CO_(2).Based on the source-sink matching characteristics in china,two CCUS industrialization scenarios are proposed,namely,CO_(2)-EOR,CO_(2)-driven enhanced oil recovery using centralized carbon sinks in East china and CO_(2)-EWR,CO_(2)-driven enhanced water recovery(EWR)using centralized carbon sources from the coal chemical industry in West ***,a CCUS industrialization path from Sinopec's perspective is suggested,using CO_(2)-EOR as the major means and CO_(2)-EWR,CO_(2)-driven enhanced gas recovery(CO_(2)-EGR)and other utilization methods as important supplementary means.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)ad hoc network has achieved significant growth for its flexibility,extensibility,and high deployability in recent *** application of clustering scheme for UAV ad hoc network is imperative to enhance the performance of throughput and energy *** conventional clustering scheme,a single cluster head(CH)is always assigned in each ***,this method has some weaknesses such as overload and premature death of CH when the number of UAVs *** order to solve this problem,we propose a dual-cluster-head based medium access control(DCHMAC)scheme for large-scale UAV *** DCHMAC,two CHs are elected to manage resource allocation and data forwarding ***,two CHs work on different *** of CH is used for intra-cluster communication and the other one is for inter-cluster communication.A Markov chain model is developed to analyse the throughput of the *** result shows that compared with FM-MAC(flying ad hoc networks multi-channel MAC,FM-MAC),DCHMAC improves the throughput by approximately 20%~50%and prolongs the network lifetime by approximately 40%.

Controls of strike-slip fault on fractures:Insight from 3D discrete element simulation

The fracture-cave reservoirs controlled by strike-slip faults are the main targets for oil and gas exploration of ultradeep carbonate in the Tarim *** is of great significance to clarify the distribution rules of fractures related to strike-slip faults for guiding the exploration and development of ultra-deep oil and *** this study,six groups of strike-slip fault 3D models based on discrete element numerical simulation method have been created to investigate characteristics of fault-related fracture development and distribution *** addition,we compared the modeling results to the measurement of fractures from the outcrop of a strike-slip fault in the Northern Tarim Basin to verify their *** results show that the stress environment is stable in the simple strike-slip section,and fractures intersecting with the strike-slip direction at a small angle are the principal *** the releasing stepover and double-bend sections,the maximum principal stress changes from horizontal to vertical during the formation of pull-apart zones,where the principal fractures intersect the strike-slip direction at a large *** maximum principal stress in the restraining stepover and double-bend section remains horizontal,but their strikes change significantly with the increment of fault ***,fractures intersecting the strike-slip direction at a small angle will become principal fractures early on,while those parallel to or anti-intersecting the strike-slip direction at a small angle will become principal fractures *** are obvious differences in the development of fractures in different structural positions of strike-slip *** are mainly concentrated in the fault tips,connections,and fault plane,and the magnitude of the fault damage zone is relatively larger in the first *** with fault displacement,the principal damage zone(PDZ)shows stronger control on the distribution and development intensity of *** the in

Energy partition in laser-induced cavitation bubbles near the rigid wall with a gas-containing hole

To investigate the energy partition in laser-induced cavitation bubbles near the rigid wall with a gas-containing hole,we utilized a nanosecond resolution photography system based on a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and conventional industrial camera to carefully observe the transient process of bubble collapse near the rigid wall with a gas-containing *** analyzed the generation of collapse microjets and the emission of collapse shock *** found that the cavitation bubble near the rigid wall with a gas-containing hole collapsed at different times and space,and produced various types of shock *** on the far field pressure information of the shock waves measured by hydrophone,the energy of the shock waves generated by the bubble collapse near the rigid wall with a gas-containing hole is calculated for the first *** results show that the ratio of collapse shock wave energy to bubble energy is approximately between 0.7 and 0.8.

Effect of Skeleton Grain Size on the Saturation of Gas Hydrate in Natural Sediments

Natural gas hydrate is prospected as a new and promising,highly clean energy resource that mainly occurs in perma-frost or at continental *** formation is subject to many soil conditions,such as grain size,matrix materials,pore morphology,and *** this study,we propose that grain size is the most decisive parameter that affects the saturation of gas hydrate in sediments based on data from Ocean Drilling Program Leg 164 and Mallik 5L-38,which represent marine sediments and terrestrial sediments,*** study reveals that high gas hydrate saturation generally occurs in coarse-grained sand,regardless of whether sediment formation is homogeneous or inhomogeneous,and the sorting of sediments may affect the hydrate saturation to a certain *** grain size and sorting of sediments may be the most intuitive proxy method for a rough estimation of hydrate *** study is necessary to fully understand the relationship between hydrate morphology and sediment grain size,even though massive hydrates are typically found in fine clayey-rich sediments.

With the advent of the Internet of Everything(IoE),the concept of fully interconnected systems has become a reality,and the need for seamless communication and interoperability among different industrial systems has become more pressing than ever *** address the challenges posed by massive data traffic,we demonstrate the potentials of semantic information processing in industrial manufacturing processes and then propose a brief framework of semantic processing and communication system for industrial *** particular,the scheme is featured with task-orientation and collaborative *** illustrate its applicability,we provide examples of time series and images,as typical industrial data sources,for practical tasks,such as lifecycle estimation and surface defect *** results show that semantic information processing achieves a more efficient way of information processing and exchanging,compared to conventional methods,which is crucial for handling the demands of future interconnected industrial networks.

Stochastic Flexibility Evaluation for Virtual Power Plants by Aggregating Distributed Energy Resources
