Because that American government and congress hold a negative attitude on responding to climate change issue, people transfer the battle stage of climate change to the court,and hope to promote government and large energy companies actively responding to climate change issue via litigation form. A large amount of related litigation appears,and a kind of special litigation type is gradually formed, namely climate change litigation. national Environmental Policy Act of the United States is one of important legal weapons used by prosecutor in climate change litigation. In national Environmental Policy Act, it stipulates environmental impact evaluation system which has close relationship with climate change litigation. The system requires that federal agency ＂ should compile detailed environmental impact report （EIS） on major federal action which significantly affects human survival environment quality＂. Litigation case of export - import Bank of the United States and Overseas Private Investment corporation by Fdends of the Earth, Green Peace, Boulder City, etc. is typical one related to the act. We try to evaluate and analyze text and case of the act.

How Media Opinion Influences imports in the US

Does public opinion influence US imports?Do countries with a good reputation export more to the US?And vice versa?Based on an extended trade gravity model,this paper employs news data from the GDELT database and US monthly import data to create an indicator of the influence of public opinion to examine the effects of US domestic public opinion on *** research findings suggest that:(i)US public opinion influences US ***,(ii)when public opinion turned negative during 2013-2017,it exerted a significantly negative effect on US imports;when public opinion was favorable during 2008-2012,it exerted an insignificantly positive effect on US imports.(iii)According to the pulse response function and variance decomposition,negative public opinion exerted a more significant and more lasting effect on US imports compared with positive public opinion.(iv)It can be discovered after further decomposing such effects on product categories that significant product heterogeneity exists in the public opinion effects on US imports:Complex and differentiated products are more influenced by negative public opinion while homogeneous and intermediate products are more influenced by positive public opinion.

In the context of global ecological overload,international trade has become one of the most important ways to make up for the ecological *** study takes the"Belt and Road"Initiative as the study area to analyze the biocapacity and ecological footprint characteristics between china and other countries along the"Belt and Road"*** flow characteristics were explored from the perspective of *** import and export of virtual land was used to assess the effect of trade on compensating for the resource gaps in crop and grazing *** main results show that:1)In 2005-2014,the majority of"Belt and Road"countries were experiencing increasing degrees of *** china,cropland takes up the largest proportion of biocapacity,while the ecological footprint is dominated by the carbon footprint.2)The trade flow of agricultural and livestock products in the mainland of china shows a trend of increasing imports and decreasing exports,which increases dependence on specific regions.3)In 2005-2014,china’s trade in cereals and oil crops along the“Belt and Road”Initiative were generally net imports,and the share of cereals traded along the“Belt and Road”Initiative is increasing gradually,but that of oil crops decreased rapidly.4)The import trade has alleviated ecological deficit,as the selected products compensated for 1.03 times of the cropland deficit and 0.65 times of the grazing land deficit in *** study is helpful to understand the relationship between the land use and trade deeply,and provide decision-making references for reducing ecological deficits,optimizing land resource allocation,and promoting win-win cooperation among china and other countries in the"Belt and Road"Initiative.

Changes in Net Barter Terms of Trade for Sino-Australian Agricultural Products after china's Accession to the WTO

Using " chain-based and constant-based" two-step method,this paper measured Paasche net barter terms of trade index for SinoAustralian agricultural products from 2001 to 2013,and further calculated contribution of each category of agricultural products to changes in overall net barter terms of trade. The results showed that since 2001,the overall net barter terms of trade for Sino-Australian agricultural products fluctuated between deterioration and improvement. In 2013,the net barter terms of trade index was 1. 02,and its improvement is not significant. From 2001 to 2013,the net barter terms of trade for Sino-Australian agricultural products improved about 16. 44%,which dominated by the category 0 agricultural products whose influence degree is 6 times and 28 times the degree of category 4 and category 1. In years when the net barter terms of trade for Sino-Australian agricultural products deteriorated,category 2 agricultural products were the root cause for the deterioration.

Beginning with analyzing the accomplishment of FI affecting Chinese economy, the text analyzes and tests the effect of FI on our economy by using regression analysis and more simple equation. It turns out that the variety of the total sum of FI is consistent with the development of china’s economy. It discusses the disadvantages of foreign investment which is not used appropriately on economics. According to this, some proposition that how to allure FI and the intensity of alluring FI are probed into under the new economic environment. It provides theoretical basis for government formulating the policy and project of development of economy.

As a special product, the cultivation and production of grain directly affect the consumption of people, which has an important influence on the development of social economy and the national economy and people’s livelihood. Firstly, the present situation of grain production is analyzed, and the problems facing the structural reform of grain supply side in china are analyzed from grain output and its import and export volume. Secondly, we use grey GM (1, 1) model to predict grain output and consumption, grain import and export volume and all kinds of grain crops output in china, and then analyze the future trend of grain production in china. Finally, we put forward construction of grain branding, rational allocation of grain planting varieties, construction of traceability system for grain production, further grain processing and development of “Internet agriculture” industrial model to promote structural reform of grain supply side.

More emerging forms of culture industry are online game, new media industry, as well as crafts and design sector. They are open to domestic collective and social capital as well as foreign capital.

Global economic development and increasing human activities have brought great challenges to fragile *** order to avoid,reduce,and reverse desertification,Chinese and foreign scientists and ecological governance institutions have developed a series of ecological restoration technologies(ERTs)and models in the past few *** technologies can improve residents’livelihoods,strengthen disaster resilience,and launch a comprehensive review of degraded ecosystems in desertification ***,some studies and practices have limited the selection and promotion of good technologies and the assessments of these technologies,resulting in the waste and loss of funds and *** objective of this study is to identify desertification control and restoration technologies and models,summarize the evolutionary features and trends of these technologies under different natural conditions,and evaluate the various ERTs that are now *** data sources of this study include the databases of international organizations,CNKI,related literature and reports,and questionnaires from institutions and ***,the three stages of ERTs evolution were summarized,and the key events and social-economic developments were identified as the driving forces of ***,the four categories of ERTs were identified as biological,engineering,agricultural,and management ***,the key ERTs were evaluated in the five dimensions of the degree of difficulty,the degree of maturity,effectiveness,suitability,and potential for *** management ERTs scores for the degree of difficulty,the degree of maturity,and potential for transfer are *** study provides a reference for adapting to local conditions,the comprehensive management,rational development,and utilization of dryland resources,improving the application of ecological technologies,and promoting the export and import of the excellent technologies.
