tobacco is an important eco.omic crop *** leaves co.tain a large number of natural ***,the analysis of tobacco co.position is crucial for the co.trol of tobacco safety and quality *** plasma torch desorption ionization mass spectrometry(MPT-MS) is an emerging ambient mass spectrometry(AMS) technique that can be used for rapid real-time analysis of s amples without *** work focuses on the chemical co.position analysis of tobacco using MPT-MS,and 14 co.pounds were detected in green flue-cured tobacco leaves,while 30 co.pounds were detected in cured flue-cured tobacco leaves,which co.firms that curing can enhance the flavor of ***,we successfully in situ identified characteristic fragment ions of α/β-CBD(α/β-cembranoids),an important aroma co.pound in tobacco by *** results demonstrate the capability of MPT-MS for in situ analysis of tobacco co.ponents and its potential for evaluating tobacco quality.

A hierarchical reduced graphene oxide-MnO_(2)@polypyrrole co.xial nanotube co.posite hydrogel was prepared via oxidative polymerization of pyrrole in the presence of MnO_(2)nanotubes,followed by the hydrothermal treatment of graphene oxide and MnO_(2)@polypyrrole co.xial *** stable co.posite hydrogel with a hierarchical network was co.posed of one-dimensional MnO_(2)@polypyrrole co.xial nanotube and two-dimensional graphene nanosheet and characterized by scanning electron microsco.e,Fourier transform infrared spectrosco.y,X-ray diffraction,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface,and X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.y *** co.posite hydrogel can be used as an efficient adsorbent for Cr(Ⅵ)removal due to the synergistic interaction between graphene and MnO_(2)@polypyrrole and the hierarchical structure of the ***,the co.posite hydrogel is easily separated because of its stable monolith,and it is reusable(76.8%of removal ability remaining after five adsorption-desorption cycles).The simple fabrication and co.t-effective separation process together with the excellent absorption performance endow the co.posite hydrogel with great potential for practical wastewater treatment.

The freezing acidolysis solution of the nitric acid-phosphate fertilizer process has a high calcium co.tent,which makes it difficult to produce fine phosphate and high water-soluble phosphate fertilizer ***,based on the potential crystallization principle of calcium sulfate in NH_(4)NO_(3)-H_(3)PO_(4)-H_(2)O,the deep decalcification(*** removal)technology to achieveα-high-strength gypsum originated from freezing acidolysis-solutions has been firstly proposed and ***,calcium can be removed from the factory-provided freezing acidolysis-solution by neutralizing it with ammonia,followed by the addition of ammonium sulfate *** a result,the formation of calcium sulfate in the reaction system undergoes the nucleation and growth of CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O(DH),as well as its dissolution and crystallization into short co.umnarα-CaSO_(4)·0.5H_(2)O(α-HH).Remarkably,with the molar ratio of SO_(4)^(2-)/Ca^(2+)at 1.8,the degree of neutralization(NH_(3)/HNO_(3) molar ratio)at 1.7,the reaction temperature of 94℃,and the reaction time of 300 min,the decalcification rate can reach 86.89%,of which the high-strengthα-CaSO_(4)·0.5H_(2)O(α-HH)will be ***,the deep decalcification product meets the standards for the production of fine phosphates and highly water-soluble phosphate ***,the 2 h flexural strength ofα-HH is 5.3 MPa and the dry co.pressive strength is 36.8 MPa,which is up to the standard of co.mercialα-HH.

Training samples for deep learning networks are typically obtained through various field experiments,which require significant manpower,resource and time ***,it is possible to utilize simulated data to augment the training *** this paper,by co.paring the actual experimental model with the simulated model generated by the gprMax[1]forward simulation method,the feasibility of obtaining simulated samples through gprMax simulation is ***,the samples generated by gprMax forward simulation are used for training the network to detect objects in existing real *** the same time,aiming at the detection and intelligent reco.nition of road sub-surface defects,the Swin-YOLOX algorithm is introduced,and the excellence of the detection network,which is improved by augmenting the simulated samples with real samples,is further *** co.paring the prediction performance of the object detection models,it is observed that the model trained with mixed samples achieved a recall of 94.74%and a mean average precision(maP)of 97.71%,surpassing the model trained only on real samples by 12.95%and 15.64%,*** feasibility and excellence of training the model with mixed samples are *** potential of using a fusion of simulated and existing real samples instead of repeatedly acquiring new real samples by field experiment is demonstrated by this study,thereby improving detection efficiency,saving resources,and providing a new approach to the problem of multiple interpretations in ground penetrating radar(GPR)data.

The knots frequently occur in biopolymer and their diffusion plays an active role in the gene *** this work,Langevin dynamics simulations were carried out to detect the diffusion behaviours of a knot along a tensioned polymer in different spatial *** polymer acco.modating a knot was tethered to two macrospheres to block the unravelling of the *** a result,the curves for the diffusion co.fficients of the knot with different bending stiffness as a function of the tension in different spatial co.straints were *** the space without co.straints or with weak co.straints,the co.responding curves for the knot with relatively large bending stiffness exhibited two turnover *** the co.trary,for the knot with relatively small bending stiffness,the diffusion co.fficients were monotonically reduced with increasing ***,in a space with strong co.straints,all the curves showed one turnover behaviour regardless of the bending *** turnover behaviours divided the curves into different regimes,and the dominant diffusion mechanisms in the regimes,namely,knot-region breathing,self-reptation,and internal friction,were clearly *** effective friction co.fficientsξof the knots with 3_(1),4_(1),5_(1) and 5_(2) types as a function of the knot size N at a fixed tension were well fitted by the relationξ∝*** effective friction co.fficients of the knots at relatively large tension f>3 sharply increased with the knot co.plexity,which is not dependent on the spatial *** co.trast,the values of these co.fficients at relatively small tension f≤3 were remarkably dependent on the spatial *** work not only provides valuable simulation results to assist the understanding of the diffusion of DNA knot,but also highlights the single-molecule design for the manipulation of DNA knots in future.

Unsupervised methods based on density representation have shown their abilities in anomaly detection,but detection performance still needs to be ***,approaches using normalizing flows can accurately evaluate sample distributions,mapping normal features to the normal distribution and anomalous features outside ***,this paper proposes a Normalizing Flow-based Bidirectional Mapping Residual Network(NF-BMR).It utilizes pre-trained co.volutional Neural Networks(CNN)and normalizing flows to co.struct discriminative source and target domain feature ***,to better learn feature information in both domain spaces,we propose the Bidirectional Mapping Residual Network(BMR),which maps sample features to these two spaces for anomaly *** two detection spaces effectively co.plement each other’s deficiencies and provide a co.prehensive feature evaluation from two perspectives,which leads to the improvement of detection *** experimental results on the MVTec AD and DAGM datasets against the Bidirectional Pre-trained Feature Mapping Network(B-PFM)and other state-of-the-art methods demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves superior *** the MVTec AD dataset,NF-BMR achieves an average AUROC of 98.7%for all 15 ***,it achieves 100%optimal detection performance in five *** the DAGM dataset,the average AUROC across ten categories is 98.7%,which is very close to supervised methods.
