With the increasing demand for reliability of distribution network in modern society,fault prediction plays an important role in operation,maintenance and reliability improvement of distribution *** view of the fact that there are many factors affecting the distribution network fault and there are strong uncertainties,a fault prediction method based on support vector machine（SVM） is proposed in this ***,the influencing factors of distribution network faults are ***,the optimal input variables are obtained by feature selection of the relevant ***,based on the proposed fault classification method,SVM with particle swarm optimization（PSO） parameters are used to predict distribution network *** validity of the proposed method is verified by simulation experiments with actual data.

水利水电工程专业文本信息处理与分析以往主要依赖于人工交互,存在过程繁琐、效率低且易出错等问题。本文基于自然语言处理技术,引入Attention机制对Word2vec技术加以改进,提出了一种智能高效的水利水电工程专业词识别提取与分析方法。该方法通过组合Attention机制,改进Word2vec技术建立了专业词向量计算模型;根据所求词向量,计算词语间相似度,以词语间相似度为组合标准,组合提取水利水电工程专业词;进而结合已有的水利水电工程专业文本,验证所提取专业词的可信度,实现了水利水电工程专业词的自动提炼,构建了一套水利水电工程专业词智能识别提取与分析体系。该方法应用于实际某混凝土大坝长达229周的施工监理周报文本分析中,经过3轮识别计算与分析,获得了9034个水利水电工程专业词,准确率为87.58%,有效提升了水利水电工程专业文本信息提取分析的效率、准确率与智能化水平。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

针对在筛查新型冠状病毒感染肺炎患者时核酸检测假阴性率较高的问题,提出了一种DRPL-ViT计算机辅助诊断网络。在Vision Transformer的基础上首先引入知识蒸馏机制,使Transformer结构在小数据集上训练取得更好的拟合效果;然后,在patches的位置信息编码上,通过更适合视觉任务的相对位置编码方式,使tokens之间的依赖关系能够被更好地捕捉;为了关注到更多的局部特征,在Transformer Encoder模块中引入了传统的卷积模块提取局部特征。实验在四分类测试集上平均分类准确率达到92.11%,对新冠肺炎分类准确率达到97.85%。实验结果表明,所提出的网络对新冠肺炎及其他肺部病变分类准确率较高,有一定的临床应用价值。

In this paper, the operation strategy of thermal power units after the configuration of phase change heat storage station is put forward, and the mathematical model for calculating the peak-shaving capacity of thermal power units after the allocation of phase change heat storage stations is established. Based on the analysis of frequency requirements of electric power system, puts forward the analysis of high frequency and low frequency demand method by using the discrete Fourier transform, and the actual system all day long the proportion of high frequency components are quantitatively analyzed. Analyzes the effect of two typical 300 MW and 200 MW heating units in Northeast china on improving peak shaving capacity after installing heat storage stations. The results show that the peak shaving capacity of the two units can be increased by 21% and 14% at a given heat load level in the middle heating period. And based on the actual system data, the paper simulates and analyzes the FM strategy of energy storage participating in automatic generation control（AGC）. The results show that the flexible allocation of energy storage resources based on area regulation requirement（ARR） has a better FM effect.
