This paper examines the mechanical behavior ofﬁber reinforced polymer(FRP)-conﬁned concrete under cyclic compression using the 3D cohesive zone model(CZM).A numerical modeling method was developed,employing zero-thickness cohesive elements to represent the stress-displacement relationship of concrete potential fracture surfaces and FRP-concrete ***,mixed-mode damage plastic constitutive models were pro-posed for the concrete potential fracture surfaces and FRP-concrete interface,considering interfacial ***,an anisotropic plastic constitutive model was developed for the FRP composite *** CZM model proposed in this study was validated using experimental data from plain concrete and large rupture strain(LRS)FRP-conﬁned concrete subjected to cyclic *** simulation results demonstrate that the pro-posed model accurately predicts the mechanical response of both concrete and FRP-conﬁned concrete under cyc-lic ***,various parametric studies were conducted to investigate the internal failure mechanism of FRP-conﬁned concrete under cyclic loading to analyze the inﬂuence of the inner friction plasticity of different components.

The nickel-rich layered cathode material LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)has high energy density,lower cost and is a promising cathode material currently under ***,its electrochemical and structural stability is poor during *** the many modification methods,cation doping has been consistently proven to be an effective strategy for enhancing electrochemical ***,the NCM811 cathode material was modified by solid-phase reactions with Mg and Al *** addition,the corresponding mechanism of NCM811 cathode material-doped modification is explored by density functional theory(DFT)calculations,and we have extended this approach to other ternary cathode materials with different ratios and obtained universal *** with DFT calculations,the results show that Mg2+occupies the Li+site and reduces the degree of Li^(+)/Ni^(2+) mixture;Al^(3+) acts as a structural support during charging and discharging to prevent structural *** electrochemical properties were tested by an electrochemical workstation and the LAND system,and the results showed that the capacity retention rate increased to varying degrees from 63.66%to 69.87%and 89.05%for NCM811-Mg and NCM811-Al at room temperature after 300 cycles,*** study provides a theoretical basis and design strategy for commercializing cationic-doped modification of nickel-rich cathode materials.

Silicone rubber(SR)is widely used in the field of electronic packaging because of its low dielectric *** this work,the porosity of the SR was improved,and the dielectric constant of the SR foam was reduced by adding expanded microspheres(EM).Then,the thermal conductivity of the system was improved by combining the modified boron nitride(f-BN).The results showed that after the f-BN was added,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were much lower than those of pure ***-sized modified boron nitride(f-mBN)improved the dielectric and thermal conductivity of the SR foam better than that of nano-sized modified boron nitride(f-nBN),but f-nBN improved the volume resistivity,tensile strength,and thermal stability of the SR better than *** the mass ratio of f-mBN and fnBN is 2:1,the thermal conductivity of the SR foam reaches the maximum value of 0.808 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),which is 6.5 times that before the *** heat release rate and fire growth index are the lowest,and the improvement in flame retardancy is mainly attributed to the high thermal stability and physical barrier of f-BN.

The ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)is crucial in direct alcohol fuel cells and chemical ***,the electro-oxidation of ethanol molecules to produce acetaldehyde and carbon monoxide can poison the active sites of nanocatalysts,resulting in reduced performance and posing challenges in achieving high activity and selectivity for ethanol *** this study,we employed a dynamic seed-mediated method to precisely modify highly dispersed Ru sites onto well-defined Pd *** oxyphilic Ru sites serve as"OH valves",regulating water dissociation,while the surrounding Pd atomic arrangements control electronic states for the oxidation dehydrogenation of carbonaceous ***,Ru0.040@Pd nanocubes(Ru:Pd=0.04 at.%),featuring(100)facets in Ru-Pd4 configurations,demonstrate an outstanding mass activity of 6.53 A·mgPd^(-1) in EOR under alkaline conditions,which is 6.05 times higher than that of the commercial Pd/C catalyst(1.08 A·mgPd-1).Through in-situ experiments and theoretical investigations,we elucidate that the hydrophilic Ru atoms significantly promote the dynamic evolution of H_(2)O dissociation into OHads species,while the electron redistribution from Ru to adjacent Pd concurrently adjusts the selective oxidation of C_(2) *** host-guest interaction accelerates the subsequent oxidation of carbonaceous intermediates(CH_(3)CO_(ads))to acetate,while preventing the formation of toxic*CHx and*CO species,which constitutes the rate-determining step.

Volcanically Driven Terrestrial Environmental Perturbations during the Carnian Pluvial Episode in the Eastern Tethys

The Carnian Pluvial Episode(CPE)fingerprints global environmental perturbations and biological extinction on land and oceans and is potentially linked to the Wrangellia Large Igneous Province(LIP).However,the correlation between terrestrial environmental changes and Wrangellia volcanism in the Ordos Basin during the CPE remains poorly *** of negative carbon isotopic excursions(NCIEs),mercury(Hg),Hg/TOC,and Hg enrichment factor(HgEF)from oil shales in a large-scale terrestrial Ordos Basin in the Eastern Tethys were correlated with marine and other terrestrial *** three significant NCIEs in the study section were consistently correlated with those in the CPE successions of Europe,the UK,and South and North *** U-Pb geochronology indicates a Ladinian-Carnian age for the Chang 7 Member.A comprehensive overview of the geochronology,NCIE correlation,and previous bio-and chronostratigraphic frameworks shows that the Ladinian-Carnian boundary is located in the lower part of Chang 7 in the Yishicun *** may be a more reliable proxy for tracing volcanic eruptions than the Hg/TOC ratio because the accumulation rates of TOC content largely vary in terrestrial and marine *** records of Hg,Hg/TOC,HgEF,and NCIEs in the Ordos Basin aligned with Carnian successions worldwide and were marked by similar anomalies,indicating a global response to the Wrangellia LIP during the ***,a warm-humid climate,enhancement of detrital input,and NCIEs are synchronous with the CPE interval in the Ordos Basin,which suggests that the CPE combined with the regional Qinling Orogeny should dominate the enhanced rate of terrigenous input and paleoenvironmental evolution in the Ordos Basin.

Effect of mesopore spatial distribution of HZSM-5 catalyst on zinc state and product distribution in 1-hexene aromatization

1-hexene aromatization is a promising technology to convert excess olefin in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)gasoline to high-value benzene(B),toluene(T),and ***,the increasing market demand of xylene has put forward higher requirements for new generation of *** increasing xylene yield in 1-hexene aromatization,the effect of mesopore structure and spatial distribution on product distribution and Zn loading was *** with different mesopore spatial distribution were prepared by post-treatment of parent HZSM-5 zeolite,including NaOH treatment,tetra-propylammonium hydroxide(TPAOH)treatment,and *** was found the evenly distributed mesopore mainly prolongs the catalyst lifetime by enhancing diffusion properties but reduces the aromatics selectivity,as a result of damage of micropores close to the catalyst *** the selectivity of high-value xylene can be highly promoted when the mesopore is mainly distributed interior the ***,the state of loaded Zn was also affected by mesopores spatial *** the optimized catalyst,the xylene selectivity was enhanced by 12.4%compared with conventional Zn-loaded parent HZSM-5 catalyst at conversion over 99%.It was attributed to the synergy effect of mesopores spatial distribution and optimized acid *** work reveals the role of mesopores in different spatial positions of 1-hexene aromatization catalysts in the reaction process and the influence on metal distribution,as well as their synergistic effect two on the improvement of xylene selectivity,which can improve our understanding of catalyst pore structure and be helpful for the rational design of high-efficient catalyst.

An optimal flow rate allocation model of the oilfield treated oil pipeline network

Oilfield treated oil pipeline network is the link connecting the upstream oilfields and the downstream refineries. Due to the differences in operating costs and transportation fee between different pipelines and the fluctuation in the demand and sales prices of the treated oil, there is an optimal flow allocation plan for the pipeline network to make the oilfield company obtain the highest social and economic benefit. In this study, a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) model is developed to determine the optimal flow rate allocation plan of the large-scale and complex treated oil pipeline network, and both the social and economic benefits are considered simultaneously. The optimization objective is the multi-objective which includes the largest user satisfaction and the highest economic benefit. The model constraints include the oilfield production capacity, refinery demand, pipeline transmission capacity,flow, pressure, and temperature of the node and station, and the pipeline hydraulic and thermal calculations. Python 3.7 is utilized for the programming of the off-line calculation procedure and the MINLP model, and GUROBI 9.0.2 is served as the MINLP solver. Moreover, the model is applied to a real treated oil pipeline network located in china, and three optimization scenarios are analyzed. For social benefit,the values of the user satisfaction of each refinery and the total network are 1 before and after optimization for scenarios 1, 2, and 3. For economic benefit, the annual revenue can be increased by 0.227,0.293, and 0.548 billion yuan after the optimization in scenario 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

The Eocene Shahejie Formation in the Zhanhua Sag of the Bohai Bay Basin has abundant shale oil resources. However， lacustrine shale is heterogeneous in mineralogy， sedimentary structure， organic matter， pore structure， paleoenvironment， and oil content. Therefore， the laminae assemblages are divided into laminated （lamina thickness of 0.1 m） types shale to investigate the core， X-ray diffraction （XRD）， thin section， field emission-scanning electron microscopy （FE-SEM）， mercury injection capillary pressure （MICP）， N2adsorption and geochemical experiments. The results show that the oil shale of Shahejie Formation in Zhanhua Sag is abundant in calcite. The TOC content ranges between 1.35% and 5.55%. Rock-Eval S1and S2values range from 0.30 to 2.56 mg/g and 0.97～15.47 mg/g， respectively. Variable kinds of nanopores， micropores， and microfractures are commonly observed. The connectivity of pores in laminated and layered shale samples is relatively better than massive shale. The massive shale was formed in a sedimentary environment with warm and humid climate， moderate salinity， weak reduction conditions， high productivity， and paleo-setting rate. Organic matter is derived from lower bacteria， algae， and terrigenous plants. Laminated and layered shale are formed in an arid and cold environment with high salinity， strong reducibility， low paleo-setting rate. Laminated shale is located on a gentle slope at the basin margin， which is the focus of shale oil exploration because of their higher hydrocarbon generation potential， reservoir quality， and advantaged horizontal fracturing conditions. The above results have implication for the sweet spots prediction in shales with similar geological setting.

Refinery sour water primarily originates from the tops of towers in various units and coker condensate,and cannot be discharged directly to a wastewater treatment plant due to high levels of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and organic sulfur *** after the recovery of H_(2)S from the sour water by the stripping process,the effluent still contains a high concentration of dissolved organic sulfur(DOS),which can have a huge bad *** chemical composition of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in refinery wastewater has been extensively studied,the investigation of recalcitrant DOS from sour waters remains *** the present study,chemical composition of sour water DOMs(especially DOS)was investigated using fluorescence spectroscopy(excitation-emission matrix,EEM)and mass spectrometry,including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and high-resolution Orbitrap *** GC-MS and EEM results showed that volatile and low-aromaticity compounds were effectively removed during the stripping process,while compounds with high hydrophilicity and humification degree were found to be more *** Orbitrap MS results showed that weak-polar oxygenated sulfur compounds were easier to be removed than oxygenated ***,the effluent still contained significant amounts of sulfur-containing compounds with multiple sulfur atoms,particularly in the form of highly unsaturated and aromatic *** Orbitrap MS/MS results of CHOS-containing compounds from the effluent indicate that the sulfur atoms may exist as sulfonates,disulfide bonds,*** the composition and structure of sour water DOS is crucial for the development of effective treatment processes that can target polysulfide compounds and minimize their impact on the environment.
